Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stove with a gas grill for cooking an object to be cooked such as fish in a grill.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a stove with a gas grill, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, is provided with a glass rotating window 161a in an open / close door 161 for taking in and out the food F from the grill 112, and the food to be cooked. It is comprised so that the burning condition of F can be confirmed.
[0003]
In order to make it easier to confirm the degree of burning, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-248845 discloses a grill that forms a rectangular top opening 110a at the center of the front side of the top plate 110 of the container and serves as a ceiling portion of the grill box 112. The top plate 130 is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 130a protruding from the top opening 110a to form a grill opening 130f on the top surface, and the window plate 105 made of heat-resistant glass is provided on the grill opening 130f. A grill 101 provided with a viewing window 103 is known. Since the grill 101 can obtain daylight in the grill cabinet 112 through the viewing window 103, the degree of baking of the cooking object F in the grill cabinet 112 can be confirmed at any time by looking into the viewing window 103.
Further, the viewing window 103 is formed by fitting a heat resistant glass window plate 105 into a frame 135 and is configured to be removable from the grille opening 130f. Yes, it is very easy to use. Reference numeral 180 in the drawing denotes a contamination prevention mechanism provided so that the window plate 105 is not soiled by the grilled oil G of the cooking object F in the grill box 112.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the window plate 105 is in direct contact with the inside of the grill 112, the window plate 105 and the frame body 135 into which the window plate 105 is fitted become considerably hot during cooking. For this reason, there is a risk of burns if the user touches the sighting window 103 immediately after cooking or touches the sighting window 103 unexpectedly. In addition, when the window plate 105 is at a high temperature, dirt such as boiled juice, grilled fat G, and oily smoke adhering to the window plate 105 is burnt, and there is a problem that the food to be cooked F becomes difficult to see.
The stove with a gas grill of the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and lower the temperature of the viewing window.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is provided.
A cooker with a gas grill that can be cooked by the combustion heat of the grill burner by placing the cooked item in the grill cabinet and confirming the degree of cooking of the cooked product from the viewing window provided on the top of the container In the

Forming a top opening on the front side of the top surface of the top plate of the vessel body, and forming a grill opening having a mounting surface for the viewing window on the periphery of the ceiling surface of the grill cabinet facing the top opening;
The viewing window is placed on the mounting surface of the periphery of the grill opening, the grill opening is closed, the top opening is covered from above the top plate by the flange, and the notch is in contact with the top plate. and gist der Rukoto which forms the outlet of the cooling air between.
[0009]
The stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention having the above configuration has a double structure in which the viewing window has a gap between the first window plate and the second window plate. For this reason, this clearance gap functions as a heat insulation layer, suppresses the transfer of combustion heat of the grill burner to the outer first window plate, and prevents the first window plate from being overheated.
[0010]
Further, gas grill with stove according to claim 1 of the present invention, to cool the first window plate and the first aperture plate and the second window plate cooling air flows into the gap between the second aperture plate. For this reason, the temperature of the first window plate or the second window plate, that is, the viewing window can be lowered.
[0012]
Further, gas grill with stove according to claim 1 of the present invention closes the grille opening by the weight of the sight glass and placing the viewing window on the mounting surface of the grill opening peripheral edge of the grill box ceiling surface, the top of the grill box While preventing hot air from leaking to the plate, the top opening is covered from the upper part of the top plate with the heel portion of the frame body, so that the spilled spill from the cooking pot falls into the top opening and enters the body. In addition, a notch is formed in the collar, and a cooling air discharge port is formed between the notch and the top plate, so that the first window plate and the second window plate The air that flows between the two is smoothly discharged out of the body. Moreover, since this discharge port is covered at the upper part by the heel part, the boiled juice does not spill directly from the top and is not clogged. Even if the broth travels through the top plate from the side and pinches to this outlet, it can be easily cleaned simply by removing the viewing window and wiping it.
[0013]

Accordingly, the exhaust path is configured so that the combustion exhaust generated from the burner 20 is once filled in the chamber and then discharged from the exhaust port 51 through the exhaust chamber 50.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 5, a rectangular top opening 10 a for confirming an object to be cooked F in the grill cabinet 12 is formed in the top plate 10 in the center in front of the five victories 75 a and 75 b in a horizontally long manner. The top opening 10 a has its tip bent upward so as to prevent inflow of boiled juice transmitted to the top plate 10. A grill cabinet 12 is provided under the top plate 10, and a grill top plate 30 serving as a ceiling portion thereof is formed at a predetermined distance from the top plate 10.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the grill top plate 30 is provided with a protruding portion 30 a that is formed in a mountain shape on the front and rear sides so as to protrude from the top opening 10 a, and the front inclined surface 30 c is provided. A rectangular grille opening 30f is opened. A flat window plate mounting portion 30b is formed on the entire circumference of the grill opening 30f.
[0020]
The grill top plate 30 is provided with a guide portion 31 that guides a frame body 35 of the viewing window 3 described later on the front side of the protruding portion 30a. The guide portion 31 includes a flat plate 31b having a square hole 31a opened at the center, and guide pieces 31c provided on the left and right sides and extending in the vertical direction. A leaf spring 31d is attached to the square hole 31a so as to protrude rearward.
[0021]
The viewing window 3 is placed on the protruding portion 30a formed in this way. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the viewing window 3 includes a first window plate 5a, a second window plate 5b, and a window plate 5a, which are formed of a transparent heat-resistant glass having a rectangular shape larger than the grill opening 30f. And an aluminum die-cast frame 35 covering the outer periphery of 5b from above.
The frame 35 includes a flange portion 35a covering the top opening 10a from above, a window receiving portion 35b for setting the first window plate 5a at a predetermined position via the packing 32, and a window serving as a mounting position for the second window plate 5b. And a frame 35c. Further, a notch 35d is formed on the lower surface of the rear portion of the flange portion 35a.
[0022]
Here, a method of attaching the first window plate 5a and the second window plate 5b will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the first window plate 5a is set on the window receiving portion 35b through the packing 32 with the frame body 35 facing down, and spacers 37 are provided at both left and right ends between the first window plate 5a. The second window plate 5b is set in the window frame 35c. And it fixes to the frame 35 by pressing with the pressing plate 34 from the 2nd window board 5b, and screwing 36. In other words, the first window plate 5a and the second window plate 5b are arranged such that the outer first window plate 5a and the inner second window plate 5b are arranged substantially in parallel with a predetermined distance therebetween via the spacer 37. A double structure is formed, and a gap 38 is formed therebetween. Further, the window plates 5 a and 5 b are provided so as to be inclined upward from the front to the rear with respect to the formation direction (horizontal direction) of the flange portion 35 a, and the inclination angle thereof is the window plate attachment portion 30 b of the grill top plate 30. Is the same as the inclination angle.
[0023]
In addition, two protrusions 35e are formed in parallel at the front center portion of the frame 35, and a spring receiver 40 having an L-shape formed between them and having a square hole 39 on one surface is attached with a screw 43. As a result, two guide holes 41 are formed. Positioning pieces 42 are provided at the left and right ends of the frame body 35 to fit the inner periphery of the top opening 10a and position the frame body 35 in the left-right direction when the viewing window 3 is attached to the top opening 10a.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the viewing window 3 has a guide piece 31 c of the guide portion 31 fitted in a guide hole 41 formed in the frame 35 and is slid downward, and a spring support is received during the slide. 40 square holes 39 engage with a leaf spring 31d attached to the guide portion 31 and slide downward, and the second window plate 5b directly contacts the window plate attachment portion 30b of the grill top plate 30 and is mounted. Placed. At this time, the positioning piece 42 formed on the frame 35 fits into the inner periphery of the top opening 10a.
[0025]
Next, a description will be given of the contamination prevention mechanism 80 provided so that the second window plate 5b is not soiled with the grilled fat G of the cooking object F in the grill cabinet 12.
A rotating door 81 is provided below the second window plate 5b as shown in FIG. FIG. 1 shows the opened state of the pivot door 81, and FIG. 4 shows the closed state. The pivot door 81 is pivotally supported by a link bar 82 that passes through the side portion 30e of the protrusion 30a and rotates together with the link bar 82.
An L-shaped arm 83 is provided on a support plate 84 provided on the side of the grill cabinet 12 so as to be pivotable up and down around a support shaft 84a. The knob 86 protrudes and is fitted.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a tension spring 85 that urges the upper end of the L-shaped arm 83 in the right direction in the drawing is provided on the support plate 84.
[0026]
Accordingly, the L-shaped arm 83 is urged counterclockwise in FIG. 1 by the tension spring 85, and the rotating door 81 reaches the closed position (upper) where it abuts the viewing window 3 and stops.
On the other hand, when the knob 86 is rotated to the open position (downward), the rotary door 81 is rotated counterclockwise through the L-shaped arm 83 and the link rod 82 to the lower front side of the protruding portion 30a. The light is hidden in the grill cabinet 12 so that the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be confirmed well to the back of the grill cabinet 12.
[0027]
Also, above the front panel of the appliance, there is an inlet 15 for sucking outside air (air outside the appliance) into the body by the natural draft generated by the combustion heat of the burner 20 and the first window plate 5a and the second. A plurality are provided in communication with the gap 38 between the window plate 5b.
[0028]
According to the table stove with grill described above, when the operation button 71c is pressed, the open / close valve that opens and closes the gas flow path to the burner 20 is opened, fuel gas is ejected from the burner 20, and the ignition electrode is continuously connected. Ignite by discharge.
The high-temperature combustion exhaust generated in the burner 20 during cooking once accumulates in the upper part of the grill 12 and overflows from the communication port 54 and is discharged through the exhaust chamber 50. Therefore, the cooking object F is heated by the radiant heat and the accumulated exhaust heat, and the cooking object F is efficiently cooked.
[0029]
In addition, the air in the gap 38 between the first window plate 5a and the second window plate 5b is heated by the combustion heat of the burner 20, and the outside air is sucked in by the natural draft force generated ascending backward. It is sucked into the body from the mouth 15. The sucked outside air flows smoothly along the window plate surface from the front to the rear through the gap 38, and between the notch 35d provided on the rear portion of the flange portion 35a of the frame 35 and the top plate 10. It is discharged to the outside of the instrument through the discharge port 33 formed in the above.
Therefore, the window plates 5a and 5b and the frame body 35 heated by the combustion heat of the burner 20 are cooled by unheated air outside the container. For this reason, the temperature of the window plates 5a and 5b and the frame body 35 during use of the grill 1 can be lowered as compared with the conventional one, and burns can be prevented. Moreover, the window plates 5a and 5b have a double structure, that is, the second window plate 5b is covered with the first window plate 5a. Since the structure cannot be touched by hand, it can be used more safely by preventing burns. Moreover, since the gap 38 between the first window plate 5a and the second window plate 5b also serves as a heat insulating layer, the combustion heat of the burner 20 to the first window plate 5a that may be directly touched by the hand. The transmission is suppressed and the first window plate 5a is prevented from being overheated.
In addition, the natural draft force generated by the combustion heat of the burner 20 can be used to smoothly flow the cooling air through the gap 38 formed obliquely upward and backward from the front to the rear. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a special device such as a fan for economical.
[0030]
Furthermore, since the viewing window 3 does not become so hot, the time until the viewing window 3 is removed and cleaned after cooking is completed, and the usability is improved. In addition, the broth, grilled fat G, and oily smoke are less likely to be burnt on the second window plate 5b, and the visibility can be secured and the degree of burning of the cooking object F can be confirmed well.
Further, the outside air that has cooled the viewing window 3, that is, heated air, is smoothly discharged to the outside of the instrument through the discharge port 33 between the notch 35d and the top plate 10, so that the heated air is It is possible to prevent stagnation inside and to enhance the cooling effect. In addition, since the discharge port 33 is covered at the upper portion by the flange portion 35a, the boiled juice does not spill directly from the top and is not clogged. Even if boiled broth travels through the top plate 10 and is caught in the discharge port 33 from the lateral direction, it can be easily cleaned by simply removing the sighting window 3 and wiping it, which is convenient.
Further, since the outside air for cooling flows from the front toward the rear, the user does not get hot air directly and can be used comfortably.
[0031]
Further, since the second window plate 5b is located at the window plate mounting portion 30b at a position higher than the grill top plate 30 and moves away from the cooking object F, the grilled fat G and the oily smoke scattered from the cooking object F during cooking are not generated. While making it difficult to adhere to the second window plate 5b, the window plates 5a, 5b can be made difficult to be heated by the atmosphere in the grill cabinet 12. Moreover, heat radiation from the window plates 5a and 5b to the outside of the container can be promoted.
[0032]
Moreover, since the knob 86 is normally in the closed position and the rotary door 81 is closed, the grilled oil G and the oily smoke from the food F are not attached to the second window plate 5b during cooking. When it is desired to check the state of cooking, the rotary door 81 can be opened by looking at the inside of the grill cabinet 12 by operating the knob 86 to the open position. After confirmation, when the hand is released from the knob 86, it automatically returns to the closed position by the urging force of the tension spring 85, and the rotating door 81 is closed to prevent the second window plate 5b from being contaminated with oil again.
Therefore, as long as the knob 86 is not operated, the rotating door 81 is always closed by the urging force of the tension spring 85, so that it is possible to prevent the second window plate 5b from becoming dirty due to forgetting to close it.
Further, the pivot door 81 also has a role of shielding the combustion heat of the burner 20 to the viewing window 3, so that the temperature rise of the viewing window 3 can be further suppressed.
Moreover, since the rotation door 81 opens and closes by rotation, there is little frictional resistance, and since the friction area is small, the rotation door 81 does not adhere with the oil which came out of the to-be-cooked F, and it is easy to open / close operation. .
Further, since the pivot door 81 pivots around a high position inside the protruding portion 30a of the grill top plate 30, even if the pivot door 81 is opened, it does not enter the cooking space in the grill cabinet 12 so much. The rotating door 81 does not hit the large object to be cooked F.
[0034]
Further, since the guide piece 31 c of the guide portion 31 is fitted in the guide hole 41 formed in the frame body 35, the viewing window 3 is positioned in the front-rear direction, and the positioning pieces provided at the left and right ends of the frame body 35. 42 is fitted in the inner periphery of the top opening 10a, so that it is also positioned in the left-right direction. Further, since the square hole 39 of the spring receiver 40 is engaged with the leaf spring 31d of the guide portion 31, it is latched. The
[0035]
Therefore, the second window plate 5b of the viewing window 3 reliably covers the grill opening 30f of the grill top plate 30, and abuts against the window plate mounting portion 30b by the weight of the viewing window 3 to seal the grill window. The combustion exhaust is prevented from flowing out from the storage 12 to the top plate 10 through the grill opening 30f. Moreover, it is difficult for the broth from the cooking pan to enter the grill cabinet 12 through the grill opening 30f.
[0036]
Further, when the viewing window 3 is placed on the grill top plate 30, the guide portion 31 is slid downward, and since the sliding direction is the vertical direction, there is little sliding resistance with the guide piece 31c when sliding. The observation window 3 can be placed as it is due to its own weight only by positioning the top opening 10a.
In addition, since the square hole 39 and the leaf spring 31d are engaged when the viewing window 3 is placed, it is possible to feel that the viewing window 3 has been normally mounted by the touch.
[0037]
If the first window plate 5a becomes dirty due to, for example, direct application of broth from the cooking pan, the outer periphery of the frame body 35 of the viewing window 3 is grasped and lifted, and the leaf spring 31d is moved to the square hole 39 of the spring receiver 40. It is possible to easily remove the viewing window 3 from the body and wash the soiled viewing window 3 with water, and to confirm the degree of burning of the food F to be cooked again.
[0038]
Since the packing 32 is crushed and the observation window 3 is in close contact with the window receiving portion 35b and the first window plate 5a, even if boiled juice spills from the cooking pot onto the first window plate 5a, it passes through the window receiving portion 35b. Therefore, it does not flow out under the first window plate 5a.
Further, since the first window plate 5a is provided to be inclined downward toward the front, even if the broth spills directly on the first window plate 5a, it flows down forward and does not cover the entire first window plate 5a. Object F can be observed. In addition, by providing the window plates 5a and 5b with an inclination in this manner, it is possible to ensure a sufficient field of view for viewing the interior of the grill cabinet 12 as compared with the case where the window plates 5a and 5b are provided in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed without requiring the window plates 5a and 5b having a long depth. In addition, if it is provided with an inclination, reflection of light on the glass surface can be suppressed, and the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be seen better.
[0039]
And since the depth dimension of the window plates 5a and 5b is short in this way, it is not necessary to provide the window plates 5a and 5b between the narrow virtues 75a and 75b, and the wide window plates 5a and 5b are provided. You can see every corner of the cabinet 12 to the left and right ends. Moreover, since the window plates 5a and 5b are not provided between the five virtues 75a and 75b, the heat of grill cooking is not transmitted to the handle of the cooking pan through the window plates 5a and 5b and is safe.
[0040]
Moreover, since the collar part 35a covers the top opening 10a, even if the broth falls from the cooking pot to the frame body 35, it does not enter the top opening 10a, and the top opening 10a is formed higher than the surroundings, so the top plate It is difficult for the broth that passes through 10 to flow into the organs.
Furthermore, since the rear portion of the window plate attachment portion 30b that is the peripheral edge of the grill opening 30f of the grill top plate 30 is formed by sticking out from the top opening 10a, even if the broth gets over the top opening 10a and enters the body, There is no entry into the grill 12 through the grill opening 30 f of the grill top plate 30.
[0041]
Further, since the viewing window 3 does not contact the top surface of the top plate 10, the top surface of the top plate 10 is prevented from being damaged by the frame body 35, and heat is transferred from the viewing window 3 heated during grill cooking to the top plate 10. There is nothing.
The top of the viewing window 3 is provided at a position lower than the tops of the virtues 75a and 75b, and even if a large cooking pan is placed on the virtues 75a and 75b, the bottom of the pan does not hit the viewing window 3, Will not tilt.
[0042]
Further, since the viewing window 3 is placed on the grill top plate 30 and is not in contact with the top plate 10, the viewing window 3 with respect to the grill top plate 30 even if the top plate 10 rattles or undergoes thermal deformation. , The sealing property between the viewing window 3 and the grill top plate 30 can be maintained satisfactorily, and the hot air in the grill cabinet 12 does not leak to the top plate 10. In addition, the heat of the heated window plates 5a and 5b is not easily transmitted to the top plate 10, and the temperature of the top plate 10 is not greatly increased.
Therefore, even if the hand touches the top plate 10, there is no fear of burns and it is safe.
In addition, since the window plates 5a and 5b are placed without being brought into contact with the top plate 10, high positional accuracy is not required in manufacturing.
[0043]
The frame 35 includes a collar portion 35a, a window frame 35c, and the like, and has a complicated shape. However, since the frame 35 is integrally formed by die casting, it can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced. Further, the frame body 35 can press the second window plate 5b against the grill top plate 30 by its own weight, so that an appropriate weight for closing the grill opening 30f is obtained, and the combustion exhaust from the grill cabinet 12 may be leaked. There is no. Moreover, since the sealing property can be ensured only by placing the second window plate 5b on the grill top plate 30, a large force is not required when the viewing window 3 is attached to or detached from the container. In addition, since the frame body 35 protrudes from the top plate 10, it is easy to hold and the viewing window 3 can be easily attached and detached.
[0044]
Conventionally, since a glass opening / closing window is provided on the front surface of the container, combustion exhaust from the grill cabinet 12 may leak from between the opening / closing window and the front surface of the container and heat the front part of the top plate 10. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the state of the inside of the grill cabinet 12 can be sufficiently confirmed by the window plates 5a and 5b on the upper surface of the container body without providing an opening / closing window on the front surface of the container body. The temperature does not get too high.
Further, when the handle 62 is grasped to take out the food F from the grill cabinet 12, it is safe without the hand touching the front opening / closing window that has become hot.
In addition, since the opening / closing window is not provided on the front surface of the body, the front surface of the body does not become so hot, and the knob 86 for operating the rotating door 81 is disposed at the center of the body (next to the handle 62). It can be used with peace of mind when the knob 86 is operated, and it is easier to operate the knob 86 than when the knob 86 is provided between the operation button 71b and the operation button 71c. In addition, since it is close to the grill cabinet 12, it is easy for the user to understand that the knob 86 relates to the grill 1.
[0045]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, the description has been made on the single-sided grill, but the present invention may be applied to a double-sided grill provided with burners above and below the grill 22.
Moreover, you may provide the burner 20 in upper parts, such as a grill warehouse ceiling.
In the present embodiment, the table stove with the gas grill has been described, but a built-in stove may be used.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention, the gap between the first window plate and the second window plate serves as a heat insulating layer and may be touched. Since the outer first window plate is prevented from being overheated, burns can be prevented. In addition, boiled juice, grilled fat and oily smoke are less likely to be burned on the first window plate, and the visibility can be secured and the degree of burning of the food to be cooked can be confirmed well.
[0047]
