【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、グリル付きこんろのような調理器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からグリル付きこんろのような調理器具において、調理器具本体の前面に操作パネルを備えた可動部材を操作パネルが外部に露出しないように調理器具本体内に収納した状態と調理器具本体の外に露出する非収納状態とを選択できるように可動自在に取付けたものが知られている。(例えば、特許文献1参照)
上記特許文献1に示される従来例にあっては、操作パネルを使用しない場合に操作パネルを収納することで調理器具の前面の外観をすっきりした外観とすると共に操作パネルが汚れないようにできるという特徴を有している。ところが、このような従来例にあっては、調理器具本体への可動部材の取付けがし難く、また、可動部材に操作パネルを設けてあるので調理器具本体内の各電装部品と可動部材に設けた操作パネルの配線の接続作業がし難いという問題があった。また、調理器具本体内に内装された電装部品や操作パネルの修理や交換に当たって、従来においては調理器具本体の排気カバー、五徳、バーナヘッド、天板等を順次取り外して行わなければならず、多大の労力と時間を要するという問題があった。

更に、一般的にガスコンロにおいては前面に電池ケースを設けており、このように前面に電池ケースを設けるものにおいては前面における操作パネルを取付けるための可動部材を配置できる面積に制限があり、このため、可動部材が大きくできず、このため操作パネルも小さくなって、操作性が悪くなるという問題がある。

また、調理器具本体の前面に設けた操作パネルを取り外して調理器具本体の内部の電装部品の修理、交換を行うようにしたものも従来から知られている。(例えば、特許文献2参照)
ところが、この特許文献2に示される従来例にあっては、簡単な点検や電池交換などの場合も操作パネルを取り外して点検や電池交換を行わなければならず、この場合、操作パネルを取り外して電気的接続も解除してしまうので、例えば、電池を交換した場合に、正常に動作するか否かの動作確認を操作パネルを操作して行おうとしてもできず、電気的接続を行って操作パネルを取付けてからしか上記動作確認ができず、仮に正常な動作が行われない場合には再び操作パネルを外し、電池のセットをやり直す必要があり、非常に手間がかかるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、非使用状態では操作パネルが露出せず、使用する場合には前面に突出させて容易に操作できるようなものであるにもかかわらず、調理器具本体の内部の電装部品や操作パネルの点検あるいは電池の交換が容易に行え、また、操作パネルを備えた可動部材を調理器具本体に対して容易に取付けることが出きると共に可動部材に設けた操作パネルと調理器具本体の内部の電装部品との電気的接続作業も容易に行え、また、調理器具本体の上面の左側に温度センサ付きガスこんろ部がある機種、右側にある機種のいずれの場合も部品を共用して温度センサ付きガスこんろ部側にガスこんろ側可動部材を位置するように取付けることができると共に取付けも容易となる調理器具を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る調理器具は、調理器具本体1の前面に操作パネル5を備えた可動部材10を操作パネル5が外部に露出しないように調理器具本体1内に収納した状態と調理器具本体1の外に露出する非収納状態とを選択できるように可動自在に取付け、操作パネル5を調理器具本体1内に収納した状態で可動部材10の前面となる部位に上記調理器具本体1内に連通する開口部20を設けると共に該開口部20を開閉するための蓋21を設けた調理器具であって、調理器具本体1の前面部に可動部材取付け部9を設け、この可動部材取付け部9の取付け用開口部9aの両側部に設けた取付け部側軸支部22に可動部材10の両側の外面側に設けた外面側被軸支部23を着脱自在に軸支して可動部材取付け部9の両側部間に可動部材10を回動自在に取付けると共に、可動部材10の両側部の内面側に設けた内面側軸支部25に蓋21の両側部に設けた蓋側被軸支部24を着脱自在に軸支して可動部材10の両側部間に開口部20を開閉するための蓋21を回動自在に取付けて成ることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成とすることで、調理器具本体1の内部の電装部品や操作パネル5の点検、修理、交換、配線の接続、接続解除作業を行うに当たって、可動部材10に設けた蓋21を開いて開口部20をオープンにして行うことができて、点検、修理、交換、配線の接続、接続解除作業が容易に行えると共に、操作パネル5を備えた可動部材10に蓋21付きの開口部20を設けることで、可動部材10を有効に利用して開口部20を形成できて可動部材10とは別に点検、修理、交換のための別途蓋付き開口部を調理器具本体1の前面に設ける必要がないものである。また、調理器具本体1の前面部に可動部材取付け部9を設け、この可動部材取付け部9の取付け用開口部9aの両側部に設けた取付け部側軸支部22に可動部材10の両側部の外面側に設けた外面側被軸支部23を着脱自在に軸支して可動部材取付け部9の両側部間に可動部材10を回動自在に取付けると共に、可動部材10の両側部の内面側に設けた内面側軸支部25に蓋21の両側部に設けた蓋側被軸支部24を着脱自在に軸支して可動部材10の両側部間に開口部20を開閉するための蓋21を回動自在に取付けることで、蓋21を取付けない状態で可動部材10の両側を内側に撓ませながら可動部材10の外面側被軸支部23を可動部材取付け部9の取付け用開口部9aの両側部の取付け部側軸支部22に軸支して取付けることができ、また、蓋21の両端部の蓋側被軸支部24を可動部材10の両側部の内面側に設けた内面側軸支部25に軸支して取付けることができ、取り外しに当たっては上記と逆の順序で簡単に取り外すことができるものである。そして、取付け状態においては、蓋21を軸支することで可動部材10が内側に撓もうとしても蓋21が抵抗となって内側に撓むのが防止され、これにより蓋21を取り外さない限り可動部材10が可動部材取付け部9から外れ難い構造とすることができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。以下の実施形態では調理器具としてグリル付きガスこんろAを例として説明する。

グリル付きガスこんろAは調理器具本体1にガスこんろ部2とグリル3とを備えたもので、添付図面に示す実施形態においてはシステムキッチンに装備されるドロップインタイプのグリル付きガスこんろAが示してある。

グリル付きガスこんろAの主体を構成する調理器具本体1内部には左右方向の中央部にグリル3が配設してあり、調理器具本体1の前面の左右方向の中央部にグリル3のグリル扉3aが配置してある。

調理器具本体1の上面にはガスこんろ部2が複数配設してあり、添付図面に示す実施形態では調理器具本体1の上面に3つのガスこんろ部2が配設してあり、3つのガスこんろ部2は上面の手前側の左側、右側、及び上面の後側の左右方向の中央部にそれぞれ配設してある。ここで、左右に配設したガスこんろ部2は一方がなべ底の温度を検知して燃焼制御を行うようにした温度センサ付きガスこんろ部2aとなっており、左右に配設したガスこんろ部2の他方が高火力ガスこんろ部2bとなっている。添付図面に示す実施形態では左側に温度センサ付きガスこんろ部2aを配設し、右側に高火力ガスこんろ部2bを配設した例が示してある。また、後方上面の後側の左右方向の中央部にそれぞれ配設したガスこんろ部2は小火力ガスこんろ部2cとなっている。

調理器具本体1の前面の上部(添付図面に示す実施形態では左側の上部及び右側の上部)にはそれぞれ上記複数のガスこんろ部2の点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4が設けてある。図1乃至図6に示す実施形態では前面の左側に温度センサ付きガスこんろ部2aの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4aを配設し、前面の右側に高火力ガスこんろ部2bの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4bと、小火力ガスこんろ部2cの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4cとを配設してあり、点火・消火手動操作部4bは点火・消火手動操作部4cよりも右側に配置してある。つまり、3つのガスこんろ部2が左側から右側にかけて温度センサ付きガスこんろ部2a、小火力ガスこんろ部2c、高火力ガスこんろ部2bの順に配置してあるので、この配置に対応して3つの点火・消火手動操作部4も左側から右側にかけて温度センサ付きガスこんろ部2aの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4a、小火力ガスこんろ部2cの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4c、高火力ガスこんろ部2bの点火、消火操作を行うための点火・消火手動操作部4bの順に配設してある。

上記各点火・消火手動操作部4は添付図面においては前後方向に移動自在な押釦により構成してあり、点火・消火手動操作部4を構成する押釦は前後方向に移動自在で且つ前方に突出した状態で回動自在となっている。消火状態では点火・消火手動操作部4が後方に押されて押釦よりなる点火・消火手動操作部4の前面が調理器具本体1の前面と略面一状態となるように後退状態が保持されている。ガスこんろ部2の使用に当たっては、押釦よりなる点火・消火手動操作部4を押し操作して点火操作をすることで、後退していた点火・消火手動操作部4が前方に突出すると共にガスこんろ部2に点火される。この押釦よりなる点火・消火手動操作部4が前方に突出した状態で点火・消火手動操作部4を指で摘んで回動操作することでガスこんろ部2の火力調整ができるようになっている。一方、消火にあたっては、前方に突出している点火・消火手動操作部4を後方に押し操作することで、ガスこんろ部2の消火を行うと共に、点火・消火手動操作部4の前面が調理器具本体1の前面と略面一状態となるように後退状態で保持される。

調理器具本体1の前面部の左右(つまりグリル扉3aの左右)にはそれぞれ可動部材取付け部9が設けてある。可動部材取付け部9は図7乃至図13に示すように枠体27により構成してあり、該枠体27は調理器具本体1の前面部の左右に任意の固着手段により固着してある。可動部材取付け部9を構成する枠体27には前面部の下部に取付け用開口部9aが設けてあり、この取付け用開口部9aの両側下部には取付け部側軸支部22が設けてあり、添付図面に示す実施形態では軸孔により取付け部側軸支部22が構成してある。枠体27の前面部の上部には上開口28が設けてある。上記枠体27の内部の下部の一側部には取付け金具29が取付けてあり、この取付け金具29にキックばねとなるばね30が取付けてある。図13に示す実施形態ではばね30としてねじりコイルばねが用いてある。また、取付け金具29にはピニオン31が回動自在に軸支してある。

更に、左右の枠体27のうちいずれか一方の枠体27の内部の下部には図12、図13に示すように取付け用開口部9aの後方位置に取付け金具29の隣に電池収納部26が取付けてあり、この電池収納部26は更に後端部に設けた取付け部26aを調理器具本体1に任意の取付け手段により取付けるようになっている。電池収納部26は取付け用開口部9aと対向する前面が開口していて前面開口から内部に調理器具本体1に設けた電装部品の電源となる電池をはめ込んで取付けたり、あるいは取り外して交換できるようになっている。

可動部材10は図14に示すように上横片32の両端部に下方に向けて両側片33を一体に垂設した略コ字状をしており、上横片32には操作パネル装着部32aが設けてあり、この操作パネル装着部32aに操作パネル5が装着してある。可動部材10の両側片33と上横片32とに囲まれた部分は前方、下方、後方に開口した開口部20となっている。可動部材10の一方の側片33の内面下部には弧状をしたラック部34とばね当たり部35とが突設してある。また可動部材10の両側片33の前端下端部には前記可動部材取付け部9の取付け用開口部9aの両側部に設けた取付け部側軸支部22に着脱自在に軸支するための外面側被軸支部23と、後述の蓋21の下端部の両端部に設けた蓋側被軸支部24を着脱自在に軸支するための内面側軸支部25が設けてある。添付図面に示す実施形態においては、可動部材10の両側片33の外面の前端下端部に外面側被軸支部23を構成する軸を外側方に向けて突設し、可動部材10の両側片33の内面の前端下端部に内面側軸支部25を構成する軸を内側方に向けて突設してあり、添付図面に示す実施形態においては外面側被軸支部23を構成する軸と内面側軸支部25を構成する軸とは同一軸線上に位置している。上横片32は前側片33の前縁部を垂直にした姿勢で後方側が下となるように傾斜しており、該上横片32の後端部にはストッパ部36が設けてある。また、上横片32の前端部には係合部37が設けてある。

すなわち、可動部材10に蓋21を取付けない状態で略コ字状をした可動部材10の両側片33を内側に撓ませることで両側片33間の幅を少し縮めた状態で可動部材10を枠体27内に入れて、両側片33の前端下端部に外側方に向けて突出した外面側被軸支部23を構成する軸を枠体27の取付け用開口部9aの両側下部に設けた取付け部側軸支部22を構成する孔に対向させ、この状態で側片33を内側に撓ませている力を解除することで側片33の弾性復元力により外面側被軸支部23である軸を取付け部側軸支部22である孔に図7に示すように回動自在に軸支する。この軸支状態ではキックばねとなるばね30が可動部材10の一側片33の内面に設けたばね当たり部35に当たり且つピニオン31が弧状をしたラック部34に噛み合う。

このようにして枠体27に可動部材10を取付けた後に、可動部材10に図9に示すように、蓋21を取付ける。蓋21の取付けに当たっては、蓋側被軸支部24を構成する軸孔24aを切り込み部24b部分から可動部材10の両側片33の前端下端部に内側方に向けて突出した内面側軸支部25を構成する軸に着脱自在にはめ込む。この場合、軸孔24aの切り込み部24bと連通する部分の連通開口幅は内面側軸支部25を構成する軸の直径よりも少し小さくなっていて、該連通開口部分を押し広げるようにしてはめ込むことで蓋側被軸支部24を構成する軸孔24aを内面側軸支部25を構成する軸に回動自在に軸支する。この状態で蓋21を回動し、蓋21の上端部の被係合部39を可動部材10の係合部37に着脱自在に係合して蓋21により可動部材10の前面側の開口部20を図10に示すように閉塞する。この蓋21を閉じた状態では、蓋21の上部は被係合部39と係合部37との係合が可動部材10に対して蓋21を上方及び前後方向に外れないような係合構造となっており、蓋21の下部においては、切り込み部24bが内面側軸支部25を構成する軸よりも下方位置に位置して蓋21が下方及び前後方向に外れない構造となっており、このため、係合部37と被係合部39との係合を外さないと切り込み部24b部分から蓋側被軸支部24を内面側軸支部25から外すことができないものである。

上記のように蓋21を取付けた状態では可動部材10が内側に撓もうとしても蓋21が抵抗となって内側に撓むのが防止され、これにより蓋21を取り外さない限り可動部材10が可動部材取付け部9から外れ難い構造とすることができるものである。したがって、可動部材10を外すにはまず、被係合部39と係合部37との係合を外し、その後、蓋21を可動部材10に対して回動した状態で切り込み部24b部分から蓋側被軸支部24を内面側軸支部25から外し、その後、可動部材10の両側片33を内側に撓ませて外面側被軸支部23を取付け部側軸支部22から外すことで可動部材10を取り外すことができるものである。

上記のように蓋21を取付けた状態で調理器具本体1の前面下部の左右に回動自在に取付けた可動部材10は、操作パネル5を使用しない時にはばね30の力に抗しながら後方に向けて回動することで操作パネル5を設けた上横片32を調理器具本体1内に収納すると共に、可動部材10の前面を調理器具本体1の前面の前面化粧板40と略面一とし、この収納状態で可動部材10を磁石あるいは係止部材により構成する保持手段により保持するようになっている。

ここで、係止部材による係止の一例につき説明すると、可動部材10の上横片32に図14(b)に示すように係止突部50を設け、可動部材取付け部9に市販のキャッチ部材(例えば株式会社ニフコ社製の「浮き出しラッチ」)を取付けて上記係止突部とキャッチ部材とで係止部材を構成することができる。この係止部材は、可動部材10を後方に回動して係止突部50をキャッチ部材に押し込んで嵌め込むことで係止状態となり、係止解除に当たっては可動部材10を再度後方に押すことで係止突部50がキャッチ部材に押して係止が解除されるようになっている。つまり、係止突部50の外面側を1回押すと係止突部50がキャッチ部材に係止され、再び押すと係止突部50とキャッチ部材との係止が解除される機構となっている。もちろん、係止部材としては上記の構造のものにのみ限定されるものではない。

そして、可動部材10の前面を調理器具本体1の前面と略面一とした閉状態で、可動部材10の前面上部を後方に押し込む操作をすることで、上記保持手段を構成する磁石による磁着や係止部材による係止を解除し、ばね30の力で可動部材10を前方に回動させるようになっている。この場合、ピニオン31が弧状をしたラック部34に噛み合っていることでばね30による前方への回動速度がゆっくりとした回動速度となるようにしている。可動部材10を前方に向けて回動すると、操作パネル5が調理器具本体1の前面から前方に突出して上方又は斜め上方を向く。この操作パネル5の前方への突出状態で、上横片32の後端部のストッパ部36が枠体27の取付け用開口部9aの上縁部の背面側の当たり部に当たってそれ以上の可動部材10の前方への回動が阻止され、操作パネル5の前方への突出状態が維持されるようになっているので、前方に突出して上方又は斜め上方を向くように露出した操作パネル5を操作することができる。

上記のように本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、調理器具本体の前面に操作パネルを備えた可動部材を操作パネルが外部に露出しないように調理器具本体内に収納した状態と調理器具本体の外に露出する非収納状態とを選択できるように可動自在に取付け、可動部材に上記調理器具本体内に連通する開口部を設けると共に該開口部を開閉するための蓋を設けてあるので、非使用状態では操作パネルが露出せず、使用する場合には前面に突出させて容易に操作できるのみならず、操作パネルを収納自在とするための可動部材に設けた蓋を開いて調理器具本体の内部の電装部品や操作パネルの点検、修理、交換、配線の接続、接続解除作業が容易に行えるものであり、しかも、操作パネルを備えた可動部材に蓋付きの開口部を設けてあるので、可動部材を有効に利用して開口部を形成できて可動部材とは別に点検、修理、交換のための別途蓋付き開口部を調理器具本体の前面に設ける必要がなく、この結果、調理器具本体の前面に回動自在に取付ける可動部材が小さくならず、可動部材に取付ける操作パネルの大きさを大きくできて操作性が良くなるものである。
