Claims (1)
- 測定領域に導入された分散状態の被測定粒子群にレーザ光を照射する照射光学系と、そのレーザ光の照射により得られる回折・散乱光の空間強度分布を測定する測定光学系と、その空間強度分布から被測定粒子群の粒度分布を算出する演算手段を備えたレーザ回折・散乱式粒度分布を用いて、エアロゾルの粒度分布を測定するエアロゾル用粒度分布測定装置であって、
吸引流量が可変の吸引装置と、一端がその吸引装置に連通し、他端が上記測定領域に臨んで開口する第1の吸引管と、一端が上記測定領域を介して第1の吸引管の他端に対向して開口し、他端が測定対象であるエアロゾル発生源のエアロゾル発生部に臨んで開口するように配置された第2の吸引管を備えるとともに、上記第1の吸引管のエアロゾルが通る通路内に整流板が設けられ、かつ、上記第1または第2の吸引管には、流路径を変化させるための機構が設けられていることを特徴とするエアロゾル用粒度分布測定装置。
