Description
本発明に係る電気光学パネルが適用できる電子機器としては、携帯電話機の他に、例えば、PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)と呼ばれる携帯型情報機器や携帯型パーソナルコンピュータ、パーソナルコンピュータ、デジタルスチルカメラ、車載用モニタ、デジタルビデオカメラ、液晶テレビ、ビューファインダ型、モニタ直視型のビデオテープレコーダ、カーナビゲーション装置、ページャ、電子手帳、電卓、ワードプロセッサ、ワークステーション、テレビ電話機、POS端末機等、電気光学装置である電気光学パネルを用いる機器が挙げられる。したがって、これらの電子機器における電気的接続構造であっても、本発明が適用可能であることはいうまでもない。
Claims (6)
- 基材に膜を形成するにあたり、
ノズルが一方向に配列された液滴吐出手段により膜材料液を吐出させて膜を形成する際に、前記ノズルの配列方向における前記膜材料液の液滴の間隔は、前記ノズルの配列方向に対して垂直な方向における前記膜材料液の液滴の間隔より大きいことを特徴とする膜形成方法。 - 基材にカラーフィルタを形成するフィルタ形成工程と、
ノズルが一方向に配列された液滴吐出手段により前記カラーフィルタ上へ保護膜材料の液滴を塗布する保護膜材料塗布工程と、
前記保護膜材料を乾燥させる乾燥工程とを含み、
前記ノズルの配列方向における前記液滴の間隔は、前記ノズルの配列方向に対して垂直な方向における前記液滴の間隔より大きいことを特徴とするカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法。 - 前記フィルタ形成工程の後に、前記カラーフィルタ表面を改質し、前記カラーフィルタ表面の濡れ性を向上させる表面改質工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタが形成された複数の前記基材を分離する前の母基材の全面に前記保護膜材料を塗布することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタが形成された複数の前記基材を分離する前の母基材のうち、前記基材上のみに前記保護膜材料を塗布することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法。
- 前記カラーフィルタ上に吐出する前記保護膜材料の液滴間隔、又は液滴の質量のうち少なくとも一方を変化させることにより、前記カラーフィルタの膜厚を制御することを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法。
