Description

【0001】

Moreover, in this invention, the citric acid contained in vinegar has the effect | action which accelerates | stimulates decomposition | disassembly of the calcium carbonate of a shell. In addition, calcium, which is a mineral, has the effect of improving absorption into the human body when edible with this citric acid, so that vinegar contains citric acid.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples.
[Example 1]
In order to produce the shellfish solution of the present invention, the shell is first washed, dried, crushed and powdered. Next, 20 liters of brewed cereal vinegar containing 2% by weight of citric acid is put into a plastic container, and 2 kg of the shell powder is added and stirred. And it filtered after 12-48 hours, and obtained the shellfish solution of this invention. The remaining shell powder can be reused. In addition, after 12 to 48 hours, when the pH of the shell solution is 6.8 to 7.0 or less, the shell is not dissolved in the vinegar solution until saturation, so that it can be further dissolved. .
[0012]
The mineral component useful for the human body of the shell solution of the present invention thus obtained was analyzed. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0013]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003635545
[0014]
Next, when the shellfish solution of the present invention obtained in Example 1 is diluted 50 to 200 times and used as a food processing / cooking solution shown below, the daily calcium intake of 600 mg of Japanese is reduced. It was easily ingested.
[0015]
Examples of the food include rice, rice cake, bread, noodles, confectionery, paste products, tofu, pickles, salted fish, boiled fish, jam, soft drink, seasonings (miso, soy sauce, dressing, mayonnaise, etc.) Materials, smoked immersion liquid, and the like.
[Example 2]
Put 20 liters of brewed grain vinegar in a plastic container, add 1 kg of chitosan powder, and stir well. A plastic container is covered with a lid, and after 48 hours, a jam-like melt is obtained. 6 kg of this jam-like lysate is mixed with 12 liters of the shellfish solution obtained in Example 1 and stirred. Furthermore, if necessary, 2 kg of humic acid was added to this mixed solution and stirred to obtain a shell solution of the present invention.
[0016]
The reason why humic acid is added is to prevent the generation of mold because brewing vinegar tends to generate mold.
[0017]
Next, the shellfish solution of the present invention obtained in Example 2 is diluted 50 to 200 times, and with the specifications shown below, soil spray solution, seed and seed pod soak solution, crop spray solution, and aquaculture fishing grounds Used as material.

After applying 3-5 tons of fully-ripened compost per 10 ares on the planned planting site before plowing, 1 ton of the shell solution was sprayed per 10 ares. After spraying and plowing and planting, it was possible to reinforce mineral content in the soil, restore soil fungi balance, control crop diseases, and improve crop quality.
(Seed and seed soak solution)
When seeds and seeds of crops to be planted were immersed in the shell solution for 24 hours, the time until germination was shortened and the growth after germination was promoted. In addition, it became difficult to get sick.
(Crop spray liquid)
One week after germination, 200 to 600 liters of the shellfish solution was sprayed per 10 ares of planting area so as to cover the back and front, stems and roots of the leaves of the crop. Further, the shell solution was sprayed once every two weeks for potato, tomato and corn 3 to 4 times. As a result, it helped to control pests such as aphids, ticks and slips. When sprayed on fruit trees and Japanese tea, spraying of pesticides became unnecessary. The quality of Japanese tea was improved by controlling the aphids and ticks by 30% in the yield of fresh leaves.
(Aquaculture fishery materials)
When frozen sardines, squids, etc. used for feeding fish are made into fish dumplings using a crusher on the ship, the mortality of cultured fish is reduced by mixing 3% of the shell solution by weight.
Further, in seaweed farming, when 1 m 2 per 3-4 liters sprayed on the water surface of Noriami at high tide, seaweed disease could be controlled.
[0018]
Furthermore, when the laver net was dipped in the shell solution and impregnated into the net fiber, the laver growth was improved.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the shell converted into industrial waste can be dissolved at low cost, and this shell solution is used as a food processing / cooking solution, crop By effectively using as spraying liquid, soil spraying liquid, aquaculture fishery spraying liquid, etc. as materials for other industrial fields, shells can be processed at the same time, and the pollution problems caused by discarding shells can be solved. became.
