Description
Claims (8)
- 凍結乾燥装置のための乾燥庫(1)であって、
−内壁面を備えた庫壁(2)が設けられており、
−凍結乾燥の実施中に凍結乾燥させたい製品を内蔵している容器(5)のための、当該乾燥庫(1)の内部に位置する、調温可能な棚板(4)が設けられており、
−凍結乾燥中に発生する水蒸気を付着させるために働くコンデンサ(23)が設けられており、
−棚板(4)と庫壁(2)の内壁面との間に位置する、調温可能な複数のプレート状の構成部分(31,32,33,34,35,36)が設けられており、該構成部分が、内部空間(37)を取り囲んでおり、該内部空間(37)内に棚板(4)が位置している
形式のものにおいて、
−棚板(4)と庫壁(2)の内壁面との間に配置された前記プレート状の構成部分(31,32,33,34,35,36)は、庫壁(2)の内壁面から棚面(4)もしくは該棚面(4)に載置された容器(5)を見た場合の視界が遮られるように棚板(4)を取り囲んでおり、
−前記各プレート状の構成部分(31,32,33,34,35,36)の間に設定された間隔は、凍結乾燥中に容器(5)から前記各プレート状の構成部分(31,32,33,34,35,36)の間の間隙を通ってコンデンサ(23)へ流れる水蒸気の運搬が実質的に妨げられることなく行われるような大きさに設定されている、
ことを特徴とする、凍結乾燥装置のための乾燥庫。 - 調温可能な構成部分が、二重壁構造に形成されたプレートであり、該プレートが冷却媒体循環路(11,41)の構成要素である、請求項1記載の乾燥庫。
- 調温可能な多数の構成部分もしくはプレート(31,32,33,34,35,36)が、光学的なシール性を形成するために互いにオーバラップし合うように配置されている、請求項1または2記載の乾燥庫。
- 調温可能な構成部分もしくはプレート(31,32,33,34,35,36)が、光学的なシール性を形成するために、折り曲げられた区分(38,39,40)を備えており、該区分が棚板組を側方、上方または下方で取り囲んでいる、請求項1、2または3記載の乾燥庫。
- 棚板(4)と、光学的なシールドのために働く調温可能なプレート(31,32,33,34,35,36)とが、1つの共通の冷却循環路(11)の構成要素である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の乾燥庫。
- 棚板(4)と、光学的なシールドのために働く調温可能なプレート(31,32,33,34,35,36)とが、それぞれ互いに別個の独立した冷却循環路(11,41)の構成要素である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の乾燥庫。
- 庫扉が設けられており、扉内壁(36)が、調温可能な構成部分もしくはプレート(31,32,33,34,35,36)のうちの1つまたは幾つかを支持している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の乾燥庫。
- 凍結乾燥プロセスのシーケンスを制御するために働く圧力センサ(16)が設けられており、該圧力センサ(16)が、外部に対して光学的に密にシールドされた空間(37)の内部に配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の乾燥庫。
