Description
【0001】

[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first supply means supplies the printed circuit board. The second supply means supplies a tabbed liquid crystal glass substrate. A sticking means sticks an anisotropic conductive film tape to a printed circuit board. The alignment means aligns a predetermined position of the tabbed liquid crystal glass substrate supplied by the second supply means and a predetermined position of the printed circuit board to which the anisotropic conductive film tape is attached by the attaching means. The pressure-bonding means pressure-bonds the tab of the liquid crystal glass substrate aligned by the alignment means and the printed circuit board to which the anisotropic conductive film tape is attached.
Therefore, since the pressure bonding means attaches the tab of the liquid crystal glass substrate to the anisotropic conductive film tape of the printed circuit board immediately before the pressure bonding, it is necessary to store the liquid crystal glass substrate with the anisotropic conductive film tape which is easily dusty. It is extremely useful for dust control.

As described above, when the ACF tape application to the first printed circuit board is completed, the ACF pressure bonding apparatus M starts preparation for applying the ACF tape to the second printed circuit board, and the ACF to the second printed circuit board. Since the time for which each component (for example, ACF sticking part, cell conveyance part, etc.) waits wastefully does not arise so that tape sticking is performed, a printed circuit board can be efficiently mounted on a cell with a tab.
That is, before the combination of the previous printed circuit board and the tabbed liquid crystal glass substrate is completed by the pressure bonding means, the next printed circuit board and the anisotropic conductive film tape are bonded by the bonding means. The mounting device can be used continuously, and a liquid crystal panel can be manufactured efficiently.

【The invention's effect】
According to the invention 請 Motomeko 1, wherein As described above, since the tab of the printed circuit board and a tab LCD glass substrates are crimped connection through the anisotropic conductive film tape, printed circuit board lead and tab Can be electrically connected with high reliability.
And since an anisotropic conductive film tape is affixed on a cell just before this crimping | compression-bonding, it is not necessary to store the cell with an anisotropic conductive film tape which is easy to get dust, and it is very useful on dust countermeasures.
The second supplying means supplies the liquid crystal glass substrate while the attaching means attaches the anisotropic conductive film tape to the printed circuit board. Since the next printed circuit board and the anisotropic conductive film tape are applied by the attaching means before the combination with the attached liquid crystal glass substrate is completed, the waiting time of the component mounting apparatus can be eliminated, A liquid crystal panel can be manufactured efficiently.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the first supply means, the second supply means, the sticking means, the alignment means, and the crimping means are integrally configured as a single device. The handling as a device is convenient .
