Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a bicycle that is automatically stored in a basement space or above a store above the ground or under a railway overpass is automatically stored by a mechanical device, and the stored bicycle is automatically discharged to the ground. Wheel device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following bicycle parking lots have been known as bicycle parking lots for storing a large amount of bicycles in an underground space.
[0003]
Self-propelled bicycle parking lot. The self-propelled bicycle parking lot includes a storage provided underground, and stairs and a ramp formed from the ground to the storage. The user goes down the stairs while rolling the bicycle on the ramp, and arranges the bicycles in the storage.
[0004]
Cylindrical underground bicycle parking device (see JP-A-11-270171). In this underground bicycle parking device, as shown in FIG. 14, storage shelves 2 for storing bicycles are arranged radially and in multiple stages on the wall surface of a cylindrical underground pit 1 and vertically moved up and down at the center of the underground pit 1. The lifting device 3 is provided, and the bicycle lifted by the lifting device 3 is stored in the storage shelf 2. The user enters and leaves the bicycle at the entrance 4 provided on the ground.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a conventional self-propelled bicycle parking lot, the user needs to go down the ramp and enter the underground storage at the time of entry, store the bicycle in the storage place by himself, and return to the ground part again. . On the other hand, the user needs to go to the basement storage to pick up the bicycle when leaving the store. For this reason, there are problems that it takes a long time to enter and exit the bicycle, that the user is physically tired, and that the back of the underground storage is spooky, resulting in a low utilization rate.
[0006]
Also, with the conventional cylindrical underground bicycle parking device, users can transfer bicycles to the underground bicycle parking device on the ground, and there is no need to go underground, so there is a problem with the time required for loading and unloading. Although the problems of physical fatigue of the user and reduction of the utilization rate are solved, the following problems occur.
[0007]
(1) The installation place is limited. Since the entrance 4 is arranged near the center of the cylindrical underground pit 1, for example, if an underground bicycle parking device is provided under the road in the station square, the entrance will be formed on the road and obstruct the traffic of vehicles. become. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 15, the underground bicycle parking device 5 is provided under the sidewalk 6, and when a plurality of underground bicycle parking devices are provided, the size (diameter) of the underground bicycle parking device 5 is limited. You. Also, as shown in FIG. 16, when a plurality of underground bicycle parking devices 5 are provided below the building 7, the plurality of entrances 4 are dispersed in a plane on the first floor portion 7a of the building 7, and The first floor portion 7a cannot be used for multiple purposes.
[0008]
(2) The depth is deep. In order to store a large amount of bicycles, it is necessary to increase the number of cylindrical bicycle parking devices 5 or increase the depth, but if the depth is increased, the construction cost of the underground portion increases.
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bicycle parking device that can reduce the depth without limiting the installation location even when storing a large amount of bicycles.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are appended in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0011]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an entrance (11) for entering and / or exiting a bicycle, a storage (12) for storing bicycles on a different floor from the entrance, and a storage for storing the bicycle. A plurality of storage shelves (15...) For holding bicycles, and an elevating rack (22) for holding bicycles independently, and storing bicycles from the entrance (11) to the storage (12). A lifting device (13) for lifting and lowering, and the clamped bicycle is transported in a horizontal direction and substantially parallel to the row of the storage shelves (15...), And the clamped bicycle is moved to the lifting rack of the lifting device (13). receiving from (22), passes to the lift rack (22), and comprising a transfer device for loading and unloading the bicycle is clamped in the storage shelf (15 ...), wherein the lifting device (13) and said storage rack (15 …) A rear wheel support portion (23) for holding the rear wheel of the bicycle is provided so that the bicycle can be held independently by the rear wheel support portion (23) alone, and the rear wheel support portion (23) A pair of leaf springs (24) whose widths increase toward the front wheel side, and the rear wheel is clamped from both sides by the pair of leaf springs (24) to hold the bicycle, and the transfer device (14) Has solved the above-mentioned problem with a bicycle parking device characterized in that the bicycle is put in and out by clamping the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle .
[0012]
According to the present invention, when a user enters a bicycle at the entrance of the ground portion, the bicycle parking device automatically stores the bicycle in the storage, and when the user attempts to leave the bicycle, the bicycle parking device automatically activates the bicycle. The bicycle is transported from the storage to the entrance. In addition, since the bicycle that has been raised and lowered is once conveyed in the horizontal direction, the entrance for storing the bicycle in and out of the bicycle and the storage can be displaced from each other on a plane projection. As a result, for example, an entrance can be provided on the sidewalk, and a storage can be provided below the road. For example, even if an entrance is provided on the first floor of a building and a storage is provided on the basement of the building, the entrance can be provided. The first floor of the building can be used for multiple purposes without disturbing the unit, and the installation location can be more easily selected than a cylindrical bicycle parking device. In addition, since a storage in which a plurality of storage shelves for holding bicycles are arranged can be unfolded in a horizontal direction, it is possible to store a large amount of bicycles without increasing the depth like a cylindrical bicycle parking device. it can. According to the present invention, the transfer device can clamp the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle and put the bicycle into the elevating device and the storage shelf from the rear wheel side while rolling the wheel. There is no need to cross the storage shelves, and as a result, the bicycle can be taken in and out even if there is an error between the transfer device and the elevating device and the storage shelves. Accuracy is no longer required. If the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle is clamped by the transfer device and the bicycle is put into the lifting device and the storage shelf from the front wheel side, it is inevitable that the transfer device needs to cross the lifting device and the storage shelf. .
[0015]
Further, according to the present invention, the storage (12) has storages (18...) In multiple stages in the vertical direction, and the transfer device (14) is provided in each storage (18). It is characterized by being able to.
[0016]
According to the present invention, since the transfer device for each floor receives the bicycle from the lift device, transports the bicycle in the horizontal direction and passes it to the storage shelf, the entrance device is provided immediately after passing the bicycle to the transfer device. You can return to the department. Therefore, the time required to store the bicycle can be reduced.
[0019]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the lifting device (13) and the storage shelves (15 ...) hold the rear wheel side of the bicycle lower than the front wheel side.
[0020]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes difficult for a bicycle to fly out of an elevating device and a storage shelf, and there is no danger that the bicycle will fall from the storage shelf due to an earthquake.
[0021]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the transfer device (14) turns the bicycle in a horizontal plane.
[0022]
According to the present invention, the posture of the bicycle raised and lowered by the lifting device can be made different from the posture of the bicycle stored in the storage shelf, and the degree of freedom of arrangement of the storage shelf increases. Further, even if storage shelves are arranged on both sides of the transfer passage of the transfer device, bicycles can be taken in and out of the storage shelves, and a large number of storage shelves can be arranged in the storage.
[0023]
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that a corridor (16) for a user to walk is provided next to the elevating device (13) at the entrance (11).
[0024]
According to the present invention, at the entrance, a user can walk on the corridor while pushing a bicycle, and can transfer the bicycle to the elevating device.
[0025]
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the entrances (11) are provided at both ends of the storage (12) in plan projection.
[0026]
According to the present invention, by providing two entrances, the entrance and exit can be separated, and it is possible to cope with the complicated flow of the user coming from various directions.
[0027]
Furthermore, the invention is characterized in that the lifting device (13) turns the bicycle in a horizontal plane.
[0028]
When transferring the bicycle from the lifting device to the transfer device, the transfer device clamps the front wheel of the bicycle, so the front wheel of the bicycle needs to be on the transfer device side. According to the present invention, even if the user passes the bicycle to the elevating device while the front wheel of the bicycle is located on the opposite side of the transfer device, the bicycle rotates while the elevating device is moving up and down. It can be located on the loading device side. For this reason, the flexibility of the installation location and the direction in which the bicycle is put in and out increases.
[0029]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show a bicycle parking device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the bicycle parking device, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the bicycle parking device. This bicycle parking device includes an entrance 11 for entering and exiting a bicycle, a storage 12 for storing bicycles on a different floor from the entrance 11, and a plurality of storages arranged in the storage 12 for holding bicycles. A shelf 15, an elevating device 13 as an elevating means for elevating and lowering the bicycle from the entrance 11 to the storage 12, and a transport means for transporting the bicycle in a horizontal direction and substantially parallel to the row of the storage shelves 15. And a transfer device 14 which is a delivery means for taking a bicycle in and out of the storage shelf 15 from a transport means. The entrance 11 is provided in the above-ground portion, and the storage 12 is provided in the underground portion. When the user passes the bicycle to the lifting device at the entrance 11, the lifting device 13 and the transfer device 14 automatically store the bicycle placed at the entrance 11 in the storage 12.
[0030]
The inlet 11 is formed in a small partitioned box shape. The entrance 11 is arranged to be shifted from the storage 12 on a plane projection. That is, the entrance 11 is disposed at one end of the storage 12 on a plane so as to be adjacent to the storage 12. Next to the elevating device 13 at the entrance 11, a corridor 16 through which the user walks is fixed. The corridor 16 also covers the opening due to the provision of the lifting device 13. In order to prevent the user from falling from the opening of the lifting device 13, the periphery of the lifting device 13 is surrounded by a fence 17. The user walks down the corridor 16 while pushing the bicycle at the time of entry, passes the bicycle to the elevating device 13, and receives the bicycle from the elevating device at the time of exit.
[0031]
FIG. 3 shows the lifting device 13. The elevating device 13 for elevating and lowering the bicycle from the entrance to the storage is composed of a well-known elevator mechanism, and a column 21 erected from the underground floor surface, an elevating shelf 22 that slides the column 21 in the vertical direction, and A drive mechanism (not shown) for raising and lowering the lifting shelf 22. The elevating device 13 stops the elevating rack 22 at the level of the storage 18 on each floor (the level of the transferring device 14 on each floor) so that the bicycle can be transferred to the transfer device 14. The elevating device 13 can turn the elevating rack 22 in a horizontal plane. The lifting shelf 22 includes a groove member 22a having a V-shaped cross section (see FIG. 7), and a stopper 22b provided at one end of the groove member 22a. The groove member 22a is inclined so that the rear wheel side of the bicycle is held lower than the front wheel side. The bicycle is stored on the elevating rack 22 with the rear wheel being in contact with the stopper 22b based on the rear wheel. Although not shown, a rear wheel holding portion, which will be described later, is provided on the lifting shelf 22 so as to hold the bicycle independently. The user pushes the bicycle on the groove member 22a until the rear wheel hits the stopper 22b, and passes the bicycle to the elevating device 13.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the storage 12 for storing bicycles is formed in a rectangular underground pit, and includes, for example, floor storages 18. A moving passage 19 of the transfer device 14 traverses each floor storage 18 at the center thereof. A plurality of storage shelves 15 are arranged on both sides of the moving passage 19. The storage shelves 15 are arranged so as to be substantially parallel to each other along the moving path 19. The direction (1) in which the transfer device 14 transports the bicycle intersects the longitudinal direction of each storage shelf. In this embodiment, since the space of each floor storage 18 is limited, the direction (1) in which the transfer device 14 transports the bicycle obliquely intersects the longitudinal direction of each storage shelf 15. But may be orthogonal to store more bicycles.
[0033]
FIG. 4 shows storage shelves 15. The storage shelves 15 are cantilevered on the wall surface of the underground pit. The storage shelf 15 includes a groove member 15a having a V-shaped cross section (see FIG. 7), and a stopper 15b provided at one end of the groove member 15a on the wall surface side. The groove member 15a is inclined at an inclination angle α from a horizontal line so that the rear wheel side of the bicycle is held lower than the front wheel side. The bicycle is stored on the storage shelf 15 with the rear wheel being in contact with the stopper 15b based on the rear wheel.
[0034]
FIGS. 5 to 7 show the rear wheel support 23 provided on the lifting rack 22 and the storage rack 15. The rear wheel support portion 23 has a pair of leaf springs 24, 24 for clamping the rear wheel from both sides on both sides of the stoppers 15b, 22b. The width of the leaf springs 24, 24 increases toward the front wheel side of the bicycle. The rear wheel supporting portion 23 holds the bicycle independently by sandwiching the rear wheel between the leaf springs 24, 24.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the transfer devices 14 are provided in each floor storage 18. The transfer device 14 includes a pair of guide rails 25, 25 arranged in parallel, a movable platform 26 for moving the guide rails 25, 25, and a swivel platform 27 for rotating the movable platform 26 in a horizontal plane. And a traveling clamp 28 which advances and retreats from the swivel 27 and grips the front wheel of the bicycle. The traveling clamp 28 includes a pair of grips 28a that sandwich the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle from both left and right sides. The grip portion 28a has an elongated reach so that the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle can be gripped regardless of the size of the bicycle.
[0036]
The transfer device 14 operates the traveling clamp 28 at the time of storage, grasps the front wheel of the bicycle, and receives the bicycle from the lifting device 13. Next, the transfer device 14 conveys the clamped bicycle in the horizontal direction. At this time, the transfer device 14 transports the bicycle substantially parallel to the row of the storage shelves 15, that is, substantially parallel to the direction in which the storage shelves are arranged. Next, the transfer device 14 turns at a predetermined position, turns the bicycle in the longitudinal direction of the storage shelf 15, and operates the traveling clamp 28 to put the bicycle into the storage shelf 15. On the other hand, at the time of unloading, the transfer device 14 first operates the traveling clamp 28 to remove the bicycle from the storage shelf 15. Next, the transfer device 14 turns so as to direct the bicycle in the transport direction {circle around (1)}, and transports the bicycle to the lifting device 13. Then, the transfer device 14 passes the bicycle to the lifting device 13.
[0037]
The overall operation of the bicycle parking device will be described. First, a case where a bicycle is stored will be described. The user enters the rear-facing bicycle into the entrance 11. At this time, the user pushes the bicycle while walking down the corridor until the rear wheel hits the stopper 22 b of the lifting shelf 22, and places the bicycle on the lifting shelf 22. Next, the elevating device 13 descends to the level of the transfer device 14 on the floor indicated by the control device of the computer. On the other hand, the transfer device 14 on the floor where the bicycle is stored approaches the lifting device 13, clamps the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle, and receives the bicycle from the lifting device 13. The elevating device 13 returns to the entrance 11 immediately after passing the bicycle to the transfer device 14. Upon receiving the bicycle, the transfer device 14 horizontally transports the bicycle to the position of the storage shelf 15 specified by the control device of the computer. The transfer device 14 turns at the position of the storage shelf 15 to turn the bicycle in the longitudinal direction of the storage shelf 15. Then, the transfer device 14 that clamps the axle of the front wheel of the bicycle puts the bicycle into the storage shelf 15 from the rear wheel side while rolling the rear wheel. The bicycle storage data (the number of storage shelves, the number of storage shelves, etc.) is stored in the storage device of the computer. The warehousing operation is completed by these steps.
[0038]
Next, the leaving operation will be described. First, the control device reads out the storage data instructed to leave the warehouse. The transfer device 14 moves in the horizontal direction to the position of the storage shelf 15 instructed to leave, based on the storage data. Then, the transfer device 14 operates the traveling clamp 28 to remove the bicycle from the storage shelf 15. Next, the transfer device 14 turns on the spot, turns the bicycle in the transport direction {circle around (1)}, and moves the bicycle to the vicinity of the lifting device 13. In the meantime, the elevating device 13 descends to the number of floors of the storage shelf where the bicycles instructed to be taken out based on the storage data are stored. Next, the transfer device 14 operates the traveling clamp 28 again to transfer the bicycle to the lifting shelf 22 of the lifting device 13. The lifting / lowering device 13 to which the bicycle has been passed goes up to the entrance 11. When the lifting shelf 22 rises to the entrance 11, the user waiting on the walkway pushes the bicycle with the front wheels facing forward and leaves the bicycle forward. As described above, when the user enters a bicycle at the entrance 11 on the ground, the bicycle parking device automatically stores the bicycle in the storage 12. When the user leaves the bicycle, the bicycle parking device automatically returns the bicycle from the storage 12 to the entrance 11.
[0039]
Also, a transfer device 14 for transporting the bicycle in the horizontal direction in the storage 12 is provided, and the bicycle that has been lifted and lowered is once transported in the horizontal direction, and the bicycle transported in the horizontal direction is stored in the storage shelves 15. In addition, the entrance 11 for entering and exiting the bicycle can be displaced from the storage 12 on a plane projection. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, for example, the entrance 11 can be provided above the sidewalk 31, and the storage 12 can be provided below the roadway 32. As shown in FIG. Even when the entrance 11 is provided on the floor 33a and the storage 12 is provided on the basement floor of the building 33, the entrance 11 can be arranged so as not to obstruct the first floor 33a. The floor 33a can be used for multiple purposes, and the installation location can be selected more easily than the conventional cylindrical bicycle parking device. In addition, since the storage 12 in which a plurality of storage shelves 15 for holding bicycles are arranged can be unfolded in the horizontal direction, a large amount of bicycles can be stored without increasing the depth unlike a cylindrical bicycle parking device. can do.
[0040]
FIG. 10 shows another example of the lifting device. The elevating device 33 has a function of turning the elevating rack 22 in addition to the function of the elevating device 13 of the first embodiment, so that the bicycle can be turned in a horizontal plane. When transferring the bicycle from the lifting device 33 to the transfer device 14, the transfer device 14 clamps the front wheel of the bicycle, so the front wheel of the bicycle needs to be on the transfer device 14 side. For this reason, in the first embodiment, the user places the bicycle on the lifting shelf 22 from the rear wheel side. Since the elevating device 33 has a function of turning the ascending bicycle, even if the front wheel of the bicycle is located on the opposite side of the transfer device 14, that is, even if the user places the bicycle on the elevating rack 22 from the front wheel side, Since the elevating device 33 turns the bicycle during elevating, the front wheel of the bicycle can be located on the transfer device 14 side. For this reason, the flexibility of the installation location and the direction in which the bicycle is put in and out increases.
[0041]
FIGS. 11 and 12 show a bicycle parking device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a plan view of the bicycle parking device, and FIG. 12 is a sectional view of the bicycle parking device. The bicycle parking device of this embodiment differs from the bicycle parking device of the first embodiment in that the entrances 11 are provided at both ends of the storage 12 in plan projection. In other words, the pair of entrances 11 are arranged so as to be adjacent to both ends of the storage 12 with their positions shifted in a plane. One entrance 11 may be used as a storage entrance, the other entrance 11 may be used as a exit, or both entrances 11, 11 may be used as entrance and exit. The other configurations of the storage 12, the elevating device 13, and the transfer device 14 are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted. In this way, by providing two entrances, it is possible to cope with complicated traffic lines of the user coming from various directions. In this embodiment, the storage shelves 15 are arranged such that the longitudinal direction is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the moving passage 19 of the transfer device 14.
[0042]
In the above embodiment, the case where the entrance 11 is above the ground and the storage 12 is below the ground is described. However, as shown in FIG. 13, the entrance 11 is above the ground and the storage 12 is above the store 34. The present invention can be applied to the case. Further, although not shown, the storage 12 may be provided under an elevated railway or the like. Further, the case where the entrance 11 is at the uppermost position of the bicycle parking device has been described, but the entrance 11 is not limited to the uppermost position, and may be at the lowermost position as shown in FIG. Works similarly.
[0043]
In the above embodiment, the bicycle is transferred between the lifting device 13 and the transfer device 14. However, the transfer device serving as a transport device for transporting the bicycle and a delivery device for transferring the bicycle to the storage shelf 15 is provided to the lifting device 13. The loading device 14 may be provided so that the transfer device 14 can freely protrude from the lifting device 13.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
