ペルフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル)/フッ化ビニリデン/テトラフルオロエチレン、
クロロトリフルオロエチレン/フッ化ビニリデン、
クロロトリフルオロエチレン/エチレン、
クロロトリフルオロエチレン/テトラフルオロエチレン/エチレン、
テトラフルオロエチレン/ペルフルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)、
テトラフルオロエチレン/ペルフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル)、
テトラフルオロエチレン/ペルフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)、

Claims (20)
- 二酸化炭素及び水性相を含む重合反応混合物を作製し、前記二酸化炭素は、液状又は超臨界状の二酸化炭素であり、該重合反応混合物は炭化水素モノマーと、該炭化水素モノマーの重合を開始させることができる重合開始剤とを含有し、該重合反応混合物中で該炭化水素モノマーを重合させて水不溶性ポリマーを製造することを特徴とする水不溶性ポリマーを製造するための多相重合方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が前記水性相に溶解している請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が前記水性相に不溶性である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が前記二酸化炭素に溶解している請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が前記水性相に不溶性であり且つ前記二酸化炭素に不溶性であって、前記重合反応混合物中で分相を形成する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素モノマーが、ビニルモノマー、ジエンモノマー、スチレンモノマー、アクリルモノマー、アクリレートモノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマーより成る群から選ばれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素モノマーが、塩化ビニル、酢酸ビニル、エチレン、プロピレン、アクリロニトリル、イソプレン、クロロプレン、ブタジエン、スチレン、t−ブチルスチレン、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、アクリルアミド、無水マレイン酸、ビニルエーテルモノマーより成る群から選ばれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が、前記水性相に可溶性の無機過酸化物開始剤とレドックス開始剤より成る群から選ばれる請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記重合開始剤が、前記水性相に不溶性のハロゲン化開始剤と炭化水素フリーラジカル開始剤より成る群から選ばれる請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記方法を界面活性剤の存在下で行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーを前記混合物から分離して、該ポリマーを回収する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーを前記混合物から分離する前記工程が、前記二酸化炭素相を大気に発散させることからなる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法を連鎖移動剤の存在下で行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- コモノマーを前記反応混合物に添加し、前記重合工程が前記モノマーと該コモノマーとを共重合させることからなる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コモノマーがフッ素化および非フッ素化コモノマーより成る群から選ばれる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記コモノマーが、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、ペルフルオロメチルビニルエーテル、ペルフルオロエチルビニルエーテル、ペルフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル、フッ化ビニル、フッ化ビニリデン、クロルトリフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロ(2,2−ジメチルジオキソール)、塩化ビニル、酢酸ビニル、ビニルエーテル、エチレン、プロピレン、アクリロニトリル、イソプレン、クロロプレン、ブタジエン、スチレン、t−ブチルスチレン、アクリレート、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、アクリルアミド、無水マレイン酸より成る群から選ばれる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 二酸化炭素及び水性相と、二酸化炭素に溶解した炭化水素モノマーと、重合開始剤とを含むことを特徴とする炭化水素モノマーの多相重合を実施するために有用な多相混合物であって、前記二酸化炭素は、液状又は超臨界状の二酸化炭素である多相混合物。
- 界面活性剤をさらに含む請求項17に記載の多相混合物。
- 二酸化炭素及び水性相を含む重合反応混合物を作製し、前記二酸化炭素は、液状又は超臨界状の二酸化炭素であり、該重合反応混合物は、炭化水素モノマーと、該炭化水素モノマーの重合を開始させることができる重合開始剤とを含有し、該重合反応混合物中で該炭化水素モノマーを重合させて水不溶性ポリマーを製造したのち、該ポリマーを該反応混合物から分離することを特徴とする多相重合方法によって製造された水不溶性ポリマーの分離方法。
- 二酸化炭素及び水性相と、炭化水素水不溶性ポリマーとを含むことを特徴とする炭化水素モノマーの多相重合から生成した多相混合物であって、前記二酸化炭素は、液状又は超臨界状の二酸化炭素である多相混合物。
