Claims (12)
- カートリッジ、2つの末端と1つの開口並びに前記カートリッジを包み込むように配置されたシェル、第1末端キャップ、及び第2末端キャップを含む中空繊維膜接触器であって、
前記シェルの両末端部の位置がそれぞれ前記カートリッジの両末端部と同じに位置しており、
前記第1末端キャップは前記シェルの第1末端のみに溶接され、前記第2末端キャップは前記シェルの第2末端のみに溶接され、
前記カートリッジは、さらに、第1末端及び第2末端を有しミシン穴を有する中心管、中空部を有する中空繊維膜を有し前記中心管を囲う中空繊維織物、前記織物を前記中心管の両端に固定する前記第1管シート及び第2管シート、及び前記第1管シートに位置するプラグを含み、
前記管中空部は第1管シート部において開いており、第2管シート部において閉じており、
前記第1末端キャップ及び前記第1管シートの間の空間によって第1ヘッドスペースを規定し、前記第1末端キャップはそれを貫通する開口を有し、ここで、前記第1末端キャップの開口は第1ヘッドスペースによって中空繊維の中空部に通じており、
前記第2末端キャップ及び前記第2管シートの間の空間によって第2ヘッドスペースを規定し、前記第2末端キャップはそれを貫通する開口を有し、ここで、前記第2末端キャップの開口は第2ヘッドスペースによって前記中心管に通じており、
流体は前記第2キャップ開口によって前記接触器に導入され、前記流体は前記中空繊維織物を横切って拡散し、次いで前記流体は前記シェル開口により前記接触器から流出し、前記第1キャップ及び開口部を通じて真空が導入されることを特徴とする中空繊維膜接触器。 - 前記シェル、前記第1末端キャップ、前記第2末端キャップ、前記中心管、前記第一管シート、前記第2管シート、及び前記プラグは同じ材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空繊維膜接触器。
- 前記同じ材料がポリエチレンである請求項2に記載の中空繊維膜接触器。
- 前記シェルが直径4インチ(10cm)以下である請求項1に記載の中空繊維膜接触器。
- 前記シェルが直径24インチ(60cm)以下である請求項1に記載の中空繊維膜接触器。
- 前記接触器がさらにバッフルを含む請求項1に記載の中空繊維膜接触器。
- 2つの末端と1つの開口を有し、前記カートリッジを包み込むように配置されたシェルを供給する工程、
前記カートリッジは、第1末端及び第2末端を有するミシン穴を有する中心管、それぞれ中空部を有する中空繊維膜を含み、前記中心管を囲う中空繊維織物、前記織物を前記中心管の両端に固定しこれによって織物−管−部品を形成する前記第1管シート及び第2管シート、及び前記第1管シートに位置するプラグを含み、前記管中空部は第1管シート部において開いており、第2管シート部において閉じており、前記シェルの両末端部の位置がそれぞれ前記カートリッジの両末端部と同じに位置しており、
前記織物−管−部品を前記シェル内に置く工程、
カートリッジ−シェル部品を形成するために構成要素の注入材料を織物−管−部品の外側端に適用し、同時にカートリッジとシェルを封止する工程、
第1及び2末端キャップを前記シェルの前記第1及び2末端のみにそれぞれ溶接する工程、
を含む中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法であって、
前記第1末端キャップ及び前記第1管シートの間の空間によって第1ヘッドスペースを規定し、前記第1末端キャップはそれを貫通する開口を有し、前記第1末端キャップの開口は第1ヘッドスペースによって中空繊維の中空部に通じており、
前記第2末端キャップ及び前記第2管シートの間の空間によって第2ヘッドスペースを規定し、前記第2末端キャップはそれを貫通する開口を有し、前記第2末端キャップの開口は第2ヘッドスペースによって前記中心管に通じており、
流体は前記第2キャップ開口によって前記接触器に導入され、前記流体は前記中空繊維織物を横切って拡散し、次いで前記流体は前記シェル開口により前記接触器から流出し、前記第1キャップ及び開口部を通じて真空が導入されることを特徴とする中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。 - 前記シェル、前記第1末端キャップ、前記第2末端キャップ、前記中心管、前記第一管シート、前記第2管シート、及び前記プラグは同じ材料からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。
- 前記同じ材料がポリエチレンである請求項8に記載の中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。
- 前記シェルが直径4インチ(10cm)以下である請求項7に記載の中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。
- 前記シェルが直径24インチ(60cm)以下である請求項7に記載の中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。
- 前記接触器がさらにバッフルを含む請求項7に記載の中空繊維膜接触器の製造方法。
