Claims (5)
- ガラス長繊維を主体とする断熱材を筒状に成形した筒体と、前記筒体の内面に接合する螺旋状に巻回された芯材と、前記芯材の内側に接合する内部被覆材と、前記筒体の外面に被覆する外部被覆材と、から形成された断熱ダクト。
- 断熱材と外部被覆材とからなるシート材を筒状に形成した筒体には、螺旋状に巻回された芯材の軸方向につなぎ目を有し、その外部被覆材のつなぎ目に固定用部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱ダクト。
- 外部被覆材はアルミ箔を主体するものからなること、内部被覆材はポリエステルフィルムを主体するものからなること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項記載の断熱ダクト。
- 芯材の断面形状は、鋼板を螺旋の内面方向に略逆U字状に屈曲して形成され、内部被覆材には前記芯材の略逆U字状の頂部方向に突出した突出部を設け、前記芯材の略逆U字状の部分で前記突出部を覆うとともに前記突出部の基部を前記芯材の基端部で挟持していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項記載の断熱ダクト。
- 芯材の内部であって、内部被覆材の突出部における頭頂部内にフィラメントを配置し、前記フィラメントと前記芯材の頂部とによって前記内部被覆材を把持していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の断熱ダクト。
