さらに隣り合う2本の柱材5、5間に筋かい7を取付けて補強する。
また、屋根上の高所作業なので、重量の大きい多数の鋼材で組立て作業をするため、部材の落下などの危険が多かった。
前記支持ブラケット形架台(60)が、前記ベースレールにまたがって取付けられる取付け部(61)と、該取付け部(61)から上方へ突設された三角形状板体(65)と、該三角形状板体の上端から直角に折曲げられた受け縁板(66)とから成る受け体(64)とを備え、
前記三角形状板体(65)の上端部から前記受け縁板(66)まで連続する切欠き穴(70)を設けて、太陽電池モジュール(50)の下面に仮固定したボルト、ナットを前記三角形状板体の前記切欠き穴から前記受け縁板の前記切欠き穴まで横方向に挿入して、前記受け縁板にナット締めによって太陽電池モジュールを固定するようにしたことを特徴としている。
図1は本発明の一実施形態を示している。
図中、符号10は折板屋根で、10aが下側の端部である。
この折板屋根10の頂部11、11、…に水平方向に2本のベースレール20、20が互いに平行に所定の間隔で取付けられている。
即ち、図4、5に示すように、折板屋根の山部分の頂部11にボルト挿通用の穴11aを加工し、この頂部11の上面に、止水用パッキン30を穴30aの位置を合わせて乗せる。
ベースレール20の上面の開口部23から回り止め金具33を長手方向をベースレール20の長手方向に合わせていれる。
支持ブラケット形架台60は、図7に示すように、2本のベースレールにまたがって取付けられる取付け部61と、この取付け部61から上方へ突設された板状の受け体64とで構成されている。
なお、このようにベースレール20の長手方向の任意の位置で支持ブラケット形架台60の固定が可能であるから、太陽電池モジュール50を設置後でも、取付けボルト80を緩めて太陽電池モジュール50をベースレール20に沿って移動させて設置位置を調整することもできる。

Claims (1)
- 屋根材の上面に水平方向に複数のベースレール(20)を互いに平行に固定し、前記複数のベースレール間にまたがって複数の支持ブラケット形架台(60)を固定し、前記複数の支持ブラケット形架台に太陽電池モジュール(50)を固定する太陽電池モジュール取付け装置であって、
前記支持ブラケット形架台(60)が、前記ベースレールにまたがって取付けられる取付け部(61)と、該取付け部(61)から上方へ突設された三角形状板体(65)と、該三角形状板体の上端から直角に折曲げられた受け縁板(66)とから成る受け体(64)とを備え、
前記三角形状板体(65)の上端部から前記受け縁板(66)まで連続する切欠き穴(70)を設けて、太陽電池モジュール(50)の下面に仮固定したボルト、ナットを前記三角形状板体の前記切欠き穴から前記受け縁板の前記切欠き穴まで横方向に挿入して、前記受け縁板にナット締めによって太陽電池モジュールを固定するようにしたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール取付け装置。
