Description
また、本発明のタイヤ騒音低減装置は、多孔質材料からなる吸音材と、該吸音材をタイヤ内面に装着するためのバンド部材とを備え、該バンド部材が前記吸音材と前記タイヤ内面との間に配置されたタイヤ騒音低減装置において、前記バンド部材がその幅方向両端部の両面側に面取り部を有し、前記バンド部材における各面取り部が曲面からなり、前記バンド部材の内周面側に位置する前記面取り部R1の曲率半径r1及び前記バンド部材の外周面側に位置する前記面取り部R2の曲率半径r2のそれぞれが前記バンド部材の厚さT B に対して、0.1T B ≦r1≦0.5T B ,0.1T B ≦r2≦0.5T B の関係を有し、前記曲率半径r1が前記曲率半径r2より大きいことを特徴とするものである。
酸素を封入し温度80度で120時間の乾熱処理を行った各騒音低減装置をタイヤサイズ245/50R18の空気入りタイヤの空洞部内に装着し、その空気入りタイヤをリムサイズ18×8Jのホイールに組み付け、空気圧200kPa、荷重7.8kNの条件でドラム試験機にて走行試験を実施した。具体的には、初期速度120km/hとし、24時間毎に10km/hずつ速度を増加させ、吸音材に破断が発生するまで走行させ、その到達速度を測定した。
上記吸音材の破断発生速度試験を行った後、タイヤ内面の状態を調べた。タイヤ内面の損傷の程度は、インナーライナーに擦り傷がない場合を「A」で示し、インナーライナーに擦り傷がある場合を「B」で示し、インナーライナーにめくれが発生した場合を「C」で示した。

Claims (3)
- 多孔質材料からなる吸音材と、該吸音材をタイヤ内面に装着するためのバンド部材とを備え、該バンド部材が前記吸音材と前記タイヤ内面との間に配置されたタイヤ騒音低減装置において、前記バンド部材がその幅方向両端部の両面側に面取り部を有し、前記バンド部材における各面取り部が平面からなり、前記バンド部材の内周面側に位置する前記面取り部C1の前記バンド部材の幅方向に対する角度θ1及び前記バンド部材の外周面側に位置する前記面取り部C2の前記バンド部材の幅方向に対する角度θ2がそれぞれ110°≦θ1≦160°,110°≦θ2≦160°の範囲であり、前記角度θ1が前記角度θ2より大きいことを特徴とするタイヤ騒音低減装置。
- 多孔質材料からなる吸音材と、該吸音材をタイヤ内面に装着するためのバンド部材とを備え、該バンド部材が前記吸音材と前記タイヤ内面との間に配置されたタイヤ騒音低減装置において、前記バンド部材がその幅方向両端部の両面側に面取り部を有し、前記バンド部材における各面取り部が曲面からなり、前記バンド部材の内周面側に位置する前記面取り部R1の曲率半径r1及び前記バンド部材の外周面側に位置する前記面取り部R2の曲率半径r2のそれぞれが前記バンド部材の厚さT B に対して、0.1T B ≦r1≦0.5T B ,0.1T B ≦r2≦0.5T B の関係を有し、前記曲率半径r1が前記曲率半径r2より大きいことを特徴とするタイヤ騒音低減装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ騒音低減装置を空洞部内に備えた空気入りタイヤ。
