BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heavy-duty pneumatic tire, and more particularly to a heavy-duty pneumatic tire that can improve the adhesion of a steel cord used for a carcass layer to rubber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a pneumatic tire, particularly a heavy duty pneumatic tire, a carcass layer in which a steel cord is coated with a coated rubber having adhesiveness is used. At the interface between the steel cord and the coated rubber, adhesion peeling occurs due to the influence of heat, fatigue, moisture, etc. during running of the tire. As a method for reducing this adhesion peeling problem, a method of applying a specific metal salt to a steel cord or blending it with a coat rubber is known (for example, see

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the subject of this invention is providing the pneumatic tire for heavy loads which can improve the adhesiveness with the rubber | gum of the steel cord used for the carcass layer.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in a heavy-duty pneumatic tire using a steel cord for a carcass layer, the belt cushion disposed between the carcass layer and the belt layer end and / or the carcass layer is disposed adjacent to the belt cushion . in addition to the upper bead filler in the radius direction of the bead filler, the Daigo arm provided between the carcass layer and the inner liner, for each 100 parts by weight of the diene rubber, methoxymethyl radix 3-6, methylol groups There is provided a heavy duty pneumatic tire using a rubber composition containing 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of polymethoxymethyl melamine having an A of 0 to 3.
[0006]
Further, the rubber composition further to the diene rubber 100 parts by weight, preferably contains 0.5 to 5.0 parts by weight of cresol resin containing a meta-cresol 60 wt% or more. Furthermore, the polymethoxymethyl melamine is preferably pentamethoxymethyl melamine.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial sectional view in the meridian direction showing an example of a heavy duty pneumatic tire of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the heavy duty pneumatic tire is composed of a pair of left and

[0012]
When polymethoxymethyl melamine is blended with the coat rubber of the carcass layer 4, heat generation of the carcass layer 4 is increased, which adversely affects the durability of the tire. Therefore, as described above, the polymethoxymethylmelamine of the present invention can be blended in each part adjacent to the carcass layer 4 to minimize the heat generation of the carcass layer 4. In particular, it is more preferable to add polymethoxymethyl melamine to the rubber composition of the
[0013]
Further, by blending the polymethoxymethylmelamine of the present invention, the elongation after aging of the rubber composition of the present invention can be improved, and the effect of improving the durability of the tire can also be obtained.
[0014]
The polymethoxymethylmelamine blended in the rubber composition of the present invention is represented by the following general formula.
[0015]
[Chemical 1]
[0016]
In the formula, R is a methoxymethyl group (—CH 2 OCH 3 ) or a methylol group (—CH 2 OH), having 3 to 6 methoxymethyl groups and 0 to 3 methylol groups.
[0017]
The polymethoxymethyl melamine of this invention is mix | blended with 0.5-10 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of diene rubbers, Preferably, 1.0-5.0 weight part is mix | blended. This is because if the blending amount is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the effect of the present invention cannot be obtained, and conversely if it exceeds 10 parts by weight, heat generation during running of the tire increases.
[0018]
The rubber composition of the present invention further contains a cresol resin containing 60% by weight or more of metacresol (hereinafter also referred to as the cresol resin of the present invention) in an amount of 0.5-5. It is preferable to blend 0 part by weight, and further 1.0 to 3.0 parts by weight. By blending this cresol resin, the adhesion between the steel cord and the coat rubber can be further improved. This is because the cresol resin moves to the carcass layer 4 together with polymethoxymethylmelamine, reacts with each other, forms a protective layer on the steel cord surface to prevent moisture and heat, and suppresses moist heat deterioration at the interface between the steel cord and the coated rubber. It is thought that it is from.
[0019]
Here, the content of metacresol in the cresol resin of the present invention is set to 60% by weight or more because the reaction for forming a three-dimensional bond easily proceeds, so that a thicker and stronger protective layer is formed. This is because it is easy. Further, if the blending amount of the cresol resin of the present invention is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the desired effect is hardly exhibited, and if it exceeds 5.0 parts by weight, the exothermic property of the rubber composition increases. It is not preferable.
[0020]
The diene rubber according to the present invention is an arbitrary diene rubber generally blended in various rubber compositions, for example, natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene rubber (IR), various styrene-butadiene copolymers. Examples thereof include rubber (SBR), various polybutadiene rubbers (BR), acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber (NBR), butyl rubber (IIR), and ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber (EPDM). These diene rubbers can be used alone or as any blend.
[0021]
The rubber composition of this invention can mix | blend the compounding agent normally used in the rubber industry as needed. Examples of compounding agents include reinforcing fillers, process oils, vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators, vulcanization activators, anti-aging agents, activators, plasticizers, lubricants, etc. can do. The rubber composition of the present invention is produced by mixing the above-described components using a known rubber kneading machine such as a roll, a Banbury mixer, a kneader or the like.
