Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas stove with a gas grill that heats cooked food such as fish in a grill.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a gas stove with a gas grill, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, includes an opening / closing door 61 for taking in and out the food F from the grill box 112, and a glass rotating window 61 a. It is comprised so that the burning condition of the thing F can be confirmed.
In order to make it easier to confirm this burning condition, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-285052, a rectangular lower window hole 110a is opened at the front center of the top plate 110 of the container, and a grill ceiling serving as a ceiling portion of the grill box 112 is formed. A grill 101 having a plate 130 provided with a light-transmitting viewing window 140 is known.
Since the grill 101 is well-lighted in the grill box 112 through the view window 140, by looking through the view window 140, the degree of baking of the cooking object F in the grill box 112 can be confirmed at any time while standing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the peeping window 140 is provided on the grill top plate 130 formed at a position lower than the top plate 110, when the broth spills from the cooking pan, it flows into the peeping window 140 and accumulates. If grill cooking is performed as it is in such a state, the broth is scorched on the heated viewing window 140, and it is difficult to confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object F in the grill 112, and the function of the viewing window 140 is performed. There wasn't. Furthermore, since the grilled fat G and oily smoke that splattered from the food F during cooking are attached to the viewing window 140 and burnt, it was difficult to confirm the degree of baking as in the case of the broth.
[0004]
A table stove is also known in which the viewing window is fixed to the top plate and the grill top plate and top plate are sealed with packing to prevent combustion exhaust leakage. The rattling creates a gap between the packing and the top plate, causing not only the hot combustion exhaust in the grill to leak out and overheating the top plate, but also the high temperature that the top plate is in contact with. There was a risk of burns when touching the top plate because it was overheated by heat conduction from the viewing window.
In addition, the upper viewing window and the opening window of the lower grilling top plate may be displaced from front to back and left and right due to thermal deformation and rattling of the top plate, so the field of view is narrowed and the degree of baking of the food to be cooked is grasped. It was difficult.
An object of the present invention is to provide a table stove with a gas grill that solves the above-mentioned problems, suppresses the temperature rise of the top plate, and can satisfactorily confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object in the grill cabinet. And
[0005]

[0012]
Further, a table stove with a gas grill according to claim 7 of the present invention is the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 or 2 ,
As the dirt prevention means, a louver having a plate surface formed in a horizontal direction between the viewing window and the cooking space is inclined so as to become lower toward the rear side of the container, and the degree of baking of the food to be cooked is set. The gist is that it is provided substantially parallel to the line of sight to be confirmed.
[0013]
The table stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention having the above-described structure is formed by protruding a protruding frame upward from a part of the ceiling surface of the grill cabinet through an opening formed on the top plate upper surface. By providing a viewing window on the top plate, the condition of the food to be cooked in the grill cabinet is confirmed through the viewing window from above the top plate.
Since the sight glass is provided at a position higher than the upper surface of the top plate, even if boiling water spills from the cooking pot, it does not flow from the surroundings into the sight glass. In addition, since the protruding frame is formed at a position higher than the ceiling surface of the grill cabinet and away from the object to be cooked, dirt such as grilled fat and oily smoke scattered from the object to be cooked during cooking is difficult to adhere to the viewing window.
Moreover, since the viewing window is provided at a position protruding from the top plate, it is easily cooled by the air outside the container.
As a result, dirt such as boiled juice, grilled fat and oily smoke is less likely to burn into the viewing window, and the degree of burning of the object to be cooked can be confirmed well.
Furthermore, since the viewing window is provided on the protruding frame and separated from the top plate, the heat of the heated viewing window is not easily transmitted to the top plate, and the temperature of the top plate is not increased significantly. The seal between the sight glass and the grill cabinet ceiling does not deteriorate even if it is tapped or thermally deformed. Therefore, the hot air in the grill is not leaked to the top plate, and the top plate is not overheated.
In addition, since the viewing window is provided separately from the top plate, high positional accuracy is not required for manufacturing.
In addition, since the dirt preventing means is provided between the viewing window and the cooking space in the grill cabinet, dirt such as grilled oil and oily smoke from the object to be cooked hardly adheres to the viewing window. As a result, it is difficult for the sight glass to get dirty on the inside and outside of the grill cabinet, and the degree of burning of the cooking object can be confirmed well. In addition, since the viewing window is provided so as to protrude from the top plate, a dirt preventing means can be provided in the space of the protruding frame formed on the grill cabinet ceiling surface. In such a case, the cooking space in the grill cabinet is not narrowed.
[0014]
Moreover, since the table stove with the gas grill according to claim 2 of the present invention can detach the viewing window from the protruding frame, even if the boiled juice is directly applied to the viewing window and gets dirty, it can be easily removed to remove the dirt on the viewing window. It is possible to confirm the degree of baking of the food to be cooked again. Moreover, since the viewing window is provided so as to protrude from the top plate, the viewing window can be easily attached and detached.
[0016]
Further, in the gas stove with a gas grill according to claim 3 of the present invention, when it is desired to check the degree of baking of the cooking object, the shutter is slid and opened, and the degree of baking of the cooking object is confirmed through the viewing window from above the grill. . At other times, by closing the shutter and isolating the viewing window from the object to be cooked, it is possible to prevent the viewing window from being soiled by baking oil or oily smoke from the object to be cooked. In addition, since the space for opening and closing the shutter is small, the grill can be used widely. It also prevents the viewing window from overheating.
[0017]
Further, according to the gas stove with a gas grill according to claim 4 of the present invention, when the cooking condition of the cooking object is to be confirmed, the rotating door is rotated and opened, and the cooking condition of the cooking object is viewed from above the grill through the observation window. Confirm. At other times, by closing the pivot door and isolating the observation window from the object to be cooked, the observation window is prevented from being soiled by baking oil or oily smoke from the object to be cooked. In addition, the rotating door is less likely to stick due to the oil from the object to be cooked, and there is little sliding resistance when the rotating door is opened and closed, making it easy to open and close. It also prevents the viewing window from overheating.
[0018]
Further, in the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 5 of the present invention, since the dirt prevention means is urged in the closing direction, the observation window is usually soiled by baking oil or oily smoke from the cooking object. To prevent. Further, since the dirt prevention means is opened by the opening operation, it is possible to satisfactorily confirm the degree of cooking of the food to be cooked from the viewing window. Therefore, it is not necessary to close the dirt prevention means, and dirt such as baking oil and oily smoke from the food to be cooked is blocked by the dirt prevention means except when necessary, so that the viewing window is difficult to get dirty.
[0019]
Further, in the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 6 of the present invention, the net (laser net, punching metal, etc.) is provided so as to partition between the observation window and the cooking space in the grill cabinet. It is hard to stick to the viewing window because it is blocked by grilled oil and oily smoke from the food.
In addition, the inside of the grill can be always viewed through a hole in the net without any operation. It also prevents the viewing window from overheating.
[0020]
Further, in the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 7 of the present invention, the plate surface of the louver is formed in the horizontal direction between the observation window and the cooking space in the grill cabinet, and becomes lower toward the rear side of the body. Since it is inclined, even if the grilled oil scatters from the object to be cooked closest to the viewing window, it is difficult to adhere to the viewing window by receiving it on the plate surface of the louver. Originally, the grilled grease scattered from the object to be cooked far from the viewing window is difficult to adhere because it is separated.
In addition, the louver is provided almost in parallel with the line of sight to check the cooking condition of the cooked food, so it does not interfere with the confirmation of the cooking condition of the cooked food, and you can always look inside the grill without any operation. Can do. It also prevents the viewing window from overheating.
[0021]

[0032]
On the other hand, when removing the viewing window assembly 38, the outer frame 35 is pulled upward to remove the hooking piece 37a of the leaf spring 37 from the spring hole 36e. By removing in this way, even if the soup is applied directly from the cooking pan and the view window 40 is dirty, it can be washed with water.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a rotating door 81 is provided below the viewing window 40 at a position that covers the viewing window 40. 1 shows the open state of the rotary door 81 by a solid line, the closed state by a broken line, and FIG. 2 shows the open state.
Door support pieces 81a are provided on both sides of the rotating door 81. A link rod 82 penetrating above the side 30e of the protruding frame 30a is inserted into the door supporting piece 81a so that the rotating door 81 is pivotally supported. Is done. The link bar 82 is provided by bending between the left and right door support pieces 81 a and is connected to the latching piece 81 b of the rotary door 81 in the middle of the link bar 82 so as to be rotatable together with the rotary door 81.
In order to open and close the rotating door 81, the arm connecting portion 82 a that is the right end of the link rod 82 is connected to the L-shaped arm 83.
As shown in FIG. 8, the L-shaped arm 83 is provided so as to be pivotable up and down about a fulcrum 84a of a support plate 84 (FIG. 2), and its tip is formed on the front of the body. A knob 86 is fitted from the opening 72.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a tension spring 85 for urging the upper end of the L-shaped arm 83 in the left direction in the drawing is provided at the upper portion of the grill cabinet 12.
[0034]
Accordingly, the L-shaped arm 83 is urged counterclockwise in FIG. 1 by the tension spring 85, and the rotating door 81 comes to a closed position (above) where it comes into contact with the viewing window assembly 38 and stops.
On the other hand, when the knob 86 is rotated to the open position (downward), the rotary door 81 is rotated counterclockwise through the L-shaped arm 83 and the link rod 82 to the lower front side of the protruding frame 30a. It is hidden and light is inserted into the grill cabinet 12 so that the state inside the grill cabinet 12 can be confirmed well to the back of the grill cabinet 12.
[0035]
According to the table stove with grill described above, when the operation button 71c is pressed, the open / close valve that opens and closes the gas flow path to the burner 20 is opened, fuel gas is ejected from the burner 20, and the ignition electrode is continuously connected. Ignite by discharge.
The high-temperature combustion exhaust generated in the burner 20 during cooking once accumulates in the upper part of the grill 12 and overflows from the communication port 54 and is discharged through the exhaust chamber 50. Therefore, the cooking object F is heated by the radiant heat and the accumulated exhaust heat, and the cooking object F is efficiently cooked.
[0036]
Normally, the knob 86 is in the closed position, and the rotary door 81 is closed, so that the grease G and oily smoke from the food F do not adhere to the viewing window 40 during cooking.
When it is desired to check the state of cooking, the rotary door 81 can be opened by looking at the inside of the grill cabinet 12 by operating the knob 86 to the open position. After confirmation, when the hand is released from the knob 86, it automatically returns to the closed position by the urging force of the tension spring 85, and the rotating door 81 is closed to prevent the viewing window 40 from being contaminated with oil again.
Therefore, as long as the knob 86 is not operated, the rotating door 81 is always closed by the urging force of the tension spring 85, so that it is possible to prevent the view window 40 from becoming dirty due to forgetting to close it.
[0037]
Moreover, since the rotation door 81 opens and closes by rotation, there is little frictional resistance, and since the friction area is small, the rotation door 81 does not adhere with the oil which came out of the to-be-cooked F, and it is easy to open / close.
Further, since the pivot door 81 pivots around a high position inside the protruding frame 30a of the grill top plate 30, even if the pivot door 81 is opened, it does not enter the cooking space in the grill cabinet 12. The rotating door 81 does not hit a large object to be cooked.
[0038]
In addition, since the viewing window 40 is provided at a position higher than the upper surface of the top plate 10, even if the broth spills from the cooking pot placed on the virtues 75 on the top plate 10, it is difficult to accumulate on the viewing window 40.
Moreover, since the sight glass 40 is provided so as to be inclined toward the back side, even if the broth spills directly on the sight glass 40, it is difficult to flow down and accumulate, and a field of view for viewing the interior of the grill cabinet 12 is sufficient. It can be ensured, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced without requiring the observation window 40 having a long depth.
[0039]
Thus, since the horizontal distance with respect to the depth dimension of the sight glass 40 is short, it is not necessary to provide the sight glass 40 between the narrow virtues 75a and 75b. You can see every corner. Moreover, since the viewing window 40 is not provided between the five virtues 75a and 75b, the heat of grill cooking is not transmitted to the handle of the cooking pan through the viewing window 40, and it is safe.
[0040]
If the sight glass 40 is dirty, it is possible to easily remove the sight glass assembly 38 from the body by grasping the outer periphery of the outer frame 35 of the sight glass assembly 38 and wash the dirty sight glass assembly 38 with water. It is possible to confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object F well again.
Further, since the packing frame 64 is fitted on the outer periphery of the viewing window assembly 38, the upper surface of the top plate 10 is not damaged.
[0041]
In addition, since the viewing window 40 is located in the window mounting portion 30b at a position higher than the grill top plate 30 and moves away from the cooking object F, the grilled fat G and the oil smoke scattered from the cooking object F during cooking are viewed through the viewing window. The observation window 40 is not easily heated by the atmosphere in the grill cabinet 12. Further, the observation window 40 is prevented from being overheated by the rotating door 81. In addition, the viewing window 40 is cooled by the air outside the container.
As a result, boiled juice, grilled fat G, and oily smoke are less likely to be burned into the viewing window 40, and the visibility can be secured and the degree of burning of the cooking object F can be confirmed well.
[0042]
Further, since the viewing window 40 is provided on the grill top plate 30 and is separated from the top plate 10, the viewing window assembly 38 with respect to the grill top plate 30 is not affected even if the top plate 10 rattles or undergoes thermal deformation. The position does not shift, the sealing property between the observation window assembly 38 and the heat insulating material 33 on the grill top plate 30 can be maintained well, and the hot air in the grill cabinet 12 does not leak to the top plate 10. Moreover, the heat of the heated viewing window 40 is not easily transmitted to the top plate 10, and the temperature of the top plate 10 is not greatly increased.
Therefore, even if the hand touches the top plate 10, there is no fear of burns and it is safe.
In addition, since the viewing window 40 is provided separately from the top plate 10, high positional accuracy is not required for manufacturing.
[0043]
<< Second Embodiment >>
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, a different part from 1st Embodiment is demonstrated, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the overlapping part, and the description is abbreviate | omitted. The second embodiment is different only in that it includes a dirt prevention mechanism using a shutter instead of the pivot door of the first embodiment.
[0044]
In the grill 2 of the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a shutter 41 that isolates the inside of the grill cabinet 12 and the viewing window 40 is provided horizontally below the viewing window 40. The shutter 41 is supported at both left and right ends by a guide 31 having an L-shaped front section welded to the grill top plate 30 and is slidable in the front-rear direction.
Further, the tension spring 42 is hooked on the shutter 41 to urge the shutter 41 in the forward direction (front side).
[0045]
The rear part of the shutter 41 is connected to the piano wire 43. As shown in FIG. 9, the piano wire 43 engages with an upper roller 44 provided at the upper center of the back side of the grill cabinet 12 and a lower roller 45 provided on the bottom surface of the center side of the grill cabinet 12. The tip is connected to one end (back side) of a lever 47 provided below the bottom surface of the grill cabinet 12. The lower roller 45 is configured to rotate left and right around a shaft 46 fixed on the bottom surface of the grill cabinet 12 and to change its direction freely.
The lever 47 is provided so as to be rotatable around a fulcrum 49 provided on the bottom surface of the grill cabinet 12, and a tip of the lever 47 projects to the front right side of the container body, and an opening / closing knob 48 is fitted thereto.
[0046]
According to the above-described table stove with grill, the lever 47 is urged clockwise by the pulling force of the tension spring 42 via the piano wire 43 in the clockwise direction in FIG. This prevents the view window 40 from becoming dirty.
When the open / close knob 48 is rotated to the open position (right), the rear end of the lever 47 is rotated to the left to move away from the lower roller 45, and the piano wire 43 is pulled to slide the shutter 41 back.
As a result, the shutter 41 is hidden under the projecting frame 30a (back side), the light is inserted into the grill cabinet 12, and the state inside the grill cabinet 12 can be confirmed well to the back of the grill cabinet 12.
[0047]
Moreover, since the space for opening and closing the shutter 41 is small, the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be used extensively.
Moreover, since the sight glass 40 is provided at a high position, the sight glass 40 and the shutter 41 can be arranged at a distance without narrowing the grill cabinet 12, and overheating of the sight glass 40 can be prevented.
[0048]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, although the present embodiment has been described with respect to a single-sided grill, it may be applied to a double-sided grill provided with burners above and below the grill.
Moreover, you may provide a burner in upper parts, such as a grill warehouse ceiling surface.
In addition, the view window 40 may be configured not to be detached from the protruding frame 30a.
[0049]
In addition, instead of opening and closing the viewing window 40 using the rotary door 81 of the first embodiment or the shutter 41 of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. The louver 88 having the plate surface formed in the horizontal direction may be inclined so as to become lower toward the rear side of the container, and may be provided so as to extend substantially parallel to the direction of looking into the grill cabinet 12.
In this case, even if the grilled oil G scatters from the cooking object F closest to the viewing window 40, it is received by the plate surface of the louver 88 and is prevented from adhering to the viewing window 40. Originally, the grilled grease G scattered from the cooking object F far from the viewing window 40 is difficult to adhere because it is separated.
In particular, if each louver 88 is formed in such a length that the projection surfaces in the vertical direction overlap each other, it is possible to reliably prevent the burning fat G scattered from directly below from adhering to the viewing window 40.
Furthermore, since the horizontal distance may be short with respect to the depth dimension of the viewing window 40 provided at an inclination, it is possible to prevent the burning grease G scattered from directly below from adhering to the viewing window 40 without using a long louver. it can.
In addition, since the louver 88 is provided substantially in parallel with the line of sight for confirming the degree of baking of the object to be cooked F, the confirmation of the degree of burning of the object to be cooked F is not disturbed, and the grill 12 is always operated without any operation. You can look inside. Furthermore, since the configuration is simple, manufacturing costs can be reduced.
Moreover, since the louver 88 is provided on the protruding frame 30a, a sufficient length can be obtained even if the louver 88 does not extend so as to enter the cooking space in the grill cabinet 12, and even if the food F is large, it does not hit the louver 88. . Moreover, overheating of the observation window 49 can be prevented.
[0050]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, a net 89 such as a punching metal or a lath net may be provided on the protruding frame 30a in parallel with the viewing window 40 as a dirt prevention mechanism.
In this case, since the viewing window 40 is provided at a high position, the grill cabinet 12 is not so narrow, and the viewing window 40 and the net 89 can be arranged at a distance, and the viewing window 40 is prevented from overheating. it can.
Moreover, it is possible to always look inside the grill cabinet 12 through the hole 89a of the net 89 without any operation when it is desired to check the degree of baking of the cooking object F.
Further, the anti-dirt mechanism for the viewing window 40 may not be provided.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention, even if boiling juice is spilled from the cooking pan above the top plate, it is difficult to accumulate in the viewing window, and cooking is also performed during grill cooking. Dirt such as burnt oil and oily smoke scattered from objects is less likely to adhere to the viewing window, and the viewing window is less likely to be heated. As a result, dirt such as boiled juice, grilled fat and oily smoke is less likely to burn into the viewing window, and the degree of burning of the object to be cooked can be confirmed well.
Also, even if the top plate rattles or undergoes thermal deformation, the position of the viewing window with respect to the grille will not be shifted, so the combustion exhaust in the grille will not leak, and the viewing window will heat up somewhat. Even if it is done, the heat is not easily transmitted to the top plate, and the temperature rise of the top plate is suppressed.
Furthermore, the dirt prevention means makes it difficult for dirt such as grilled fat and oily smoke from the food to be attached to the viewing window, so that the degree of baking of the food to be cooked can be confirmed satisfactorily. In addition, a dirt prevention means can be provided in the space of the protruding frame, and in such a case, the cooking space in the grill can be used extensively.
[0052]
Furthermore, according to the gas stove with a gas grill according to claim 2 of the present invention, even if the sight glass is dirty, it can be easily removed by removing it from the protruding frame, and the degree of baking of the food to be cooked can be confirmed well again. it can. In addition, since the viewing window protrudes from the top plate, the viewing window can be easily attached and detached.
[0054]
Furthermore, according to the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 3 of the present invention, the shutter can be closed to prevent the observation window from becoming dirty with baking oil or oily smoke from the food, and the inspection window can be opened when the shutter is opened. From this, it is possible to confirm the degree of baking of the food to be cooked well. Moreover, the space for opening and closing the shutter is small, and the grill can be used widely. Moreover, overheating of the viewing window can be prevented.
[0055]
Furthermore, according to the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 4 of the present invention, the rotating door can be closed to prevent the observation window from being soiled by baking oil or oily smoke from the food, and the rotating door can be opened. It is possible to confirm the degree of baking of the food to be cooked from the viewing window. In addition, the rotating door does not stick due to dirt such as grilled fat and oily smoke coming out of the object to be cooked, and the opening / closing operation is easy with little frictional resistance when the rotating door is rotated. Moreover, overheating of the viewing window can be prevented.
[0056]
Furthermore, according to the table stove with a gas grill according to claim 5 of the present invention, since the dirt prevention means is biased in the closing direction, it is not necessary to perform the closing operation of the dirt prevention means. It is possible to prevent the observation window from being soiled by baking oil or oily smoke.
Further, since the dirt prevention means is opened by the opening operation, it is possible to satisfactorily confirm the degree of cooking of the food to be cooked from the viewing window. Moreover, there is no problem that the observation window becomes dirty due to forgetting to close the dirt prevention means.
[0057]
Furthermore, according to the gas stove with a gas grill according to claim 6 of the present invention, the grilled oil, oily smoke, etc. from the object to be cooked are blocked by the net and hardly adhere to the viewing window.
In addition, it is possible to always look inside the grill cabinet without performing any operation when it is desired to check the condition of the cooking object. And since it is a simple structure, manufacturing cost can be held down. Moreover, overheating of the viewing window can be prevented.
[0058]
Further, according to the gas stove with a gas grill according to claim 7 of the present invention, the inclined louver adheres to the observation window even with dirt that is closest to the observation window and dirt that is far from the observation window. To prevent. In addition, when the user wants to confirm the degree of baking of the cooking object, he can always look inside the grill without any operation.
And since it is a simple structure, manufacturing cost can be held down.
Moreover, overheating of the viewing window can be prevented.
