Claims (5)
- 一つのOLTと、前記OLTに接続する複数のONUとを有するギガビットイーサネット受動光加入者網の前記OLTによる帯域幅割当方法において、
a)前記OLTから前記ONUに、登録要求を伝送する機会を許すメッセージとして登録要求許可(グラント)フレームを伝送する段階と、
b)前記登録要求許可フレームに応答して登録要求メッセージを伝送してきたONUの個数を判断する段階と、
c)一つのタイムスロットを複数のミニスロットに分割し、該分割したミニスロットそれぞれの一部帯域幅を前記個数のONUを受用するために必要なだけ分割し、該分割した帯域幅を前記登録要求メッセージを伝送してきたONUに音声帯域としてそれぞれ割り当てる段階と、
d)OLTからONUに、データ伝送のための帯域幅割当要求を伝送する機会を許すメッセージとして帯域要求許可(グラント)フレームを伝送する段階と、
e)前記帯域要求許可フレームに応答した前記ONUから帯域幅割当要求メッセージを受信する段階と、
f)各ミニスロットにおける割り当て済みの音声帯域を除いた残りの帯域幅毎に、前記帯域幅割当要求メッセージに従い帯域幅割当のためのスケジューリングを遂行し、前記帯域幅割当要求メッセージを伝送してきたONUにデータ伝送帯域を動的に割り当てる段階と、
を含み、前記c)段階でONUにそれぞれ割り当てられる音声帯域は、相互に同一の帯域幅で構成されることを特徴とする帯域幅割当方法。 - 一つのタイムスロットの帯域幅が2msec以下である請求項1記載の帯域幅割当方法。
- c)段階で分割されるミニスロットの帯域幅が0.5msec以下である請求項1記載の帯域幅割当方法。
- c)段階で、一つのタイムスロットは同一の帯域幅を有する複数のミニスロットに分割される請求項1記載の帯域幅割当方法。
- c)段階で、分割されたミニスロットのそれぞれの一部帯域幅を、該当するONUに一つずつ対応させて分割する請求項1又は請求項4記載の帯域幅割当方法。
