Description
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも1つの伝熱液体を利用する熱交換システム内のスケール及び沈着物を調整し除去する方法であって、
熱交換システムの稼動を停止させ、
炭素鋼もしくは低合金鋼が伝熱液体と接触する熱交換システムから伝熱液体の少なくとも一部を抜き取り、
熱交換システム内に、腐食防止剤を含まないスケール調整剤の洗浄水溶液を導入し、
スケール調整剤は、洗浄水溶液中において処理濃度で存在し、
キレート剤、
還元剤、
pH調整剤、及び
非イオン性界面活性剤より成り、
洗浄水溶液を熱交換システム内に循環させ、
洗浄水溶液を循環させながら、
洗浄水溶液を処理温度に維持し、
洗浄水溶液を処理pHに維持し、
熱交換システム内に循環させながら洗浄水溶液を攪拌し、
炭素鋼もしくは低合金鋼が0.001インチ以上腐食する前に、熱交換システムから洗浄水溶液を実質的に全部抜き取り、
交換用伝熱液体を導入し、
熱交換システムを稼動状態に復帰させるステップより成る、熱交換システム内のスケール及び沈着物の調整及び除去方法。 - キレート剤は、EDTA、HEDTA、ラウリル置換EDTA及びイミノジスクシナートを有するポリアスパラギン酸より成る群から選択した1またはそれ以上の酸型のキレート剤より成り、
還元剤は、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸の異性体、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒添加ヒドラジン及びカルボヒドラジドより成る群から選択した1またはそれ以上の還元剤より成り、
pH調整剤は、トリエタノールアミン、ジメチルアミン、エチルアミン、1,2−ジアミノエタン、ジアミノプロパン、エタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、2−メチル−2−アミノ−1−プロパノール、5−アミノエンタノールまたはメトキシプロピルアミンのような炭素が10個未満のアミンからなりアンモニアを含まない請求項1の方法。 - 洗浄水溶液中のキレート剤の処理濃度は1重量パーセント未満であり、
処理温度は100℃未満であり、
処理pHはpH3.5とpH9との間である請求項2の方法。 - 処理濃度は0.05乃至0.25重量パーセントであり、
処理温度は60℃未満であり、
処理pHはpH4.5とpH6の間にある請求項3の方法。 - 洗浄水溶液は、流れ誘導混合、不活性ガススパージング、脈圧発生またはこれらの方法のうち2またはそれ以上の方法の組み合わせにより攪拌される請求項2、3及び4のうち任意の1項の方法。
- 洗浄水溶液を循環させるステップの間にさらにスケール調整剤を導入するステップを含む請求項2、3及び4のうち任意の1項の方法。
- さらに導入されるスケール調整剤は、濃縮プレミックス溶液をして導入され、このさらに導入されるスケール調整剤はスケール調整剤の処理濃度を維持するに十分なものである請求項6の方法。
- すすぎ水溶液を熱交換システムに導入し、
水圧洗浄作業を少なくとも1回実施し、
すすぎ水溶液を実質的に全部抜き取るステップをさらに含み、
これらの付加的なステップは交換用伝熱液体を導入する前に完了する請求項2、3及び4のうち任意の1項の方法。 - 炭素鋼もしくは低合金鋼が0.0003インチ以上腐食する前に、熱交換システムから洗浄水溶液を実質的に全部抜き取ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかの方法。
- pH調整剤は炭素数10未満のアルカノールアミンである請求項2〜4のいずれかの方法。
- 少なくとも1つの伝熱液体を利用する熱交換システム内のスケール及び沈着物を調整し除去する方法であって、
炭素鋼もしくは低合金鋼が伝熱液体と接触する熱交換システムの稼動を停止させ、
熱交換システム内で、腐食防止剤を含まないスケール調整剤の洗浄水溶液を形成し、
スケール調整剤は、洗浄水溶液中において処理濃度で存在し、
キレート剤、
還元剤、
pH調整剤、及び
非イオン性界面活性剤より成り、
処理期間の間洗浄水溶液を熱交換システム内に循環させ、
洗浄水溶液を循環させながら、
洗浄水溶液を処理温度範囲内に維持し、
洗浄水溶液を処理pH範囲内に維持し、
処理期間の少なくとも一部の間熱交換システム内に循環させながら洗浄水溶液を攪拌し、
炭素鋼もしくは低合金鋼が0.001インチ以上腐食する前に、熱交換システムから洗浄水溶液を実質的に全部抜き取り、
交換用伝熱液体を導入し、
熱交換システムを稼動状態に復帰させるステップより成る、熱交換システム内のスケール及び沈着物の調整及び除去方法。 - 洗浄水溶液を形成するステップは、
熱交換システム内に所定量のプレミックス水溶液を導入し、
プレミックス水溶液はスケール調整剤の濃縮溶液より成り、
スケール調整剤は、洗浄水溶液中において処理濃度で存在し、
キレート剤、
還元剤、
pH調整剤、及び
非イオン性界面活性剤より成り、
所定量のプレミックス水溶液は、伝熱液体と結合されると、スケール調整剤の濃度が処理濃度範囲内の洗浄水溶液を形成するに十分である請求項11の方法。 - 処理温度、処理pH及び処理期間は磁鉄鉱スケールの多孔度及び溶解を共に増加させるに十分なように組み合わされ、処理温度、処理pH及び処理期間のこの組み合わせにより炭素及び低合金鋼の腐食が適用毎に0.0003インチ以下に抑えられる請求項11の方法。
- 熱交換システムは蒸気発生器より成る請求項11の方法。
- 蒸気発生器は原子炉用蒸気発生器より成る請求項14の方法。
- キレート剤は、EDTA、HEDTA、ラウリル置換EDTA及びイミノジスクシナートを有するポリアスパラギン酸より成る群から選択した1またはそれ以上の酸型のキレート剤より成り、
還元剤は、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸の異性体、クエン酸、ヒドラジン、触媒添加ヒドラジン及びカルボヒドラジドより成る群から選択した1またはそれ以上の還元剤より成り、
pH調整剤は、トリエタノールアミン、ジメチルアミン、エチルアミン、1 , 2−ジアミノエタン、ジアミノプロパン、エタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、2−メチル− 2−アミノ−1−プロパノール、5−アミノエンタノールまたはメトキシプロピルアミンのような炭素が10個未満のアミンからなりアンモニアを含まない、請求項11の方法。 - 洗浄水溶液中のキレート剤の処理濃度は1重量パーセント未満であり、
処理温度は100℃未満であり、
処理pHはpH3.5とpH9との間である請求項16の方法。 - 処理濃度は0.05乃至0.25重量パーセントであり、
処理温度は60℃未満であり、
処理pHはpH4.5とpH6の間にある請求項17の方法。 - pH調整剤は炭素数10未満のアルカノールアミンである請求項16〜18のいずれかの方法。
