Description
低段側圧縮機1の吐出側に一端が接続された中圧冷媒管2の他端が高段側圧縮機3の吸入側に接続され、上記低段側と高段側の圧縮機で圧縮手段を構成してある。
前記排温水は蒸発器10にて汚水処理施設や河川等の公共水域へ流すことができる温度まで冷却される。
同第2凝縮器6で発生した温水は温水供給管17から外部に供給される。
すなわち、この蒸気・温水供給運転モードでは前記中間冷却器8は受液器として作用する。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮手段、凝縮手段、膨張弁、蒸発器をこの順に備え、前記凝縮手段に供給される水を同凝縮手段における冷媒の凝縮熱により加熱して蒸気・温水を供給するヒートポンプ式蒸気・温水発生装置であって、前記凝縮手段を冷媒往管に直列に接続した第1凝縮器と第2凝縮器で構成し、前記第1凝縮器と第2凝縮器からそれぞれ蒸気と温水が同時に供給されるように構成してあり、前記圧縮手段を低段側と高段側の2段の圧縮機で構成し、また前記第2凝縮器と前記膨張弁との間における冷媒往管に中間冷却器を設けるとともに、この中間冷却器の気相に一端が接続されたガス冷媒戻し管の他端を、前記低段側圧縮機の吐出側と高段側圧縮機の吸入側との間に接続された中圧冷媒管の途中に接続し、前記第2凝縮器と中間冷却器間の冷媒往管の途中に中間冷却器用の膨張弁とバイパス管とをこれら膨張弁とバイパス管が並列となるように設け、このバイパス管に、外部へ蒸気のみを供給する蒸気供給運転の際には閉ざされているが、蒸気と温水の両方を同時に供給する蒸気・温水供給運転および温水のみを供給する温水供給運転の際には開かれる第1開閉弁を備え、また、前記ガス冷媒戻し管の途中に、前記蒸気供給運転の際には開かれているが、前記蒸気・温水供給運転と温水供給運転の際には閉ざされる第2開閉弁を備え、さらに、前記第2凝縮器への給水管に、前記蒸気供給運転の際には閉ざされているが、前記蒸気・温水供給運転と温水供給運転の際には開かれる第3開閉弁を設けてなるヒートポンプ式蒸気・温水発生装置。
- 前記第1凝縮器への給水管の途中に、第1凝縮器への給水量を制御するための給水制御手段を設けて、第1凝縮器から温水または蒸気のいずれかを選択的に供給できるようにした請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式蒸気・温水発生装置。
- 前記第2凝縮器への給水管の途中に、第2凝縮器への給水量を制御するための給水制御手段を設けて、第2凝縮器への給水量の調節により同第2凝縮器から供給される温水が所要の温度となるよう調節できるようにした請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式蒸気・温水発生装置。
- 前記第2凝縮器への給水管の途中に、第2凝縮器への給水量を制御するための給水制御手段を設けて、第2凝縮器への給水量の調節により冷媒往管内における冷媒圧力を常に所定の圧力以下に維持することができるようにした請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式蒸気・温水発生装置。
