Description
(第1実施形態)
図1は本発明によるハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置の第1実施形態の構成を示す図である。図2は本実施形態で使用する遊星歯車について説明する図である。
なお発電モータ2及び駆動モータ3で発生する損失は、図3の関係からエンジン動作点及び車速によって決まり、またエンジン動作点は目標駆動パワーPpdを実現する全エンジン動作点の中から発電モータ2及び駆動モータ3で発生する損失を含め、最も効率の高い(燃費の良い)動作点をあらかじめ収束計算等によって求めておく。以上のようにして求まる目標エンジン出力は基本的にはバッテリ6の電力を使わないで目標駆動パワーを実現できるが、エンジン及びモータの応答速度の違いやエンジン出力及びモータ損失等で発生する誤差により、多少はバッテリ6の電力を使ってしまう。そのため目標エンジン出力にはバッテリ6のSOCに応じて充放電電力を加算する必要があり、SOCが下がればバッテリ6を充電するように目標エンジン出力を増加させ、SOCが上がればバッテリ6を放電するように目標エンジン出力を減少させる。このようにして目標駆動パワーPpdとSOCから求まる目標エンジン出力マップを作成することができる。またエンジン燃料カットフラグfengは目標エンジン出力Pengに応じてPeng≧0なら0(燃料噴射)、Peng<0なら1(燃料カット)を出力する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと、
少なくとも、前記エンジンの出力で発電を行う発電モータと、
駆動軸と、
少なくとも3個の歯車要素を備え、各歯車要素に前記エンジン、発電モータ及び駆動軸をそれぞれ連結する差動歯車式変速装置と、
を有するハイブリッド車両において、
アクセルペダルの踏み込み位置を検出するアクセル開度センサと、
アクセル開度に応じて目標駆動力を演算する目標駆動力演算手段と、
前記目標駆動力に応じてエンジン出力とその動作点を決定する目標エンジン動作点設定手段と、
前記目標エンジン動作点に従ってエンジン動作点を制御するエンジン動作点制御手段と、
前記エンジン動作点の変化速度を、速く又は遅くに切り替える切替手段と、
を備え、
前記エンジン動作点制御手段は、エンジン回転速度が上昇する場合であって前記目標エンジン動作点におけるシステム全体の効率が上昇する方向への遷移のときには、前記エンジン動作点の変化速度を速くする、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記駆動軸に連結された駆動モータを有し、
前記差動歯車式変速装置は、各歯車要素に前記エンジン、発電モータ及び駆動モータをそれぞれ連結し、
前記駆動モータの出力を、前記目標駆動力及びエンジン動作点に基づいて制御する駆動モータ制御手段をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記エンジン動作点制御手段は、エンジン回転速度が上昇する場合には、エンジン動作点変化速度を、前記目標エンジン動作点における前記発電モータの損失に応じて制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記エンジン動作点制御手段は、エンジン回転速度が上昇する場合には、エンジン動作点変化速度を前記発電モータの回転方向に応じて制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記エンジン動作点制御手段は、前記エンジンの始動時には、エンジン動作点変化速度を速くする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記エンジン動作点制御手段は、エンジン回転速度が上昇する場合であって前記目標エンジン動作点におけるシステム全体の効率が下降する方向への遷移のときには、エンジン動作点変化速度を遅くする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
