Claims (5)
- 容量性電圧源としてのコンデンサ−マイクロフォン・カプセルと、増幅器(IC1)と、前記コンデンサ−マイクロフォン・カプセルと前記増幅器(IC1)の間の信号路中に配置された結合キャパシタ(C2)と、を有する、オーディオ周波数信号用増幅器回路であって、
前記コンデンサ−マイクロフォン・カプセルは、その動作点を決定するために第1の結合インピーダンス(R3、D1;R3、D1、D2)を介して第1のバイアス電圧源(Vbias1)に結合されており、
前記増幅器は、その動作点を決定するためにその非反転入力が第2の結合インピーダンス(R4、D3;R4、D3、D4)を介して第2のバイアス電圧源(Vbias2)に結合されており、
特徴として、
前記第1と第2の結合インピーダンス(R3、D1;R3、D1、D2;R4、D3;R4、D3、D4)はそれぞれ非線形抵抗(D1;D1、D2;D3;D3、D4)と比較的低い抵抗値を有する第1または第2のオーミック抵抗(R3;R4)との直列接続からなり、前記カプセルと前記増幅器(IC1)の間の信号路中の非線形抵抗は、前記コンデンサ−マイクロフォン・カプセルのキャパシタ(C1)および前記結合キャパシタ(C2)の充電期間中は導通状態になり、それによってこれらの充電時間は低抵抗の第1の抵抗またはオーミックの第2の抵抗(R3、R4)によって決定され、各結合インピーダンス中の非線形抵抗(D1;D1、D2;D3;D3、D4)は前記コンデンサ−マイクロフォン・カプセルのキャパシタ(C1)および前記カプセルと前記増幅器(IC1)の間の信号路中の前記キャパシタ(C2)の各充電後は高インピーダンス値を呈し、それによって前記非線形抵抗のみが各結合インピーダンス中に非常に小さいノイズ電圧を発生させ、前記増幅器(IC1)の出力信号(S2)またはこの出力信号から導出された信号が前記第1と第2の結合インピーダンスに帰還されるものである、
オーディオ周波数信号用増幅器回路。 - それぞれ前記第1と第2の非線形抵抗としてダイオード(D1またはD3)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の増幅器回路。
- 前記第1と第2の非線形抵抗として2つのダイオード(D1、D2またはD3、D4)の逆並列接続が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の増幅器回路。
- 前記増幅器(IC1)の出力信号(S2)は、その振幅の全体の値が、
前記増幅器(IC1)の反転入力(−)に帰還され、また前記第2と第3の結合キャパシタ(C3またはC4)を介して前記第1と第2の結合インピーダンス(D1、D2、R3;D3、D4、R4)に帰還されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の増幅器回路(図4)。 - 前記増幅器(IC1)の出力信号(S2)は、その振幅の一部の値(R5/R6)が前記増幅器(IC1)の反転入力(−)に帰還され、また前記第2と第3の結合キャパシタ(C3またはC4)を介して前記第1と第2の結合インピーダンス(D1、D2、R3;D3、D4、R4)に帰還されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の増幅器回路(図5)。
