Claims (9)
- 炭化水素給送ガス1から、特に天然ガスから、H2S、メルカプタン及びCO2を除去する方法であって、20−80絶対バールの圧力で運転されて選択溶剤を送り込まれる吸収装置21へ前記給送ガス1が供給され、H2Sを負荷された溶剤流17と100−10,000ppmVのH2S含有量へ粗脱硫されたガス流2とが前記吸収装置2から取り出され、H2Sを負荷された前記溶剤流17は再生装置22へ入れられ粗脱硫された前記ガス流2は20−80絶対バールの圧力で運転される吸収及び再生装置23へ入れられ、実質的に炭化水素及びCO2から成っている小さな第一の膨張ガス流3と実質的にH2S、CO2及び少量のメルカプタンから成っているより多量の第一の廃ガス流4とがH2Sを負荷された前記溶剤流17用の前記再生装置22から取り出されてクラウス装置27へ供給され、更なる利用へ提供される有用ガス流5が粗脱硫された前記ガス流2用の前記吸収及び再生装置23から取り出される方法。
- 前記再生装置22から取り出される前記第一の廃ガス流4が、20−80体積%のH2Sと最高で80体積%のCO2と少量のメルカプタンとから成っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生装置22から取り出される前記第一の膨張ガス流3が、最高で95体積%の炭化水素と最高で30体積%のCO2とから成っていることを特徴とする請求項1及び2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 再生済溶剤流18が前記再生装置22から取り出されて排ガス吸収装置29へ供給されることを特徴とする請求項1−3の何れかに記載の方法。
- H2S及びCO2を負荷された溶剤流16が、排ガス吸収装置29から放出されて、前記給送ガス流1用の前記吸収装置21へ入れられることを特徴とする請求項1−4の何れかに記載の方法。
- 第二の炭化水素膨張ガス流6が、粗脱硫された前記ガス流2用の前記吸収及び再生装置23から放出されて、水素化装置28へ全体的または部分的に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1−5の何れかに記載の方法。
- CO2を含む廃ガス流7が、粗脱硫された前記ガス流2用の前記吸収及び再生装置23から取り出されて、水素化装置28へ入れられることを特徴とする請求項1−6の何れかに記載の方法。
- 粗脱硫された前記ガス流29用の前記吸収及び再生装置23から放出される第二の炭化水素膨張ガス流6が、前記クラウス装置27へ全体的または部分的に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1−7の何れかに記載の方法。
- メチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA)が前記給送ガス流1用の前記吸収装置21へ溶剤として供給されることを特徴とする請求項1−8の何れかに記載の方法。
