Claims (12)
- 冷凍機の冷却ステージと、該冷却ステージにより凝縮される冷媒ガスを収容する冷却装置の冷媒容器、ヒートパイプ又は熱シールド板の間に熱伝導部材を挿入し、
該熱伝導部材に保持された低融点金属により、前記冷却ステージと冷媒容器、ヒートパイプ又は熱シールド板を熱的に接触させるに際し、
前記低融点金属の温度を、冷凍機交換時に、該低融点金属が溶ける一定の温度に制御することを特徴とする冷凍機の取付方法。 - 前記熱伝導部材が、前記冷却ステージと冷媒容器間を仕切る仕切り部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍機の取付方法。
- 前記熱伝導部材が、前記冷却ステージとヒートパイプの間に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍機の取付方法。
- 前記熱伝導部材が、前記冷却ステージと熱シールド板の間に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍機の取付方法。
- 前記低融点金属が、インジウム、低融点はんだ又はウッドメタルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍機の取付方法。
- 前記冷凍機が、GM冷凍機又はパルスチューブ冷凍機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍機の取付方法。
- 冷凍機の冷却ステージを、該冷却ステージにより凝縮される冷媒ガスを収容する冷却装置の冷媒容器、ヒートパイプ又は熱シールド板に着脱可能に取り付けるための冷凍機の取付装置であって、
前記冷却ステージと冷媒容器、ヒートパイプ又は熱シールド板の間に挿入される熱伝導部材と、
該熱伝導部材に保持された、前記冷却ステージと冷媒容器を熱的に接触させるための低融点金属と、
前記熱伝導部材を加熱するヒータと、
前記熱伝導部材の温度を検出する温度センサと、
を備えたことに特徴とする冷凍機の取付装置。 - 前記熱伝導部材の冷媒容器又は熱シールド板側に凝縮フィンが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷凍機の取付装置。
- 前記冷却ステージ、低融点金属及び熱伝導部材を収容する冷凍機取付スリーブと前記冷媒容器又は熱シールド板を接続する、配管壁と冷媒ガスの熱伝導による熱が許容できる長さの配管を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷凍機の取付装置。
- 前記ヒータと温度センサが着脱自在とされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷凍機の取付装置。
- 前記低融点金属の温度を、冷凍機交換時に、該低融点金属が溶ける一定の温度に制御する手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷凍機の取付装置。
- 請求項7乃至11のいずれかに記載の装置により取り付けられた冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とする電力機器。
