Description
本発明は低い剥離力で剥離可能な、中身にいたずらをされるとすぐわかる方式のシール接合部を製造するヒートシール可能な共押し出しされた多層フィルムに関し、特に前記フィルムを含む包装に関する。更に、前記剥離可能なシールフィルムの製造方法が開示される。
過去何十年間、包装用フィルムのための様々な剥離/シール組合せが開発されている。高品質の剥離フィルム用途のためには、品質基準は極めて選択的であり、離層を回避するため、開封力は剥離フィルムとこのフィルムを支持する支持体の内部凝集力よりかなり低くあるべきである。更に、剥離強度は幅広いヒートシール温度領域にわたって操作可能であるべきであり、特にシール速度が特に重要である十分に自動化された包装ラインのためにはそうである。
本発明は最終押出工程での予備配合された処方の変更によって、改良された熱間粘着度特性を有するテーラーメードの剥離可能なシールフィルムの製造方法を提供することを目的とし、特に極めて選択的な基準を有する高品質の包装用用途のためのテーラーメードの剥離可能なシールフィルムの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
本発明はポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル及び紙を含む様々な支持体上で剥離可能でありかつヒートシール可能な共押し出しされた多層包装用フィルムであって、
− 50〜80重量%のエチレンホモ及び/又はコポリマー、
− 15〜25重量%のスチレンホモ又は/及びコポリマー、
− 5〜20重量%の熱可塑性エラストマー性スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロックコポリマー
を含む予備配合された前駆体処方からの少なくとも一つの剥離可能層を含むものにおいて、
前記予備配合された前駆体によって製造された前記剥離可能シールフィルムにおける剥離力が、最終押出工程における前記前駆体への5〜25重量%、好ましくは10〜20重量%の均一に分枝されたLLDPEの添加によって変更されていることを特徴とする包装用フィルムに関する。
図1は横軸上のシール温度に対する50μmの共押し出しされた処方(A)及び10%の均一に分枝されたLLDPEを含む処方(B)及び10%のPB1を含む処方(C)の剥離シール曲線のプロットを表す。シール:未処理の剥離面自身に対する未処理の剥離面。
本発明の考え方は高い容量で配合できる一つの標準的な予備配合された処方を開発してそれを剥離可能な最終シールフィルムの前駆体として使用するというものであった。
様々な処方が以下に記述される条件に従って押し出されてテストされた。通常のフィルム一軸スクリュー押出装置は処方Aに記述されるような前駆体を均一に分散させることが不可能である。結果としてこの工程は例えば二軸スクリュー押出装置の如き配合押出装置で行われる必要がある。LLDPE及びPB−1が第二の一軸スクリュー押出工程中に均一化されることができることは予期せぬことであった。
この処方は予備配合された前駆体処方の一例である:
62%のポリエチレン(LDPE);
20%のポリスチレン(PS);
13%のスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン(SBS);
2.5%のフッ素エラストマー又はポリマーベースのマスターバッチ;
2.5%の抗酸化剤ベースのマスターバッチ。
前駆体処方のための原材料の例
この処方は第二工程で一軸スクリューフィルム共押出装置に導入される。以下の処方(B及びC)は共押し出しされた多層複合体の剥離可能層に関するにすぎない。
これは減少された剥離力を目的とする改変である。
処方C=処方A+5〜25%のポリブテン−1。

押し出されたフィルムで観察される実験的な剥離力値は測定条件に依存し、それ故、同一の実験条件下で相互に比較される必要がある。これはなぜ処方A,B及びCが同じグラフ上に表されているかの理由である。
シール曲線、自身に対する剥離及び300μmPVCに対する剥離はKoppシーラーを用いて行われた。上あごは加熱され、一方、下あごは室温で60ショアーAのゴムを含んでいた。シールは2バールの圧力で1秒の滞留時間で行われた。剥離力は90°の剥離角で測定された。剥離シールテストに先立ち、50μmのフィルムは実際の結果と比べて良好な結果を与える弾性効果を回避するために19μmのOPETに対して積層された。
熱間粘着度はDTC熱間粘着度テスターを用いて測定する。50μmのフィルムは19μmのOPETに対して積層され、5バールの圧力で0.5秒間シールされた。加熱されたあごはシールの0.1秒後に開かれた。
Claims (10)
- ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリアクリロニトリル及び紙を含む様々な支持体上で剥離可能でありかつヒートシール可能な共押し出しされた多層包装用フィルムの製造方法であって、前記多層包装用フィルムが
− 50〜80重量%のエチレンホモ及び/又はコポリマー、
− 15〜25重量%のスチレンホモ又は/及びコポリマー、
− 5〜20重量%の熱可塑性エラストマー性スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロックコポリマー
を含む予備配合された前駆体処方からの少なくとも一つの剥離可能層を含む場合において、前記剥離可能層のための前駆体処方が第一工程で高剪断及び分散押出装置で予備配合されること、前記予備配合された前駆体処方が次に第二工程で一軸スクリュー押出機を通して押し出され、その間に、均一に分枝された5〜25重量%のLLDPEが包装用フィルムの剥離力及び熱間粘着度を変更させるために添加されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記フィルムの表面領域が製造中に外部ニップ圧力及び温度を付与することによって光学的に変性されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 予備配合された前駆体処方の量が、製造された多層包装用フィルムの剥離可能層中に存在するポリマーの全重量について70〜90重量%を表すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムが、剥離可能層中のフッ素エラストマーからなる群から選択される加工添加剤を4重量%まで含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムにおいて、剥離可能層がリスプ剥離適用のために多層複合体の表面又は内側に配置されることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムにおいて、剥離可能層が多層フィルムの全厚さの最大15%を表すことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムにおいて、剥離可能層が多層フィルムの全厚さの10%を表すことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムが、紙に対する剥離用途のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムが、エチレンポリマーとしてHDPEを含み、滅菌可能な包装用途のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造された多層包装用フィルムが、中身にいたずらをされるとすぐわかる方式の包装用途のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
