【0051】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when transporting or storing luggage, in order to improve work efficiency and save storage space, luggage to be transported or stored should be pallets, carts, or cargo. Is stacked on top of The luggage thus stacked on the pallet or the like is fixed by winding a stretch film, a belt, a sheet, or the like around the luggage.
[0003]
Here, such a stretch film has some elasticity. For this reason, when the luggage is fixed by the stretch film, if the luggage is pulled and wound, an appropriate tightening force can be applied to the luggage even after the winding, and thus the luggage can be firmly fixed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when unpacking the luggage after transporting the luggage, that is, when peeling off the stretch film, the limp is usually loosely and messed up, and the peeled stretch film does not return to its original state. For this reason, there was a problem that the stretch film once used for preventing the collapse of the load cannot be reused, and costs and resources are wasted. Furthermore, since the stretched film that has been discarded accumulates without being decomposed, there is a problem that it becomes an industrial waste. There was a problem that it was unfavorable from the viewpoint of health and the environment.
[0005]
Therefore, various inventions and ideas have been made to solve such problems. As a specific example, a collapse prevention sheet according to JP-A-11-11481 and JP-A-11-147531 can be mentioned. These unloading prevention sheets are obtained by cutting an intermediate portion of the sheet and connecting the respective cut ends by an elastic body such as a rubber material. According to these cargo collapse prevention sheets, since the elastic portion expands and contracts, it can give an appropriate tightening force to the luggage after winding, although it can be used many times. is there.
[0006]
However, in order to manufacture such a collapse prevention sheet, it is necessary to perform a complicated process of cutting the middle portion of the sheet and connecting each of the cut ends with rubber or the like. As a result, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost for manufacturing the load collapse prevention sheet provided with the expansion / contraction mechanism is much higher than the manufacturing cost of the load collapse prevention sheet provided with the expansion / contraction mechanism.
[0007]
In addition, a plurality of belts (surface fasteners) protrude from one end or both ends of the sheet for preventing collapse of the sheet, as in the sheet for preventing collapse of cargo described in JP-A-11-11481 and JP-A-11-147331. Some are arranged. Since these load collapse prevention sheets are provided with a plurality of belts, even if the sheets are wide, it is possible to prevent the winding work and the stretching work from becoming complicated. However, in the case where the belt is provided so as to protrude from the end of the seat, there is a problem that the baggage may fall from between adjacent belts.
[0008]
Further, generally, the collapse prevention sheet is made of a belt-like woven fabric or a synthetic resin sheet. For this reason, in the case where the load-carrying prevention sheet is wound around the luggage, or when the load-carrying prevention sheet is stretched between the columns, the sheet is twisted during winding or stretching, and the width direction of the load-crash prevention sheet (short There is a problem in that it cannot be wound or stretched in a state of being stretched with respect to the hand direction). Further, there is a problem that the operator is forced to perform a complicated operation of winding or re-stretching again after winding or stretching the sheet.
[0009]
The present invention has been devised in order to solve the above-described problems, and has a simple structure, but has a proper configuration with respect to the luggage after winding or the support of the bogie or pallet after stretching. A tightening force can be applied, and it is possible to prevent the load from spilling from between adjacent belts (anchoring members). Further, when the load is wound around the load, the sheet is twisted. It is an object of the present invention to provide a collapse prevention sheet capable of preventing the occurrence of a load.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the load-carrying prevention sheet according to

[0012]
Here, since the plurality of first engaging members are fixed to one end side of the sheet member, a plurality of first engaging members can be connected without connecting the entire width of the end of the sheet member at the time of connecting the ends of the sheet member. The first engaging members may be engaged one by one. Further, since the first engaging member is fixed in a state protruding from the end of the sheet member, the first engaging member can be easily gripped at the time of engaging, and the engaging operation is simplified. For the above reason, it is possible to prevent the connection work of the end portions of the sheet member from being complicated. Furthermore, even when the condition of the sheet member after winding or stretching is undesirably corrected, the fixing operation of each first fixing member may be corrected one by one, which makes the correction work complicated. Is prevented.
[0013]
On the other hand, since the first engaging member has elasticity, tension is applied to the wound or stretched sheet member, and the collapse of the load is strongly prevented by the fastening force due to the tension. Further, since the first engaging member itself fixed to the end of the sheet member has elasticity, the manufacturing process of the sheet for preventing the collapse of the load can be performed as compared with the case where the elastic member is provided in the middle of the sheet member. It is possible to reduce the number, the manufacturing time, and the manufacturing cost (material cost). Furthermore, since the non-stretchable non-stretchable portion is formed at the end of the first fastening member, even when the hook-and-loop fastener portions of the first fastening member are fastened to each other, the fastening portion becomes wrinkled. In addition, it is possible to prevent the operation of peeling off the surface fastener portions from becoming complicated.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention relates to an anti-collapse belt wrapped around stacked loads or stretched between supports such as trolleys, pallets, and cargoes with supports, and particularly has a simple configuration. Nevertheless, it is possible to apply an appropriate tightening force to the luggage after winding and the strut after tensioning, and it is possible to prevent the luggage from spilling from between the adjacent fasteners. It is another object of the present invention to provide a load collapse prevention sheet that can prevent the sheet from being twisted when the sheet is wound or stretched.

【The invention's effect】
According to the load collapse prevention sheet according to the first aspect, since the periphery of the stacked loads is wound by the sheet member or is stretched between the columns of the trolley or pallet on which the loads are loaded, There is an effect that the prevention sheet can be reused many times. In addition, as compared with a disposable load collapse prevention member such as a stretch film, there is also an effect that it is possible to prevent waste of resources and resources.
[0049]
On the other hand, since the first engagement member has elasticity, tension can be applied to the wound or stretched sheet member, and the collapse of the load can be enhanced by the fastening force due to the tension. There is an effect that it can be prevented. Further, since the first engaging member itself fixed to the end of the sheet member has elasticity, compared to a case where an elastic member or mechanism is provided in the middle portion of the sheet member, the present collapse prevention sheet can be used. This has the effect of reducing the number of manufacturing steps, the manufacturing time, and the manufacturing cost (material cost). Furthermore, since the non-stretchable non-stretchable portion is formed at the end of the first fastening member, even when the hook-and-loop fastener portions of the first fastening member are fastened to each other, the fastening portion becomes wrinkled. In addition, there is an effect that the operation of peeling off the surface fastener portions can be prevented from being complicated.
