Description

本発明はスノーボード用ビンディングに関するものである。
図７は、従来のスノーボード用ビンディングの説明図であって、１はスノーボード本体（図示せず）に固定されるベースプレート、２はブーツ、３は上記ブーツ２の後面に対接されるよう上記ベースプレート１の後端に固定されたバックサポート、４は上記バックサポート３の内側面に取り付けられたクッション、５は上記ブーツ２の甲部を締め付けるため上記ベースプレート１に設けたアンクルストラップ、６は上記アンクルストラップ５の内側面に取り付けられたアンクルストラップパッド、７はブーツ２のつま先を締め付けるため上記ベースプレート１に設けたトゥーストラップ、８は上記トゥーストラップ７の内側面に取り付けられたトゥーストラップパッドを示す。
図８は上記トゥーストラップ７の詳細説明図であって、９aはその一端を上記ベースプレート１の一側の立ち上がり部１０に固定した一方のバンド、９bは上記ベースプレート１の他側の立ち上がり部１０にその一端を固定した他方のバンド、１１は上記一方のバンド９aの遊端に連結したバックル、１２はこのバックル１１に連結したラチェットベルト、１３は上記他方のバンド９bに上記ラチェットベルト１２を連結するために設けたラチェット爪を有するロック部を示す。
なお、アンクルストラップ５は、上記トゥーストラップ７と同一の構成を有する。
このような従来のスノーボード用ビンディングにおいてはベースプレート１にブーツ２を装着するとき、上記アンクルストラップ５及びトゥーストラップ７のラチェットベルト１２とロック部１３の係合を外し、一方及び他方のバンド９a、９bを両手で互いに分離した後、ブーツ２を上記ベースプレート１にその上方から乗せ、図８、図９に示すようにラチェットベルト１２をラチェット爪を有するロック部１３に挿入し、バックル１１を締めてブーツの甲及びつま先をベースプレート１に固定せしめている。
特開平９−６７８号公報（図１）
このような従来のビンディングにおいては、トゥーストラップ７は爪先の上部から締め付けているだけであるため、爪先方向では遊びが出てしまい、十分にブーツを締付けることができなかった。
本発明は上記のような欠点を除くようにしたものである。
本発明のスノーボード用ビンディングは、ベースプレート１と、このベースプレート１の一側にその一端を取り付けた一方のバンド９aと、上記ベースプレート１の他側にその一端を取り付けた他方のバンド９bと、ブーツの爪先の上部分を締付ける部分とブーツの爪先の先端を締付ける部分とよりなるバンド１５と、バックル１６とより成り、上記バンド１５の一端が上記一方及び他方のバンドの一方に固定され上記バンド１５の他端が上記バックルを介して上記一方及び他方のバンドの他方に固定されていることを特徴とする。
上記バンド１５にパッドが固定されていることを特徴とする。
上記バンド１５に連結部材が固定されていることを特徴とする。
上記パッドは、クッション性を有することを特徴とする。
上記パッドは、伸縮性を有することを特徴とする。
上記のように本発明のスノーボード用ビンディングにおいては、爪先の上部と爪先を同時に締付けることができ、爪先方向に遊びを生ずることなくブーツを確実にスノーボード用ビンディングに固定できる等大きな利益がある。
以下図面によって本発明の実施例を説明する。
本発明のスノーボード用ビンディングにおいては、従来のトゥーストラップ７のバンド９a、９bの一方例えば９aの遊端にブーツの爪先の上部分を締付ける一方のベルト１４aと、ブーツの爪先の先端を締付ける他方のベルト１４bとよりなるバンド１５の一端を固定し、このバンド１５の他端にバックル１６を取り付け、このバックル１６にバンド９bの他端を挿入し締め付けるようにすると共に、上記ベルト１４aと１４bの下側に伸縮自在なパッドまたは連結部材１７を固定せしめる。上記ベルト１４a及び１４bとしては多少伸縮できる材質のものが好ましい。
この実施例においては、上記一方のベルト１４a及び他方のベルト１４b並びにパッド１７の、ブーツの爪先の上部分を締付ける部分１９と、爪先の先端を締付ける部分２０とによりブーツの爪先部分の上部分及び先端部分を同時に締付けることができる。
なお、上記一方のベルト１４a及び他方のベルト１４bの各両端部を互いに一体に形成しても良いが、図３及び図４に示すように一方の端部を一体とし、他方の端部をピン１８により互いに傾動自在に枢支せしめてもよい。
また、上記パッド１７は、図５に示すように厚手のクッション性のあるものとしても良く、また、図６に示すように伸縮性のある薄い生地としても良い。
上記のように本発明のスノーボード用ビンディングにおいては、爪先の上部と爪先を同時に締付けることができ、爪先方向に遊びを生ずることなくブーツを確実にスノーボード用ビンディングに固定できる等大きな利益がある。

Claims (4)

  1. ベースプレート１と、このベースプレート１の一側にその一端を取り付けた一方のバンド９aと、上記ベースプレート１の他側にその一端を取り付けた他方のバンド９bと、ブーツの爪先の上部分を締付ける部分とブーツの爪先の先端を締付ける部分とよりなるバンド１５と、バックル１６とより成り、上記バンド１５の一端が上記一方及び他方のバンドの一方に固定され上記バンド１５の他端が上記バックルを介して上記一方及び他方のバンドの他方に固定されていることを特徴とするスノーボード用ビンディング。
  2. 上記バンド１５にパッドが固定されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のスノーボード用ビンディング。
  3. 上記バンド１５に連結部材が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のスノーボード用ビンディング。
  4. 上記パッドが上記ブーツの爪先の上部分を締付ける部分１９とブーツの爪先の先端を締付ける部分２０を有することを特徴とする請求項２記載のスノーボード用ビンディング。
