Description
充放電終了後の所定時間内に前記二次電池の電圧を測定し、時間軸上で複数の電圧測定値を取得し、前記複数の電圧測定値を用いて逐次計算を行い、前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間特性を近似する4次以上の指数減衰関数の係数を決定し、
少なくとも前記決定した係数に基づき前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求める際に、
前記複数の電圧測定値を取得するタイミングに応じて、前記4次以上の指数減衰関数に含まれる所定の項を除外して前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求め、
前記開回路電圧の収束値に基づき前記充電率を推定する、
ことを特徴とする。
前記二次電池の電圧を測定する電圧センサと、
前記充電率を推定するための演算を実行制御する制御部と、
前記電圧センサから出力される電圧値と、前記制御部による演算処理に必要なデータを記憶する記憶部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、充放電終了後の所定時間内に前記電圧センサの出力を読み取り、時間軸上で複数の電圧測定値を取得して前記記憶部に格納し、前記記憶部から読み出した複数の電圧測定値を用いて逐次計算を行い、前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間特性を近似する4次以上の指数減衰関数の係数を決定し、前記決定した係数に基づき前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求める際に、時間軸上で前記複数の電圧測定値を取得するタイミングに応じて、前記4次以上の指数減衰関数に含まれる所定の項を除外して前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求め、
前記開回路電圧の収束値に基づき前記充電率を推定することにより前記演算を実行制御することを特徴とする。
(1)式において、入力Xを経過時間とし、出力Yを開回路電圧とし、上記各係数を決定することにより、二次電池10の任意の時点における開回路電圧を高精度に近似することができる。

Claims (8)
- 負荷に電力を供給する二次電池の充電率を推定する充電率推定方法であって、
充放電終了後の所定時間内に前記二次電池の電圧を測定し、時間軸上で複数の電圧測定値を取得し、前記複数の電圧測定値を用いて逐次計算を行い、前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間特性を近似する4次以上の指数減衰関数の係数を決定し、
少なくとも前記決定した係数に基づき前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求める際に、
時間軸上で前記複数の電圧測定値を取得するタイミングに応じて、前記4次以上の指数減衰関数に含まれる所定の項を除外して前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求め、
前記開回路電圧の収束値に基づき前記充電率を推定する、
ことを特徴とする充電率推定方法。 - 負荷に電力を供給する二次電池の充電率を推定する充電率推定装置であって、
前記二次電池の電圧を測定する電圧センサと、
前記充電率を推定するための演算を実行制御する制御部と、
前記電圧センサから出力される電圧値と、前記制御部による演算処理に必要なデータを記憶する記憶部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、充放電終了後の所定時間内に前記電圧センサの出力を読み取り、時間軸上で複数の電圧測定値を取得して前記記憶部に格納し、前記記憶部から読み出した複数の電圧測定値を用いて逐次計算を行い、前記二次電池の開回路電圧の時間特性を近似する4次以上の指数減衰関数の係数を決定し、前記決定した係数に基づき前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求める際に、時間軸上で前記複数の電圧測定値を取得するタイミングに応じて、前記4次以上の指数減衰関数に含まれる所定の項を除外して前記二次電池の開回路電圧の収束値を求め、
前記開回路電圧の収束値に基づき前記充電率を推定することにより前記演算を実行制御することを特徴とする充電率推定装置。 - 請求項4から請求項6のいずれかに記載の充電率推定装置を備えた電池システム。
- 請求項4から請求項6のいずれかに記載の充電率推定装置を備えるとともに、前記二次電池は、車両に搭載される負荷に電力を供給する車両用二次電池であることを特徴とする車両用電池システム。
