Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に設けられたアンチグレア層であって、前記基板と反対側に設けられた複数の微細構造を有しているアンチグレア層と、
前記アンチグレア層の前記微細構造上に設けられた第1の反射防止層であって、前記アンチグレア層が前記基板と前記第1の反射防止層との間に配置されるように設けられている第1の反射防止層と、
前記第1の反射防止層上に設けられた第2の反射防止層であって、前記第1の反射防止層が前記アンチグレア層と前記第2の反射防止層との間に配置されるように設けられている第2の反射防止層と、を備え、
前記第1の反射防止層の屈折率が前記アンチグレア層の屈折率と異なっている光学フィルム。 - 前記第1の反射防止層の屈折率が前記アンチグレア層の屈折率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記第1の反射防止層の屈折率が1.8よりも大きく、前記アンチグレア層の屈折率が1.5よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1、又は2に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記第1の反射防止層の屈折率が前記第2の反射防止層の屈折率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記アンチグレア層が、SiO2を有しており、
前記第1の反射防止層がSiO2、Nb2O5、TiO2、Ta2O5、SiOxNy、Si3N4、及びTi3O5の少なくとも一つにより形成され、
前記第2の反射防止層がSiO2、及びMgF2の少なくとも一つによって形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記第2の反射防止層上に設けられた汚れ防止層をさらに備え、
前記第2の反射防止層が、前記第1の反射防止層と、前記汚れ防止層との間に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記第1の反射防止層と前記第2の反射防止層の合計厚さが225nm〜255nmの範囲内であり、
前記アンチグレア層の厚さが100nm未満である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記微細構造が複数の凸部と複数の凹部とを備え、
前記複数の凸部が、前記複数の凸部の間にそれぞれ設けられ
前記第1の反射防止層の一部が前記凹部に設けられている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記アンチグレア層が互いに対向する第1の側面と第2の側面とを備え、
前記複数の凸部の大きさが前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に向かうにつれて減少する請求項8の記載の光学フィルム。 - 前記微細構造の形状が不規則である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルム。
