Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas stove with a gas grill that heats cooked food such as fish in a grill.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a table stove with a gas grill is configured so that, for example, a glass turning window is provided on an open / close door for taking in and out the food from a grill cabinet so that the degree of baking of the food to be cooked can be confirmed. ing.
[0003]
In order to make it easier to confirm the degree of burn, there is known a device provided with a window glass (view window) on the upper surface of the container. Such a grill can be checked from time to time by checking the condition of the food to be cooked in the grill cabinet while standing in a standing position.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, oil scattered when cooking tempura with a stove or fried foods adheres to the upper surface of the window glass. In particular, since the stove is generally used more frequently than the grill, the upper surface of the window glass is more easily stained.
Moreover, even when the grill or the stove is not used, dust accumulates on this adhered oil and sticks to the upper surface of the window glass, so it was difficult to check the inside of the grill cabinet from the dirty window glass.
[0005]
An object of the table stove with a gas grill of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a table stove with a gas grill that can satisfactorily confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object in the grill.

The packing frame 64 with the horizontal inner peripheral cut is fitted into the upper cut and integrated.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the viewing window assembly 38 formed in this way is pressed from above the rectangular ring-shaped heat insulating material 33 placed on the window mounting portion 30 b of the grill top plate 30, and the window receiver 36. The hook pieces 37a of the plate springs 37 of the grill top plate 30 are fitted into the spring holes 36e and fixed to the protruding frame 30a.
[0027]
At this time, since the heat insulating material 33 is crushed and is in close contact with the window mounting portion 30b and the window glass 40, even if boiling water is spilled from the cooking pot, it does not enter the grill cabinet 12 through the upper window hole 30f. Further, the heat insulating material 33 suppresses heating of the top plate 10 due to the heat of the grill cabinet 12 and prevents combustion exhaust gas from flowing out of the grill cabinet 12 to the top plate 10.
Moreover, when the packing frame 64 is in contact with the top surface of the top plate 10, the lower notch of the packing frame 64 serves as a cushion, so that the top surface of the top plate 10 is prevented from being damaged by the outer frame 35.
[0028]
On the other hand, when removing the viewing window assembly 38, the outer frame 35 is pulled upward to remove the hooking piece 37a of the leaf spring 37 from the spring hole 36e. By removing in this way, even if the soup is applied directly from the cooking pan and the window glass 40 is dirty, it can be washed with water.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an inner door 81 (inner dirt prevention means) is provided below the window glass 40 at a position that covers the window glass 40 from below. 1 and 3 show the opened state of the inner door 81, and FIG. 2 shows the closed state.
Support pieces 81a are provided on both sides of the inner door 81, and the inner door 81 is pivotally supported by inserting a link rod 82 penetrating to the upper front side of the side portion 30e of the protruding frame 30a through the support piece 81a. The link rod 82 is provided by bending between the left and right support pieces 81 a and is connected to the latch piece 81 b of the inner door 81 in the middle of the link bar 82 so as to be rotatable together with the inner door 81.
[0030]
To make opening and closing the inner door 81, the arm connecting portions 82a serving as the right end of the link rod 82 is connected to the L-shaped arm 83. The L-shaped arm 83 is provided so as to be pivotable up and down around a fulcrum 84a of the support plate 84 shown in FIG. 3, and as shown in FIG. A knob 86 protrudes from the lever opening 72 and is fitted. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a tension spring 85 for urging the upper end of the L-shaped arm 83 in the left direction in the drawing is provided at the upper portion of the grill cabinet 12.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an outer door 91 (outside dirt prevention means) is provided above the window glass 40 at a position that covers the window glass 40 from above. 1 and 3 show the opened state of the outer door 91, and FIG. 2 shows the closed state.
A left support piece 91a and a right support piece 91b are provided on both sides of the outer door 91, respectively, and a door shaft hole 91c is formed in each of the support pieces 91a and 91b. The outer door 91 is pivotally supported through the shaft through the door shaft hole 91c and the support shaft holes 10c of the support plate 10b provided in the top plate 10, respectively.
[0032]
The link wire 92 is connected to the lower end of the right support piece 91b. This link wire 92 passes through the link through hole 10d formed in the top plate 10, engages with a free roller 93 provided on the right side wall of the grill cabinet 12, and its tip is connected to the L-shaped arm 83, The outer door 91 and the inner door 81 can be rotated together.
[0033]
Accordingly, the L-shaped arm 83 is urged counterclockwise in FIG. 1 by the tension spring 85 about the fulcrum 84a, and the inner door 81 is closed so as to abut the viewing window assembly 38 as shown in FIG. The outer door 91 comes to a position (upper) and stops, while the outer door 91 comes to a closed position (lower) where it comes into contact with the viewing window assembly 38 and stops.
Further, when the knob 86 is rotated to the open position (downward), the inner door 81 is rotated counterclockwise through the L-shaped arm 83 and the link rod 82 to the lower front side of the protruding frame 30a. While being hidden, the outer door 91 can be pivoted and opened counterclockwise through the link wire 92 so that the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be viewed. At this time, since light is inserted into the grill cabinet 12, the state inside the grill cabinet 12 can be confirmed up to the back of the grill cabinet 12.
[0034]
A lamp 55 for illuminating the inside of the grill cabinet 12 is provided above the inner door 81 at the center of the front portion 30c of the grill top plate 30, and a dry battery 58 serving as a power supply source of the lamp 55 is provided on the bottom surface of the grill cabinet 12. Further, below the L-shaped arm 83, a switch base 57 including an illumination switch 56 for the lamp 55 is provided. The illumination switch 56 is arranged so as to be turned on only while the L-shaped arm 83 is lowered and pressed.
In this way, an open / close interlock mechanism (link wire 92, L-shaped arm 83, link bar 82) that interlocks the outer door 91 and the inner door 81, and an illumination interlock mechanism (link) that interlocks the outer door 91 and the lamp 55. A wire 92 and an L-shaped arm 83).
[0035]
According to the table stove with grill described above, when the operation button 71c is pressed, the open / close valve that opens and closes the gas flow path to the burner 20 is opened, fuel gas is ejected from the burner 20, and the ignition electrode is continuously connected. Ignite by discharge.
The high-temperature combustion exhaust generated in the burner 20 during cooking once accumulates in the upper part of the grill 12 and overflows from the communication port 54 and is discharged through the exhaust chamber 50. Therefore, the cooking object F is heated by the radiant heat and the accumulated exhaust heat, and the cooking object F is efficiently cooked.
[0036]
Normally, the knob 86 is biased by the tension spring 85 and is in the closed position, and the outer door 91 is closed, so that the oil scattered by the stove cooking does not adhere to the upper surface (outer surface) of the window glass 40. In addition, since the inner door 81 is closed, the cooking oil G and oil smoke from the cooking object F do not adhere to the lower surface (inner surface) of the window glass 40 during cooking.
Moreover, even when the grill or the stove is not used, the outer door 91 covers the window glass 40 from the outside, so that dust does not accumulate on the window glass 40, and contamination by oil and dust can be further prevented. .
[0037]
When it is desired to check the state of cooking, the inner door 81 and the outer door 91 are opened by operating the knob 86 to the open position, and the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be looked into. Presses the illumination switch 56 to automatically turn on the lamp 55 and illuminate the food F.
After confirmation, when the hand is released from the knob 86, it automatically returns to the closed position by the urging force of the tension spring 85, and the inner door 81 and the outer door 91 are closed to prevent both surfaces of the window glass 40 from being soiled again by oil or the like. To do. At the same time, the lamp 55 is automatically turned off.
[0038]
Therefore, only by operating the knob 86, both the inner door 81 and the outer door 91 can be opened at the same time to turn on the illumination, and the operation is simple and easy to use.
Further, it is not necessary to separately provide a lamp manual operation section (for example, a lever) for turning on the lamp 55, an opening / closing device for the inner door 81, and an opening / closing device for the outer door 91 (such as the L-shaped arm 83). Costs can be reduced, and space for the lamp manual operation unit is not required, and the grill cabinet 12 can be used extensively.
Further, since the inner door 81 and the outer door 91 are always closed by the urging force of the tension spring 85 unless the knob 86 is operated, it is possible to prevent a problem that the window glass 40 becomes dirty due to forgetting to close it.
Similarly, forgetting to turn off the lamp 55 can be prevented. That is, since the lamp 55 is lit only when it is desired to check the degree of baking of the food F, the life of the lamp 55 and the dry battery 58 is extended, and the lamp 55 and the dry battery 58 can be used for a long time.
[0039]
When the cooking condition of the cooking object F is not confirmed, the lamp 55 is hidden from the cooking space by the inner door 81 in the same manner as the window glass 40, so that the dirt 55 scattered from the cooking object F adheres to the lamp 55. Can be prevented. Therefore, even if the lamp 55 is used for a long period of time, it does not become dark due to adhesion of oil stains, and the degree of burning of the cooking object F can be confirmed well. The inner door 81, since the delay between the turning on and off switching operation of the switching and lamp 55 of the outer door 91 does not occur, the inner door 81, is always the lamp 55 when the outer door 91 is open lit. It is easy to use because you can immediately check the degree of baking of the food F.
[0040]
When the dirt on the window glass 40 is anxious, it is possible to easily remove the viewing window assembly 38 from the body by grasping the outer periphery of the outer frame 35 of the viewing window assembly 38 and wash the dirty viewing window assembly 38 with water. It is possible to confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object F well again.
[0041]
In addition, since the window glass 40 is located in the window mounting portion 30b at a position higher than the grill top plate 30 and moves away from the cooking object F, even if the inner door 81 is opened during cooking, the window glass 40 is scattered from the cooking object F. The baked oil G and oil smoke are less likely to adhere to the lower surface of the window glass 40, and the window glass 40 is less likely to be heated by the atmosphere in the grill cabinet 12. Further, the window glass 40 and the lamp 55 are prevented from being overheated by the inner door 81.
As a result, the boiled juice, baking oil G and oily smoke are less likely to be burnt on the window glass 40, the visibility can be secured, and the degree of burning of the cooking object F can be confirmed well.
[0042]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, although the present embodiment has been described with respect to a single-sided grill, it may be applied to a double-sided grill provided with burners above and below the grill. Moreover, you may provide a burner in upper parts, such as a grill warehouse ceiling surface. Moreover, it may replace with the inner door 81 and the outer door 91, and may provide the antifouling means which slides like a shutter and prevents that the window glass 40 gets dirty. Further, the illumination means is not limited to the lamp, and the ceramic rod may be red-heated by a flame of the burner, or the interior of the chamber may be illuminated by increasing the input of the burner.
[0043]
