Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a load-collapsing-preventing fastener that is wrapped around a luggage group placed on a pallet or a trolley or stretched between columns of cargo or the like to prevent the collapse of the load. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in order to improve workability and save space in a storage space, packages are transported in several stages on pallets or carts for cargo handling. In this case, if the collapse of the load is not prevented in some way, the transport operation is interrupted due to the collapse of the load, the work efficiency is significantly reduced, and the product is damaged.
[0003]
Therefore, there is a method in which the load loaded on the pallet is packed and transported by a stretch film to prevent the collapse of the load, and then the stretch film is peeled off and the load is unloaded from the pallet.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method of using a stretch film to prevent collapse of the load, the peeled stretch film cannot be reused, resulting in waste of resources and resources. Furthermore, since the stretched film that has been discarded accumulates without being decomposed, a large number of disposal sites are required, which is a problem as industrial waste. On the other hand, in the case of incineration, gas and the like at the time of incineration may have an adverse effect on the human body, which is a problem in health and sanitation and in the environment. Furthermore, winding and fixing while circling around the luggage many times was an extremely troublesome operation.
[0005]
Therefore, various inventions and ideas have been made in order to solve such problems. For example, the present invention relates to a device for preventing cargo from collapsing according to Utility Model Registration No. 3007684. This device uses a sheet for wrapping and fixing the load, can be used repeatedly, and tightens the load. This is a cargo collapse prevention device provided with a hook-and-loop fastener so that work can be performed easily and quickly. Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that fixing means is provided at the end of the sheet which is divided and arranged by an appropriate number of dividing slits so that the sheets can be bound together even if there is a step in the height direction of the load.
[0006]
Generally, a belt-shaped cotton cloth or a synthetic resin is used as a material of the belt or sheet for preventing collapse of the load. In the present invention, a nylon resin, a polyester resin-based synthetic resin, or the like is used. However, since these materials basically do not have elasticity, it is not possible to securely fix the luggage according to the shape and the number of the luggage. It is necessary to prepare a plurality of different belts or sheets, which may be inconvenient and costly.
[0007]
On the other hand, in order to make up for these drawbacks, in the load-collapsing-preventing fastener according to JP-A-11-11481 and JP-A-11-147331, a belt or a middle part of a sheet is cut and the cut part is shortened. A belt or sheet for preventing collapse of a load, which is connected by an elastic member, has been proposed. As a result, the load can be securely fixed to a plurality of types of loads by a single belt or sheet. However, in the case where a protrusion is formed on the stacked luggage group or the luggage itself (itself), or when the luggage mounted on the luggage mounting table having the columns protrudes outside between the columns, even if the seats Or, even if the intermediate portion of the belt has tension, it is impossible to apply tension to the entire load and fix it. Furthermore, if the belt or sheet wrapped around the load is strongly stretched in this state, the sheet or belt is torn and the load collapses due to a high coefficient of friction generated between the protrusion of the load and the belt or sheet abutting on the load. The problem that occurs.
[0008]
Similarly, in the device for preventing collapse of goods in the cargo according to Utility Model Registration No. 3007684, when there are a plurality of protrusions in the height direction of the stacked luggage group, the friction of the protrusions is high. A similar phenomenon occurs depending on the coefficient. In this state, if the belt or the sheet wrapped around the luggage is strongly stretched, there arises a problem that the sheet or the belt is torn from the protruding portion and the luggage collapses.
[0009]
By the way, after wrapping the collapse prevention fastener around a load or stretching it over a support such as a cargo, there is a case where it is desired to confirm the type, the number, the degree of damage, etc. of the load. However, in the conventional load-collapsing prevention fastener, there is a problem that it is necessary to remove the load-collapsing prevention fastener one by one for checking, which is very complicated. In particular, in the case of a sheet, this problem is remarkable because the sheet is wider than the belt.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problem. (1) Despite the simple configuration, the work of winding the sheet around the luggage can be performed alone. Clamping prevention fasteners, (2) When a stack of luggage or a luggage itself (itself) has a step or protrusion formed thereon, or luggage mounted on a luggage mounting platform projects outward from between the columns Even if it has been done, it is possible to apply a proper tightening force to the support of the luggage or the trolley or the pallet after stretching, or the load collapse prevention fastener, (3) after the winding of the sheet or Load-collapsing prevention fasteners that can check the contents and condition of luggage after stretching, and (4) at least one of the load-collapsing prevention fasteners that do not require disposal for each use and are efficient. An object of the present invention is to provide a fastener for preventing collapse.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the load-collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 1 is a belt-shaped or sheet-shaped fastener wound around a luggage group or stretched between the columns of a luggage mounting table having a column. A band member and a connecting member that detachably connects both end portions of the band member to each other or detachably connects an end portion of the band member to the support, further comprising the band member. Even when a step or a protrusion is formed in the stacked luggage group or the luggage itself, or when the luggage mounted on the luggage mounting stand projects outward from between the columns, In order to apply an appropriate tightening force to the entire luggage or the support of the luggage mounting table after being stretched, a stretchable elastic body is disposed at least over the entire length (at least over the entire area in the length direction). Is located in).Further, in the load-collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 1, the band member expands and contracts in the length direction even when a traction force of a certain level or more is applied in the length direction, but in the width direction. To prevent expansion and contraction, both fibers of a warp fiber made of a stretchable material and a weft fiber made of a non-stretchable material are formed in a woven fabric shape, and the band member is made of a warp fiber and a weft fiber. A woven fabric zone in which both fibers are assembled in a woven fabric shape, and a weft fiber zone including only the weft fibers are formed separately and arranged alternately.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the band member is formed to be transparent.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fastener for preventing collapse of the load according to the second aspect, wherein the fibers constituting the transverse fiber zone have transparency.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fastener for preventing collapse of the load according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the connecting member is attached to the end of the band member so as to protrude. A first anchoring member, and the band member includes a lattice forming member that connects the first anchoring members arranged in parallel at the ends of the band member formed in a sheet shape. I have.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fastener for preventing collapse of the load according to the fourth aspect, wherein the connecting member is a ring attached to the other end of the band member in addition to the first engaging member. A first locking member having the shape of a circle.
[0016]
In the load collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 6, in the load collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 4, in addition to the first engaging member, the connecting member is protruded from the other end of the band member. It is constituted by an attached second engaging member.
[0017]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fastener according to the fourth aspect, wherein the connecting member is attached to the other end of the band member in addition to the first engaging member. An L-shaped second latch member is provided.
[0018]
In the load collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 8, in the load collapsing prevention fastener according to claim 4, the connecting member is attached to the other end of the band member in addition to the first engaging member. Two engaging members are provided.
[0021]
According to the fastener for preventing load collapse according to the present invention, when the band member is wound around the luggage group or stretched between the columns of the luggage mounting table, both ends of the wound band member are detachable. Or the end of the band member is detachably connected to the column. At this time, if a step or a protrusion is formed in the stacked luggage group or the luggage itself by a band member provided with an elastic body on the entire surface, or the luggage mounted on the luggage mounting table is Even when it protrudes outward between the columns, the load is firmly fixed, and the collapse of the load is prevented. Further, according to the fastener for preventing collapse of the load of the present application, since the band member is transparent, even after the band member is wound or stretched, the contents and state of the luggage can be checked by the worker (carrier and management). ).
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a load collapsing prevention fastener that is wound around a group of luggage placed on a pallet or a trolley or stretched between columns such as a cargo to prevent the collapse of the load.
[0023]
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a load-collapsing fastener 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the load-clamp preventing fastener 1 is arranged directly around the luggage groups X,. Or a type (model) that is wound around a trolley or a pallet or a cargo with columns (that is, a group of luggage accommodated therein). As shown in FIG. 1, the load-collapsing prevention fastener 1 includes a sheet member 2, a first engaging member 3, a first locking member 4, a grid forming member 5, and a temporary fixing member 6. ing.
[0024]
The sheet member 2 is formed in a wide band shape (sheet shape), and is wound directly around the stacked luggage groups X,..., X itself, or around a cart or pallet provided with columns. Things. The sheet member 2 is made of a plurality of warp fibers made of a stretchable material (for example, band-like rubber or thread-like polyurethane, a spring, etc.) and a transparent but non-stretchable material (for example, nylon or the like). The two fibers of the plurality of weft fibers are combined and formed. The warp fibers are disposed throughout the length of the sheet member 2. Therefore, when the convex portions A are formed on the side surfaces of the stacked luggage groups X,..., X, which are the objects to be prevented from collapse (see FIGS. 2 and 3), the upper and lower steps B are formed. In any case (see FIGS. 3 and 4), for any load X (that is, for not only the convex portion A but also the portion other than the convex portion A, whether the upper portion B1 or the lower portion B2 of the step B is different). ), The tension (tightening force) can be applied substantially (substantially) uniformly. As a result, the luggage groups X,..., X can be firmly fixed, that is, the collapse of the load can be prevented. This is the same even when the load X protrudes from between the columns of the load carrier such as a cargo.
[0025]
Further, since the entire sheet member 2 is configured to be expandable and contractable, for example, an expansion and contraction mechanism is provided at an intermediate portion of the sheet, the number of parts is reduced as compared with a mechanism that divides both ends of the sheet, For example, the number of steps can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce manufacturing costs (material costs and labor costs) and shorten manufacturing time.
[0026]
Further, in order to prevent the collapse of the load, it is necessary to strongly pull (pull) the end portion of the sheet member 2 when winding the sheet member 2. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the sheet member 2 from contracting and deforming in the width direction. As a result, it is possible to prevent the end in the width direction of the sheet member 2 being wound from curling toward the center or being rounded. This is because, in the prior art sheet, when the sheet is towed, the end in the width direction of the sheet is warped or rounded. Therefore, when the sheet is wound around the luggage X or the like and connected, the sheet after the connection is The width direction ends may be folded toward the center, and after the connection, the folded width direction ends of the sheet member 2 must be corrected, so that the winding and connection work becomes extremely complicated. It is due to
[0027]
In the sheet member 2, both a woven fabric zone 2a and a weft fiber zone 2b are formed separately. Here, the woven fabric zone 2a is a region where warp fibers and weft fibers are combined in a woven fabric shape, while the weft fiber zone 2b is a region composed of only the weft fibers. The zones of the woven fabric zone 2a and the weft fiber zone 2b configured as described above are arranged alternately at appropriate intervals. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, even after the sheet member 2 is wound around the stacked luggage groups X,..., X, the contents (type) And the number (the number) and the state (whether the cargo is stably stacked, the boundary between the load X and the load X (the loading state), or the damage (the damaged state)) is visually recognized (visually confirmed) by the operator. You can do it. In particular, it is possible to easily check the transport destination of the load X when transporting the load X for each pallet Y, and to easily check whether a hole is formed in a cardboard or the like or a liquid leaks out. You can check it. The same applies to the case where the sheet member 2 is wound around a luggage carrier with a support.
[0028]
Further, as described above, since the woven fabric zone 2a and the weft fiber zone 2b are arranged alternately at appropriate intervals and arranged in a row, it is possible to confirm the contents and state of each load X. Nevertheless, the rigidity of the sheet member 2 can be sufficiently ensured. Needless to say, the woven fabric zone 2a and the weft fiber zone 2b do not have to be arranged alternately, but may be of another arrangement type such as a check pattern.
[0029]
Furthermore, as described above, since the sheet member 2 is formed in a woven cloth shape, it is possible to wind the load collapse prevention fastener 1 in a roll shape or to fold it small (not shown) as shown in FIG. Thus, the storage space can be saved, and storage can be prevented from becoming complicated.
[0030]
The first engaging member 3 and the first locking member 4 are used together to connect both ends of the sheet member 2, and the first engaging member 3 is a non-stretchable belt. And is sewn to one end (left end in FIG. 1) of the sheet member 2 in a protruding state. On the other hand, the first locking members 4 are formed in a ring shape and made of a metal material or a resin material, and are attached to the other end (the right end in FIG. 1) of the sheet member 2. In each of the first engaging members 3, a male fastener member 3a and a female fastener member 3b are separately provided.
[0031]
In addition, three first fastening members 3 are sewn to the end of the sheet member 2, but the number may be any number. However, when the entire sheet member 2 is wound in a tight state without wrinkles, it is preferable to provide three at both ends and the center of the longitudinal end of the sheet member 2. This is because if there are four or more first engaging members 3, the end connecting work of the sheet member 2 becomes complicated. Needless to say, it may be appropriate to provide four or more sheets depending on the length of the end portion in the length direction of the sheet member 2. Further, the hook-and-loop fastener attached to the first engaging member 3 may be disposed in a reversed manner, or may be of a shared type. Further, the first engaging member 3 may have elasticity.
[0032]
The lattice forming members 5 are made of a synthetic resin material such as polypropylene, and a plurality of the lattice forming members 5 are appropriately placed in a state of being straddled (bridged) with respect to the plurality of first engaging members 3 arranged in parallel. Installed at intervals. That is, the lattice forming member 5 connects the first engaging members 3 arranged in parallel at the ends of the sheet member 2 in parallel. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the distance between the adjacent first engaging members 3 from increasing. Further, since the plurality of lattice forming members 5 are attached to the first engaging member 3 at appropriate intervals, the lattice is locked together with the first engaging member 3 so that the load X is small or the load X is small. Even if is thin (flat), it is possible to prevent the load X from falling down between the adjacent first engaging members 3.
[0033]
The temporary fixing member 6 includes a plug-in member 6a that can be inserted between the packages X and a connecting member 6b that connects the plug-in member 6a to the sheet member 2. It is preferable that the insertion member 6a shown in FIG. Of course, the shape, material, and the like of the insertion member 6a are not particularly limited. By forming in this manner, inserting the insertion member 6a between the load X and the load X prevents the operation of winding the load-collapsing prevention fasteners 1, 20 from becoming complicated. You can do it.
[0034]
Next, referring to FIG. 2 and FIGS. 7 to 9, the fastener 1 for preventing the collapse of the load by the operator is wound around a plurality of loads X,..., X stacked on the pallet Y. The turning operation and the connecting operation will be described.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 7, first, after the temporary fixing member 6 is inserted between the load X and the load X by the operator, the sheet members 2 are stacked on the pallet Y as shown in FIG. 8. It is wound around the luggage group X. In this way, by temporarily fixing with the temporary fixing member 6, even when the circumference of the luggage group X,... You can do the work. In particular, as in the load-collapsing prevention fastener 1 of the present embodiment, the sheet member is formed by the first engaging member 3 provided at one end of the sheet member 2 and the first locking member 4 provided at the other end. A remarkable effect is obtained in the case where the both ends are connected.
[0036]
After winding the sheet member 2, the first engaging member 3 is inserted into the first locking member 4 by an operator. After the first engaging member 3 is inserted, the first engaging member 3 is strongly pulled with the first engaging member 4 as a fulcrum, and the first fastening member 3 is folded back to provide a surface fastener provided on the first engaging member 3. The members 3a and 3b are engaged with each other. A series of operations performed by the worker until the hook-and-loop fasteners 3a and 3b are engaged are performed for each first engaging member 3, and when the operations for all the first engaging members 3 are completed, as shown in FIG. Then, the connecting operation of the sheet member 2 is completed.
[0037]
Here, since the plurality of first engaging members 3 are attached to the end of the sheet member 2 in a protruding state, the first engaging member 3 can be removed without operating the entire end of the sheet member 2 at once. You only have to operate one by one. That is, it is possible to prevent the connecting operation of the sheet members 2 from becoming complicated. Specifically, even if the sheet member 2 is wide, the work of firmly winding the whole can be easily performed. As a result, even if one person is alone, the work for winding and stretching the fastener 1 for preventing collapse of the load can be performed firmly (that is, in a state where the fastener is tightened to prevent the collapse of the load).
[0038]
In addition, the work of engaging the first engagement member 3 can be performed by pulling the first engagement member 3 around the first locking member 4 as a fulcrum. Therefore, even with a smaller force (for example, one person) based on the leverage principle, the first engaging member 3 can be engaged so that the sheet member 2 is in a taut state.
[0039]
Further, even when the condition of the wound sheet member 2 is undesirably corrected, the fixing operation of the first engaging member 3 may be corrected one by one, so that the correcting operation becomes complicated. It can be prevented.
[0040]
In each of FIGS. 2 to 5 or FIGS. 6 to 9, the cargo collapse prevention fastener 1 is directly wound around the load group X stacked on the pallet Y. It is a diagram showing a state in the middle and after the winding. Naturally, it may be wound directly around a load X mounted on a load mounting table other than a pallet, or may be provided with a support Z1. It may be wound around the outer periphery of the column of the luggage mounting table Z (that is, indirectly around the luggage groups X,..., X accommodated inside the luggage mounting table Z). In FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the woven cloth zone 2a divided into the sheet member 2 is formed. The illustration of the weft fiber zone 2b is omitted.
[0041]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 10 to 15, modifications (second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth embodiments) of the above embodiment (first embodiment). ) Will be described.
[0042]
"Second embodiment"
FIG. 10 is a view showing a state in which the load-collapsing prevention fastener 20 of the second embodiment is wound around the luggage groups X,..., X placed on the pallet Y. As shown in FIG. 10, the fastener 20 for preventing collapse of the load according to the second embodiment includes a sheet member 22, a first engaging member 3, a first locking member 4, and a grid forming member (not shown, a first forming member). (A configuration similar to that of the embodiment), and a temporary fixing member 6. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. Only different parts will be described.
[0043]
The sheet member 22 is formed by assembling both warp fibers and weft fibers made of a material having transparency into a woven fabric. Therefore, it is not limited to the location where the transverse fiber zone 2b is formed as in the load-collapsing prevention fastener 1 of the first embodiment, and the entirety of the load-collapsing prevention fastener 20 has transparency. It is possible to enhance the nature.
[0044]
"Third embodiment"
FIG. 11 is a plan view of the load-collapsing prevention fastener 30 of the third embodiment. As shown in FIG. 11, the load-collapsing-preventing fastener 30 according to the third embodiment includes a sheet member 2, a first engaging member 3, a second engaging member 34, a grid forming member 5, and a temporary fixing member. And a member 36. In describing the third embodiment, the same portions as those in the above-described embodiment (the first and second embodiments) are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only different portions will be described. I do.
[0045]
The second fastening member 34 is sewn to the end of the sheet member 2 in the length direction and opposite to the sewing end of the first fastening member 3 in a protruding state. . The second sewing member 34 is configured to have substantially the same shape as the first engaging member 3. As a specific example, a male fastener 34 a is provided on one surface side of the second sewing member 34. The female surface fastener 34b is provided separately. Since the first engaging member 3 and the second engaging member 34 are disposed at both ends of the sheet member 2 in a protruding state as described above, the first engaging member 3 and the second engaging member 34 are disposed in the luggage mounting table Z having the columns Z1 at the four corners. Even when the luggage groups X,..., X are mounted, by stretching the sheet member 2 between the columns Z1 and Z1, it is possible to prevent the luggage from falling down from between the columns Z1. .
[0046]
Here, FIG. 12 is a view showing a state in which the load-collapsing-preventing fastener 30 of the third embodiment is stretched between the columns Z1 and Z1 of the luggage carrier Z, as shown in FIG. Since the sheet member 2 has elasticity in the same manner as the sheet member 2 of the first embodiment, even when there is a load X1 protruding from between the columns Z1 and Z1, the sheet X is of course That is, a uniform tightening force can be applied to all the columns Z1. Of course, in the case of the type having the column Z1, the shape of the luggage mounting table Z, the length of the column Z1, and the number of columns (however, the 2 It does not matter whether or not there is a so-called “caster (not shown)”.
[0047]
The temporary fixing member 36 is attached to the end of the sheet member 2 in the width direction and on the side to which the second engaging member 34 is attached. Therefore, the end of the load-collapsing prevention fastener 1 can be temporarily fixed to the horizontal bar Z2 (the bar erected between the columns Z1 and Z1) of the load carrier Z. As a result, even when the work for stretching the fasteners 1 for preventing collapse of the load is performed by one person, the work can be prevented from being complicated. Naturally, the temporary fixing member 36 is not limited to the male and female common surface fastener, but may be of a type in which a male and a female are separated, or the temporary fixing member 6 as in the first embodiment. May be inserted between adjacent upper and lower loads X, X.
[0048]
"Fourth embodiment"
FIG. 13 is a plan view of the load collapsing prevention fastener 40 of the fourth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 13, the load collapsing prevention fastener 40 of the fourth embodiment includes the sheet member 2 and the first member. The engaging member 3, the second locking member 41, the lattice locking member 5, and the temporary fixing member 36 are provided. In the description of the load-collapsing prevention fastener 40 of the fourth embodiment, the same portions as those of the above-described embodiment (first to third) are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. Only the part will be described.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 13, the second locking member 41 is disposed at the other end of the sheet member 2 similarly to the first locking member 4 of the first embodiment. Also thisSecondThe locking member 41 is made of resin or metal (having a strength enough to withstand a traction force (that is, one that does not deform during traction)), and is formed in a substantially L-shape.
[0050]
Here, FIG. 14 is a view showing a state in which the load-carrying-preventing fastener 40 is stretched between the columns Z1 and Z1 of the luggage mounting table ZZ. As shown in FIG. The second locking member 41 can be hooked on the column Z1 of the mounting table ZZ. Further, since the entire sheet member 2 has elasticity, the column Z1 can be easily engaged with the column Z1 despite the simple operation of hooking the second locking member 41 to the column Z1 (relative to the third embodiment). , Z1 as well as the load X1 protruding from between the support posts Z1.
[0051]
"Fifth embodiment"
FIG. 15 is a plan view of the load collapsing prevention fastener 50 of the fifth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 15, the load collapsing prevention fastener 50 of the fifth embodiment includes the sheet member 2 and the first member. An engaging member 51, a second engaging member 52, a lattice locking member 5, and a temporary fixing member 6 are provided. In describing the load collapsing prevention fastener 40 of the fifth embodiment, the same portions as those of the above-described embodiment (first to fourth) are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. Only the part will be described.
[0052]
The first fastening member 51 is obtained by changing the type of the hook-and-loop fastener attached to the first fastening member 3 of the above embodiment. As shown in FIG. The first fastening member 3 is provided with only the male fastener 3a. On the other hand, the second fastening member 52 is sewn to the other end side of the sheet member 2 and faces the male fastener 3a attached to the first fastening member 51 (ie, a female surface). Fastener).
[0053]
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is easily inferred that various improved inventions are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. You can do it.
[0054]
For example, in the present embodiment, each of the weft fibers constituting the sheet member 2 is entirely made of a transparent material. However, even if the entirety of each weft fiber constituting the sheet member 2 does not have transparency, only the portion constituting the weft fiber zone 2b may have transparency. In addition, a warp fiber zone consisting only of warp fibers may be provided instead of the weft fiber zone 2b consisting only of weft fibers, and the warp fibers constituting this warp fiber zone may be made transparent.
[0055]
Further, in the present embodiment, each warp fiber forming the sheet member 2 is made of a material having elasticity, while each weft fiber forming the sheet member 2 is made of a non-stretchable material. . However, both fibers may be made of an elastic material, or both fibers may be made of a non-elastic material. Here, when both fibers are made of a non-stretchable material, both fibers constituting the sheet member 2 have transparency or have a single fiber zone composed of at least one of the transparent fibers. Preferably.
[0056]
The present invention includes the following inventions.
In a fastener for preventing collapse of a load comprising a sheet-like band member wound around a luggage group and a connecting member for connecting both ends of the band member, the connecting member includes one end of the band member. A plurality of first engaging members fixed in parallel to each other and in a protruding state, and a ring shape fixed in parallel to the other end of the band member and corresponding to the first engaging member, respectively. Or a plurality of hook-shaped locking members, wherein each of the first engaging members has a hook-and-loop fastener portion, and the hook-and-loop fasteners are folded with the hooking member as a fulcrum. A fastener (A) for preventing collapse of a load, wherein both ends of the band member are detachably connected by being engaged with each other.
[0057]
According to the fastener (A) for preventing collapse of the load, after the band member is wound or stretched by the operator, the first engaging members respectively fixed to the band member in a protruding state respectively correspond to the band members. It is inserted into the locking member, and is pulled in a folded state with the locking member as a fulcrum. Thereafter, the hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the first fastening member are engaged with each other while the first fastening member is being pulled. A series of operations until the hook-and-loop fastener engagement by the operator is performed for all the first anchor members fixed in parallel to one side of the band member, and for all the first anchor members. When the operation is completed, both ends of the band member are firmly and evenly connected so that the entire band member is in a taut state.
[0058]
A sheet-like band member stretched between the columns of a luggage mounting table having a column, and a load-collapsing prevention fastener including a connecting member that connects an end of the band member to the column. The connecting member includes a plurality of first engaging members fixed in parallel to one end of the band member and in a protruding state, and a plurality of first engaging members fixed in parallel to the other end of the band member and in a protruding state. One or a plurality of second fastening members fixed to each other, each of the first and second fastening members has a hook-and-loop fastener portion, and a support of the luggage mounting table. A fastener for preventing collapse of a load, wherein each end of the band member is detachably connected to the support by engaging the hook-and-loop fastener portions in a state of being turned back as a fulcrum. B).
[0059]
According to the load collapsing prevention fastener (B), after the band member is wrapped around the column by the operator, each of the first engaging member and the second engaging member fixed to the band member in a protruding state. The attachment members are towed in a state where the attachment members are turned around with the corresponding columns as fulcrums. Thereafter, the hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the first and second fastening members are engaged with each other while the first and second fastening members are pulled. A series of operations until the hook-and-loop fastener is engaged by the operator is performed on all the first and second fastening members. Then, when the work on all the first engaging members and the second engaging members is completed, both ends of the band member are firmly and evenly connected. In addition, any of the connecting operation of the band member by the first engaging member and the connecting operation of the band member by the second engaging member may be performed first, or may be performed simultaneously by a plurality of workers. good.
[0060]
Therefore, according to the load collapse prevention fasteners (A) and (B) configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. That is, according to the load-collapsing prevention fasteners (A) and (B), the first engaging member (or the second engaging member) protrudes from one end (or the other end) of the band member. Since the band member is fixed, when the ends of the band member are connected to each other or when the band member is connected to the column, the first engaging member (or the first engaging member) fixed in a protruding state from the end without directly operating the band member itself. 2), it is easy to grasp, easy to insert into the locking member, tow the first fastening member (or the second fastening member) after being turned back, and engage the hook-and-loop fasteners. Work can also be facilitated.
[0061]
According to the load-collapsing prevention fastener (A), a ring-shaped or hook-shaped locking member is provided on the other end side of the band member, and the first engaging member is folded around the locking member as a fulcrum. Since the first and second engaging members are engaged with each other in the disengaged state, the first engaging member can be pulled by using the engaging member as a fulcrum. On the other hand, according to the load-collapsing prevention fastener (B), both the first and second engaging members are provided at both ends, and the first and second engaging members are provided. Are engaged with each other in a folded state with the support of the luggage mounting table as a fulcrum, so that the towing work of each of the first and second engagement members can be performed using the support as a fulcrum. it can. That is, according to the load-collapsing-preventing fastener (A) and the load-collapse-preventing fastener (B), the first engaging member or the second engaging member is strongly towed even when working alone. Thus, the band member can be connected in a taut state.
[0062]
Further, according to the load collapsing prevention fastener (A) and the load collapsing prevention fastener (B), the first engaging member and the locking member corresponding to the first engaging member are attached to the band member. Since a plurality of belt members are provided in parallel, even for a wide band member, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of directly operating the entire band member, and thus, it is possible to partially concentrate traction work and tightening work. It can be. Of course, the same effect can be obtained even in the case where a plurality of second engaging members are provided at the other end of the band member in the load collapse prevention fastener (B).
[0063]
Furthermore, according to the load-collapsing-preventing fastener (A) and the load-collapsing-preventing fastener (B), each of the first engaging members includes the hook-and-loop fastener portion, so that, for example, a buckle connection or the like There is no complicated connection operation, and both the connection operation and the release operation can be performed very simply, easily and quickly.
[0064]
Note that the interpretation of the wording described in the claims will be described just in case so as not to raise any doubt. The “luggage mounting platform having a support” is a platform for mounting the load X, and further includes a support. Is the meaning of a table having Specific examples include a truck or a pallet provided with a support, a cargo, or the like. In this case, it may be either a type having wheels (model) or a type not having wheels (model). In addition, the expression “wound around the load” includes both a meaning of being directly wound around the load group and a meaning of being wound indirectly via a column or the like. Meaning. Further, “having transparency” includes not only the meaning of “completely transparent” but also the meaning of so-called “translucent”. Further, the “full length” includes not only the literally “full length” but also the meaning of “substantially all”. Specific examples include a case where the end reinforcing portion, the connecting member attaching portion, and the like are partially non-stretchable.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
According to the fastener for preventing the collapse of the load according to the first aspect, both ends of the band member wound around the luggage group or stretched between the columns of the luggage mounting table can be detached by the connecting member. Since the end portions of the band members are connected to and detachably attached to the pillars, there is an effect that the fastener for preventing the collapse of the load can be reused many times. Also, as compared with a disposable load-carrying prevention member with a stretch film, there is also an effect that cost and resources can be used efficiently without waste.
[0066]
On the other hand, since such a band member has elasticity at least over its entire length, it is mounted on a luggage mounting table having a column or a luggage group or luggage itself (or itself) having a step or a projection, or a luggage mounting base having a column. Even when the luggage is projected outward from the space between the columns (that is, when the object to be prevented from collapsing has a step or a convex portion), the portion that comes into contact with the step or the convex portion extends. , Or an appropriate tightening force can be applied to the support of the load carrier. As a result, even when the load collapse prevention target has a step or a convex portion, the load collapse can be prevented. In addition, even when the convex portion is a projection, the band member is torn and the luggage collapses even when strongly wound around the luggage or when strongly pulling the sheet stretched between the columns of the luggage mounting table. There is also an effect that it can be prevented.
[0067]
Furthermore, according to the fastener for preventing the collapse of the load according to the first aspect,Even when a certain or more traction force is applied in the length (longitudinal) direction of the band member, the band member expands and contracts in the length (longitudinal) direction but does not expand and contract in the width (horizontal) direction. Therefore, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent contraction deformation in the width direction when the band member is pulled. As a result, even when the end portion of the band member being wound or stretched is pulled, it is possible to prevent the end portion in the width direction of the band member from warping or rolling.
[0068]
Furthermore, according to the fastener for preventing the collapse of the load according to the first aspect,When a certain amount of traction force is applied in the length (longitudinal) direction of the band member because the warp fiber made of the stretchable material and the weft fiber made of the non-stretchable material are woven. In this case, the band member expands and contracts in the length (longitudinal) direction, but does not expand and contract in the width (horizontal) direction. There is an effect that can be. As a result, even when the end portion of the band member being wound or stretched is pulled, it is possible to prevent the end portion in the width direction of the band member from warping or rolling. In addition, since the band member is formed in a woven cloth shape, it is possible to reduce the size of the band member by winding or folding it into a roll during storage, storage, or other non-use.
[0069]
Claim2According to the fastener for preventing collapse of load described in the claims1In addition to the effect of the load-collapsing prevention fastener described above, furthermore, since the band member is formed to be transparent, the contents and state of the baggage inside the band member can be visually recognized even after winding or stretching. There is an effect that it can be done.
[0070]
Claim3According to the fastener for preventing collapse of load described in the claims2In addition to the effects of the fastener for preventing collapse of load described above, the band member further includes both a woven fiber zone in which warp fibers and weft fibers are assembled in a woven fabric and a weft fiber zone including only weft fibers. Are formed separately, and since the weft fibers of the weft fiber zone constituent parts have transparency, without impairing the elasticity of the fastener for preventing collapse of the load, the band member of the weft fiber zone can be removed from the weft fiber zone. There is an effect that the contents and state of the baggage inside can be visually recognized. In particular, when the luggage is wound all around by a wide band member, a remarkable effect is obtained. This is because a stretchable elastic body such as a rubber material does not have transparency.
