Claims (5)
- 積層造形法によって、三次元物体を製造するための粒子であって、
少なくとも第1材料のコアと、
極性を有する第2材料を用いる前記コアの第1被膜と、
前記第1被膜上の第2被膜とを含む粒子であって、
前記第1被膜の厚みは、平均粒子半径の0.1から10%に対応し、
前記第2被膜は、界面活性剤から形成され、その厚みは、前記界面活性剤の単分子層に対応することを特徴とする粒子。 - 前記第1被膜及び前記第2被膜は、水あるいは水溶液に可溶性であるが、前記コアは可溶性ではないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒子。
- 三次元物体を製造する方法であって、
粒子の層を目標表面に塗布する工程と、
前記物体の断面に対応する前記層の選択された部分をエネルギービームによって照射し、その結果、前記選択された部分において、前記粒子が相互に接合される工程と、
前記塗布及び照射工程を複数の層に対して繰り返し、その結果、前記物体を形成するために、隣接する層の前記接合された部分が相互に接合される工程とを含む方法であって、
外面に界面活性剤が塗布されている請求項1または2に記載の粒子を用いることを特徴とする方法。 - 三次元物体を製造する方法であって、
粒子の層を目標表面に塗布する工程と、
前記粒子の少なくとも一部を溶解可能な液体を、前記物体の断面に対応する前記層の選択された部分にプリントし、その結果、前記選択された部分において、前記粒子が接合される工程と、
前記塗布及びプリントする工程を複数の層に対して繰り返し、その結果、前記物体を形成するために、隣接する層の前記接合された部分が相互に接合される工程とを含む方法であって、
外面に界面活性剤が塗布されている請求項1または2に記載の粒子を用いることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1若しくは2に記載の粒子から得られるか、または請求項3若しくは4に記載の方法を用いることによって得られることを特徴とする相互に接合された粒子から形成される物体。
