Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a belt for preventing collapse of a load used for transporting or storing luggage to prevent the luggage from dropping during transportation or storage, and more particularly, has an overall elasticity and a free length. The present invention relates to a belt for preventing the collapse of a load, which is capable of satisfactorily engaging and releasing work by restricting the elasticity of an engaging operation portion of a hook-and-loop fastener, and in which the engaging of the portion is extremely stable and strong. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent the collapse of cargo loaded on a pallet or the like, a stretch film or a belt is generally wound around a product and fixed.
[0003]
In this case, the stretch film has some elasticity, and if it is pulled and wound, the luggage can be firmly wrapped and fixed, which is convenient as a product for preventing collapse of the load.
[0004]
However, after transporting the luggage, the stretch film is peeled off and the luggage is unraveled, that is, the stretch film once used to prevent the collapse of the load does not return to the original film shape even if it is peeled off and cluttered randomly, so this method However, the peeled stretch film could not be reused, resulting in waste of resources and resources. Furthermore, since the stretched film that has been discarded accumulates without being decomposed, it becomes a problem as industrial waste. On the other hand, in the case of incineration, gas and the like at the time of incineration may have an adverse effect on the human body, which is a problem in health and sanitation.
[0005]
Therefore, recently, a method of fixing with a belt (sheet) for preventing collapse of a load which can be used repeatedly without the above-mentioned drawbacks, and a load provided with a hook-and-loop fastener so that end portions can be connected easily and quickly. Many collapse prevention belts are used. However, this belt is generally used as a belt-like cloth or a sheet made of a synthetic resin in order to secure the strength, and usually does not expand or contract. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of belts having different lengths in order to secure an appropriate length and tightening strength according to the amount of luggage, which is inconvenient and costly.
[0006]
In this regard, in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 60-102458 and Japanese Patent No. 875374, the middle part of a belt-like cloth or a sheet made of synthetic resin is cut out, and each cut end is cut out. Load collapse prevention belts connected by short rubber have been proposed, and the elasticity of the rubber secures an appropriate length and tightening strength, and is widely used.
[0007]
However, in order to adjust the length and tightening strength with only the short rubber, the width of expansion and contraction is small and the range of use is limited, and one of them can be applied to a wide variety of situations such as a very large load or a very small load. is not. On the other hand, as a similar member, a "bundling tool" in which the entire belt-like belt is formed of an elastic member, for example, a sporting device such as skis is bundled into one, is replaced with the partial short rubber structure. It is also conceivable to apply such a material to impart elasticity to the entirety of the belt for preventing collapse of the load. However, at this time, if the hook-and-loop fastener as a belt connector also has elasticity, the following problems occur. In other words, in a situation where the entirety of the load collapse prevention belt stretched over the luggage is retracted by the pulling force of the rubber material in the wound state, the hooking portions of the hook-and-loop fasteners are stretched and hooked. The two male and female fasteners shrink at the same time, and male and female hooks and loops in an occlusal state are present, so that the elastic member cannot return to the original material length. Therefore, “a large number of shrinkage wrinkles” which cannot be generated when the single elastic member expands and contracts are generated at the portions where the hook-and-loop fasteners are engaged with each other, and the engaged state is deteriorated (see FIG. 5). In addition, due to the large number of shrinkage wrinkles generated in this way, there is no problem when separating the two surface fasteners from each other in the extended state, and the work of peeling the surface fasteners can be performed smoothly. It is extremely difficult.
[0008]
In this regard, in the case of the binding device for binding the sporting equipment or the like, it is not necessary to expand and contract the binding device so much because the winding diameter is relatively small, or when using skis or the like, there is no need to use only one side, In other words, there is no need to pull out only one ski with the tying tool wound, and therefore, even if the tying tool is fixedly connected with a hook-and-loop fastener, the winding diameter becomes small and shrinkage wrinkles occur. There are few cases.
[0009]
However, the load-carrying prevention belt used for carrying or delivering a load is a state in which the load-carrying prevention belt is wrapped without releasing the locking of the load-carrying prevention belt, such as one or two loads. Often extracted as is. In addition, it is difficult to remove and re-wrap the collapse prevention belt. For example, even for luggage stored in the corner along the wall in the warehouse, wrap it without releasing the collapse prevention belt. Often, luggage is pulled out while in a state of being left. In these cases, as long as the entirety of the belt for preventing the collapse of the load is formed of an elastic material, wrinkles are formed at the engaging portions of the male and female fasteners as the luggage is pulled out and the belt is gradually loosened. Inconveniences such as a large number of occurrences, loosening of the attachment, or difficulty in performing the work of releasing the engagement due to the wrinkles occur. In these cases, it is difficult to repeat the disengagement and the re-locking operation.
[0010]
It should be noted that the connection of the end portions may be, for example, a "hook member" or a "button fastening" without relying on the "attachment of the hook-and-loop fastener". According to these methods, the member is generally made of metal or hard material. Since it is formed of plastic or the like, there is a danger that the operator's face or the like will be directly hit by the expansion and contraction bias due to a locking error at the time of attachment or release. Furthermore, depending on the winding diameter of the belt for preventing collapse of the load, for example, in the middle position or one-third position of the belt, the “hook locking member” corresponding to the “hook member” or the “button” It is necessary to provide a corresponding "hole for button fastening" or the like, and unlike the case of the hook-and-loop fastener, it is difficult to finely adjust the connection position, which is inconvenient in use, and the production cost is high in the first place.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
The inventor of the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and substantially the entire belt (sheet) has a male or female hook-and-loop fastener so that the length can be freely changed, and the product can be securely and securely collapsed. In addition, the elasticity is restricted at the engaging operation portion, that is, the engaging portion between the male and female fasteners, so that the engaging operation and the releasing operation can be performed satisfactorily and easily. An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive belt for preventing collapse of a load, in which the engagement between the male and female fasteners of the engagement operation portion is extremely stable and does not easily come off.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventor has conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, in a belt for preventing collapse of a load, a belt-shaped elastic member having any one of male and female surface fasteners, on one end side in the length direction thereof. and engaging operating portion is provided either sex of the surface fastener opposite to the surface fastener, by attaching the non-stretchable member on the back surface of the surface fastener of the engaging operating portion, it is possible to resolve the issues It was.
[0013]
That is, the belt for preventing collapse of the load of the present invention uses a band-shaped elastic member having any of the male and female surface fasteners, and has one of male and female surface fasteners facing the above-mentioned surface fastener at one end. Further, by attaching a non-stretchable member to the portion, or by using a non-stretchable surface fastener in the portion, the hook-and-loop fasteners can be engaged with each other regardless of the size of the luggage and its decrease. Thus, it is possible to obtain a load collapse prevention belt which can prevent wrinkles from occurring as much as possible, and can firmly fix and secure the engagement and can easily release the engagement.
[0014]
[Action]
By using a belt with a hook-and-loop fastener made of an elastic member as a whole, regardless of whether the product is large or wide, small or thin, and large or small, and whether the number of luggage is small or large. In addition, it is possible to securely and securely lock the load without damaging the load.
[0015]
Further, by using the surface fastener portion on the entire surface or the periphery as appropriate, the position of the engagement connection can be arbitrarily determined and selected, and fine adjustment of the engagement position and the tightening strength can be performed.
[0016]
Then, Ri by to attach the non-stretchable member on the rear surface of the engaging operating portion, or a state of engaging surfaces frizzy, reduce it or twisted, it is fixed fastening in a stable state And release work is facilitated.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings and reference numerals shown in the embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an example in which a load collapse prevention belt 100 of the present invention is wrapped around a plurality of luggage and bound and fixed.
[0018]
The load collapse prevention belt 100 of the present invention is formed based on the elastic member 1. Generally, a belt-shaped elastic woven fabric made of chemical fibers is used for the elastic member 1 in consideration of manufacturing and use convenience and durability. However, rubber material and other materials are not limited as long as they have elasticity. The width and length of the elastic member 1 are adjusted according to the purpose of use, and are not specified. In this embodiment, the width and the length of the elastic member 1 are 5 cm and 200 cm, respectively. It is formed longer than cm. In this case, since it is folded back and engaged through the through ring 5 at one end, the tightening of the elastic member 1 acts with an appropriate strength, and the luggage can be effectively bundled.
[0019]
Further, the degree of elasticity or elasticity of the elastic member 1 is not limited at all, and is appropriately determined according to a use situation, for example, the hardness of the luggage to prevent the collapse of the load and the tightening strength. In the case of this embodiment, since the elasticity of the elastic member 1 is set to be large, even if the number of luggage increases and the total of the outer peripheral lengths increases, the elastic member 1 expands appropriately. However, the same load collapse prevention belt 100 can be used to effectively bundle the load.
[0020]
At least one surface of the front or back of the load collapse prevention belt 100 is provided with a male or female surface fastener F (FIG. 3). In the case of the present embodiment, the elastic member 1 itself is formed on the male fastener F itself, that is, the male fastener F is formed using an elastic material, and the strip-shaped elastic member 1 having the surface fastener F is formed. The efficiency of the manufacturing operation has been improved. The elastic member 1 may be formed by sewing an elastic surface fastener F on the surface of the elastic member 1 with an elastic thread. Needless to say, the male fasteners F may be formed as female fasteners F. Further, the hook-and-loop fastener F may be replaced with a part of the hook-and-loop fastener F with the non-stretchable member 6 instead of the substantially entire length of the stretchable member 1 (FIG. 4). In addition, it may be formed only at a part or at a plurality of places at appropriate intervals, for example, near the one end, or in addition, at the center, and the like.
[0021]
Either the male or female hook-and-loop fastener G facing the hook-and-loop fastener F is provided in the engagement operation part 2 (FIG. 3).
[0022]
The position of the engagement operation part 2, that is, the position of the female fastener G, facilitates efficient winding and fixing of the belt 100 for preventing collapse of the load, and also facilitates engagement and release of the fasteners F and G. For this reason, the elastic member 1 is provided at an end portion thereof. However, as long as the male member is opposed to the male surface fastener F and can be engaged with each other, there is no problem even if the elastic member 1 is provided inside the elastic member 1 at a distance from the end portion. There is no.
[0023]
The length of the hook-and-loop fastener G is set to 15 cm in the present embodiment, but is appropriately determined so that when the baggage is engaged and the luggage is pressed and fixed, the engagement is not accidentally released. The longer, the stronger the connection becomes possible. The same applies to the width of the elastic member 1. Even if the width of the elastic member 1 exceeds the width of the elastic member 1, the protruding portion cannot be engaged. There is an advantage in that the operability is improved easily.
[0024]
Further, a non-stretchable member 3 which is a feature of the present invention is attached to the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener G of the engaging operation section 2 (FIG. 5). The non-stretchable member 3 suppresses the stretchability of the engaging operation section 2 and may be made of any material. However, considering the safety at the time of use and the convenience at the time of attachment, a slight shrinkage may occur. If so, a woven fabric of synthetic fibers is desirable. In addition, thick paper such as cardboard or cardboard may be used, or hard plastic may be used. Further, the non-stretchable member 3 may be provided in any state as long as the non-stretchable member 3 is in a state in which the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener G of the fastening operation unit 2 does not hinder the fastening . Shin surface fastener G on the surface of the condensation member 1 provided by sewing or the like, such as those further fixed this also by sewing or the like on the opposite side of the surface fastener G of the back surface of the elastic member 1, the attachment aspect free is there. In addition, as long as there is a portion where these both overlap in parallel, the size of the non-stretchable member 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener G may be different, and a part of each may be shifted and attached.
[0025]
Furthermore, by using a non-stretchable surface fastener directly for the engagement operation unit 2, there is no need to attach a hard member to the back surface of the surface fastener G, and the same effect can be obtained.
[0026]
In the case of the present embodiment, since the male surface fastener F is formed using an elastic material and the surface itself of the elastic member 1 is the surface fastener F, a relatively hard end is formed on the back surface end of the elastic member 1. Since the attachment can be performed simply by applying a synthetic fiber woven fabric and sewing, the work of attaching the non-stretchable member 3 is also very simple. Further, if a non-stretchable surface fastener is used, the attachment work is simpler.
[0027]
Next, with reference to FIG. 1, a procedure for wrapping and securing the load collapse prevention belt 100 around a load will be described. When bundling and fixing a plurality of luggage, first, a load collapse prevention belt 100 is wrapped around an appropriate position of the luggage, and the handle portion 4 and the engagement operation portion 2 are folded back through the through ring 5. Next, the pull-down prevention belt 100 is tightened while pulling the handle portion 4 or the engagement operation portion 2. Then, when the load collapse prevention belt 100 made of the elastic member 1 is appropriately stretched and an effective degree of tightening is obtained, the engaging operation portion 2 is attached to the male fastener F provided on the elastic member 1. The hook-and-loop fastener G is overlaid and attached. As a result, the load collapse prevention belt 100 effectively bundles luggage while maintaining an appropriate tightened state, thereby preventing the load collapse.
[0028]
On the other hand, when carrying or delivering the luggage, or for luggage stored in a corner of a warehouse where it is difficult to remove and rewind the luggage prevention belt 100, the luggage prevention belt 100 is tightened. Even if one or two pieces of luggage are extracted as they are (FIG. 2), the tightening state can still be maintained due to the tensile force of the elastic member 1, and the remaining pieces can be bundled. , Load collapse is prevented. At this time, the tightening strength and the tensioning strength of the load collapse prevention belt 100 gradually decrease in accordance with the number of pieces of luggage extracted, and as the tensioning state of the fastening operation part 2 is loosened accordingly, the fastening operation part 2 is loosened. Since the non-stretchable member 3 is attached to the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener G, the shrinkage of the fastening operation unit 2 is limited, and the generation of wrinkles in the fastening portion between the male and female fasteners F and G is reduced. Is done. Therefore, it is difficult to loosen the state of attachment, and on the other hand, the conventional problems that the work of releasing engagement becomes difficult due to many wrinkles are reduced.
[0029]
In addition, the belt 100 for preventing collapse of the load of the embodiment has a male fastener at one end and a female fastener at the other end, and a non-stretchable member 3 is provided on one or both of the male and female fasteners on the back side. May be used as the engaging operation unit 2, and may be changed without departing from the gist of the invention.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides an anchoring operation unit as an unloading prevention belt using a stretchable member having a hook-and-loop fastener, or a belt combined with a non-stretchable member having a hook-and-loop fastener, as the load collapse prevention belt. By attaching a non-stretchable member to the back surface of the belt, the belt (sheet) can be stretched freely and can be freely lengthened, and the collapse of the load of the product can be safely and reliably prevented.
[0031]
And the elasticity of the male and female fasteners is restricted, so that the elasticity is restricted and the shrinkage is prevented, so that not only the engaging operation and the releasing operation can be performed well and easily, but also the shrinkage, wrinkles and torsion can be prevented. Since the number of occurrences is reduced, it is not necessary to perform the complicated operation of repeating the disengagement and the re-locking operation each time.
[0032]
In addition, there is an excellent effect that the engagement between the male and female fasteners in the engagement operation portion is extremely stable, and the fastener is not easily separated.
