Description
実施例1において、背面の加工を行なわず止水テープとした。
実施例1において使用した不織布の代わりに、一対のフラットな加熱ロールで圧接処理をおこなった目付けが45g/m2で見かけ密度が0.56の旭化成製ポリエステルスパンボンド不織布(エルタスEH5045C)を使用した。この不織布の片面に実施例1と同様に吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布して止水テープとした。
剥離性付与のためにポリビニルアルコール樹脂を塗布した後、一対のフラットな加熱ロールで圧接処理をおこなった目付けが45g/m2で見かけ密度が0.56のユニチカ製ポリエステルスパンボンド不織布(製品名:マリックス20451FLV)の片面に実施例1と同様の吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布して止水テープとした。
Claims (4)
- 不織布からなる基材の片面に、吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布した光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープ、又は、不織布からなる基材の片面に、吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布し、更にその上にカバー材として低目付けの不織布を貼り合せた縦添えで使用可能な光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープであって、
止水テープの基材を圧接処理が施されていない単位質量が30〜70g/m 2 で、見掛け密度が0.15〜0.35であって、且つ、横方向の剛性が200〜1500mg−cmである不織布から形成するとともに、
基材の吸水性樹脂組成物を塗布していない面に、外被と接着性がなく、溶解度指数(SP値)9以上である高粘度の樹脂を、乾燥重量で不織布の15重量%〜50重量%の範囲内で基材内に浸透しないように塗布し乾燥して樹脂薄膜を形成した光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープ。 - 外被形成条件下で外被の前記不織布への浸入を阻止する薄膜樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリ酢酸ビニル樹脂、アクリルニトリル・スチレン共重合体樹脂、ニトリルゴムの単独又は二種以上の混合物である請求項1に記載の光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープ。
- 外被形成条件下で外被の前記不織布への浸入を阻止する薄膜樹脂が、不織布質量の15〜50重量%の架橋アクリル樹脂である請求項1に記載の光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープ。
- 止水テープの横方向の剛性が、ISO9073−7(織物−不織布のための試験方法:曲げ長さの決定)に規定される方法で測定した時、300〜2000mg−cmの範囲内にある請求項1に記載の光ファイバーケーブル用止水テープ。
