Description
(1)タイヤから独立した部材を弾性固定バンドによりタイヤのトレッド内面に装着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記弾性固定バンドを、幅10〜40mm、厚さ0.1〜0.5mmの金属からなる帯状体で構成し、かつ前記部材の外周面と該弾性固定バンドの内周面を結合してあるいは前記部材の内周面と該弾性固定バンドの外周面とを結合して、タイヤのトレッド内面に装着してなることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
(3)前記弾性固定バンドの外周面をゴムまたは合成樹脂で被覆した上記(1)または(2)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(4)前記弾性固定バンドの周長をタイヤ中央部の内周長より10〜50mm短くした上記(1)、(2)または(3)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(5)前記部材が多孔質材料からなる吸音材である上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(6)弾性固定バンドの周長が一定長のものである上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(7)弾性固定バンドが、該弾性固定バンドの周上の少なくとも1箇所に周長を自動調節する伸縮機構を有するものである上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(8)前記伸縮機構が弾性体のバネ機構で構成されている上記(7)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(9)前記伸縮機構が前記弾性固定バンドの両端部を互いにスライド可能に連結せしめてなるものである上記(7)記載の空気入りタイヤ。

Claims (9)
- タイヤから独立した部材を弾性固定バンドによりタイヤのトレッド内面に装着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記弾性固定バンドを、幅10〜40mm、厚さ0.1〜0.5mmの金属からなる帯状体で構成し、かつ前記部材の外周面と該弾性固定バンドの内周面を結合してあるいは前記部材の内周面と該弾性固定バンドの外周面とを結合して、タイヤのトレッド内面に装着してなることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記帯状体が、引張強さ400〜1400MPaの金属材料である請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記弾性固定バンドの外周面をゴムまたは合成樹脂で被覆した請求項1または2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記弾性固定バンドの周長をタイヤ中央部の内周長より10〜50mm短く設定した請求項1、2または3記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記部材が多孔質材料からなる吸音材である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 弾性固定バンドの周長が一定長のものである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 弾性固定バンドが、該弾性固定バンドの周上の少なくとも1箇所に周長を自動調節する伸縮機構を有するものである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記伸縮機構が弾性体のバネ機構で構成されている請求項7記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記伸縮機構が前記弾性固定バンドの両端部を互いにスライド可能に連結せしめてなるものである請求項7記載の空気入りタイヤ。
