Abstract
本发明公开一种管路包覆防火材以及防火材。管路包覆防火材包括一可挠层及一防火层。可挠层选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜。防火层设置在所述可挠层,且防火层选自陶瓷纤维、氧化纤维、碱土纤维、碳纤维、诺梅克斯纤维、凯夫拉纤维、或耐高温硅胶。防火层密度为0.26至4g/cm3。管路包覆防火材的厚度介于0.5至5mm,并且,管路包覆防的总热值为4MJ/Kg以下。管路包覆防火材达到不燃性防火材标准且具有可挠性,其能够对应物件的外型弯挠变形,以对应各种不同的使用需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火材,特别是涉及一种用于包覆管路的防火材。
背景技术
防火材料可区分为难燃性防火材料及不燃性防火材料。难燃性防火材料可被引燃,但离开热源后即会自熄,而不燃性防火材料则不会被引燃。一般而言,对于有较高防火需要的环境,如:厂房,通常要采用不燃性防火材料才能达到防火标准。而一般的不燃性防火材料多是采用多种无机材料相混合,再加入无机粘合剂压制而成,此种不燃性防火材料多呈现相当程度的刚性,难以弯挠。因此,当要对厂房中的管路进行防火处理时,难以采用此种防火材料。而目前市面上能对管路实施防火处理的物品,如:防火涂层,通常难以达到防火标准,因此仍有改善的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种管路包覆防火材及防火材。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的其中一技术方案是,提供一种管路包覆防火材,其包括一可挠层以及一防火层。所述可挠层的密度为0.5至5g/cm3,厚度为0.1至0.5mm。所述可挠层选自诺梅克斯(nomex)网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉(kevlar)网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜。所述防火层为多层结构并直接贴合于所述可挠层。所述防火层的密度为0.26至4g/cm3,厚度为0.4至4.9mm。所述防火层选自陶瓷纤维、氧化纤维、碱土纤维、碳纤维、诺梅克斯纤维、凯夫拉纤维、玻璃纤维、或耐高温硅胶。所述防火层的厚度大于所述可挠层的厚度;所述可挠层的密度大于所述防火层的密度。所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于4MJ/Kg。
优选地,所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。所述防火层为1至3层由陶瓷纤维、氧化纤维、碱土纤维、碳纤维、诺梅克斯纤维、玻璃纤维、或凯夫拉纤维构成的纤维网叠合构成的结构。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的另外一技术方案是,提供一种管路包覆防火材,其包括一可挠层以及一防火层。所述可挠层选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜。所述防火层设置在所述可挠层,且所述防火层选自陶瓷纤维、氧化纤维、碱土纤维、碳纤维、诺梅克斯纤维、凯夫拉纤维、玻璃纤维、或耐高温硅胶。所述防火层的密度为0.26至4g/cm3。其中,所述管路包覆防火材的厚度介于0.5至5mm,且总热值小于4MJ/Kg。
优选地,所述防火层的厚度大于所述可挠层的厚度。所述可挠层的密度大于所述防火层的密度。所述防火层为多层堆叠结构。所述防火层直接贴合于所述可挠层。

具体实施方式
以下是通过特定的具体实例来说明本发明所公开有关“管路包覆防火材”的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所公开的内容了解本发明的优点与效果。本发明可通过其他不同的具体实施例加以实施或应用,本说明书中的各项细节也可基于不同观点与应用,可在不背离本发明的构思下进行各种修改与变更。另外,事先声明,本发明的附图仅为简单示意说明,并非依实际尺寸的描绘。以下的实施方式将进一步详细说明本发明的相关技术内容,但所公开的内容并非用以限制本发明的保护范围。
参阅图1至图5所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种管路包覆防火材1,其包括:一可挠层11以及一防火层12。
可挠层11呈现软质可挠,且其密度是介于0.5至5g/cm3。可挠层11选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜。可挠层11可以采用市售的网布或耐高温硅胶膜,也可以自行制造,并没有一定的限制。
防火层12设置在所述可挠层11。防火层12选自陶瓷纤维、氧化纤维、碱土纤维、碳纤维、诺梅克斯纤维、凯夫拉纤维、玻璃纤维、或耐高温硅胶。所采用的碱土纤维是为陶瓷纤维改良品。
防火层12的制作方式并没有任何限制,举例而言,可将前述的纤维依序放入开棉机、混棉机以及梳棉机之中,以使松解纤维并逐渐形成纤维网。随后通过叠棉机堆叠前述纤维网,形成一蓬松的多层结构。而后以冲压钩针机对前述多层结构进行加工,以多层结构中的纤维上下交织,提高整体强,最后再以热压平机继续进行加工,获得所需的强度、密度及厚度,此时即制得防火层12。防火层12的制作方式并不以上述者为限制。优选地,防火层12是多层纤维网叠合构成的结构,如叠合1至3层纤维网,也就是说,防火层12是多层结构。另外,若防火层12采用耐高温硅胶时,也可以采用多层耐高温硅胶相叠合来构成防火层12。纤维网或耐高温硅胶的层数并不以前述者为限制,能依据需要调整。
防火层12的密度小于可挠层11的密度,且防火层12的密度是介于0.26至4g/cm3,优选地,防火层12的密度是介于0.3至3g/cm3。通过调整防火层12的密度,以提升其防火特性。防火层的密度可以通过堆叠多层的纤维网后压实并固定来予以调整。
防火层12是与可挠层11直接贴合,其连接方式可以采用针轧、化学粘着、热粘着、或纱线缝合。针轧即是通过钩针冲压在防火层12与可挠层11上,使两层间的纤维彼此交织而连接一起,所采用的设备可例举但不限于:冲压钩针机。化学粘着是采用化学药剂渗入到各层间的纤维内,再将防火层12与可挠层11两者直接贴合并粘着在一起,化学药剂可选自但不限于:氢氧化钾、尿囊素、或乙酰水杨酸。热粘着是对防火层12与可挠层11施予一定的温度,并可选择地施予一定压力,使交界处的纤维彼此粘接,所采用的设备可例举但不限于:热压平机。纱线缝合是采用纱线缝合防火层12与可挠层11,所用纱线的材质能与防火层12的材质相同,所采用的设备可例举但不限于:缝纫机。
在进行防火层12的制造时,并未混入其他种类的原料。举例而言,当防火层12采用氧化纤维进行制作时,其内仅会含有氧化纤维,而不掺入其他种类的纤维。如此,可有效提高其防火特性。
参阅图2,值得一提的是,管路包覆防火材1还可以进一步加入另一可挠层11贴附在防火层12的另一侧,此种配置可以进一步提升管路包覆防火材1整体的结构强度,且因可挠层11的材料也具备防火特性,故能维持甚至提升管路包覆防火材1整体的防火特性。参阅图3,另外,管路包覆防火材1也可以进一步加入另一防火层12直接贴附在可挠层11的另一侧,此种配置也能够提高管路包覆防火材1的防火特性。
除此之外,管路包覆防火材1还能够进一步包括一金属箔层13,且金属箔层13可例举但不限于:铝箔、铜箔、或银箔。金属箔层13设置在可挠层11及所述防火层12其中一者的外侧,如图4所示,管路包覆防火材1包含有依序叠合的可挠层11、防火层12以及金属箔层13;如图5所示,管路包覆防火材1包含有依序叠合的可挠层11、防火层12、可挠层11以及金属箔层13;如图6所示,管路包覆防火材1包含有依序叠合的防火层12、可挠层11、防火层12以及金属箔层13。金属箔层13的配置方式可以是任意的,并不以本发明所公开者为限制。
管路包覆防火材1的优选厚度是介于0.5至5mm。优选地,防火层的厚度大于可挠层的厚度,更优选地,可挠层11的厚度是介于0.1至0.5mm,防火层12的厚度是介于0.4至4.9mm。当管路包覆防火材1采用了三层或超过三层的结构时,其总厚度优选是控制在0.5mm至5mm,但不以此为限。
管路包覆防火材1的总热值小于4MJ/Kg,优选地,总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。如此,当以50kW/m2加热20分钟后,管路包覆防火材1的总热释放量即会小于8MJ/m2。
参阅图7,管路包覆防火材1的使用方式,是将其环绕包覆在一管路9上即可。其包覆的方式,较佳是将防火层12贴附在管路9上。然而,若管路包覆防火材1是双层可挠层11内夹一层防火层12(见图2及图5),也可以让可挠层11环绕包覆在管路9。
另值得一提的是,本发明管路包覆防火材1的用途不仅能用来包覆管路9,还能作为一般的防火材使用。其应用的范围可例举但不限于:防火毯、防火帘、防火壁布、或防火壁贴。
本发明防火材达到不燃性防火材标准,且具有可挠的防火材,其能够对应物件的外型弯挠变形,以对应各种不同的使用需要。如此,可以应用到诸如:高温管线、室内装修、高温器械等领域上,以阻止火源燃烧及蔓延。
以上已将本发明之结构及材料说明完毕,以下将举出实施例1至6,以更进一步地说明本发明的优点。
[实施例1]
本实施例1包括一层可挠层11及一层防火层12,其中,可挠层11采用玻璃纤维网布,厚度为0.1mm,密度为2g/cm3。防火层12是采用氧化纤维制成,厚度为2mm,密度为0.26g/cm3。其特性已列于表1。
[实施例2]
本实施例2的结构与实施例1大致上相同,差异仅在于进一步包括另一防火层12。防火层12分别设置在可挠层11的两相反侧上。其各层厚度、密度、及特性已列于表1。
[实施例3]
本实施例3的结构与实施例1大致上相同,差异仅在于进一步添加另一可挠层11。可挠层11分别设置在防火层12的两相反侧上。其各层厚度、密度、及特性已列于表1。
[实施例4]
本实施例4的结构与实施例1大致上相同,差异仅在于进一步添加一铝箔13并设置在可挠层11上。铝箔厚度为0.1mm。其各层厚度、密度、及特性已列于表1。
[实施例5]
本实施例5的结构与实施例2大致上相同,差异仅在于进一步添加一铝箔13并设置在防火层12上。铝箔厚度为0.1mm。其各层厚度、密度、及特性已列于表1。
[实施例6]
本实施例6的结构与实施例3大致上相同,差异仅在于进一步添加一铝箔13并设置在可挠层11上。铝箔厚度为0.3mm。其各层厚度、密度、及特性已列于表1。
[比较例]
本比较例包括一层可挠层11及一层防火层12,其中,可挠层11采用玻璃纤维网布,厚度为0.1mm,密度为2g/cm3。防火层12是采用难燃棉制成,厚度为3mm,密度为0.3g/cm3。其特性已列于表1。
[防火评价]
测量设备:圆锥量热仪(DEATAK,型号MODEL RHR-1)。
测试方法:ASTM2.0006。
结构评价:以800℃加热持续20分钟,无贯穿的龟裂或孔穴者为O,有贯穿的龟裂或孔穴者为X。

※注:各可挠层厚度是指可挠层各自的厚度;各防火层厚度是指防火层各自的厚度。
如此,通过选用调整防火层12的材质、密度及厚度,即具有良好的防火效果,并达到不燃性防火材的标准。以800℃加热持续20分钟的条件下,本发明的防火材不会产生贯穿的龟裂或孔穴,能够保持结构的完整性。除此之外,本发明防火材还具备可挠的特性,如此,即可能够对应物件的外型弯挠变形,以对应各种不同的使用需要。

Claims (12)
1.一种管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材包括:
一可挠层,密度为2.4至5g/cm3,厚度为0.1至0.5mm,所述可挠层选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜;以及
一防火层,所述防火层为多层结构并直接贴合于所述可挠层,所述防火层的密度为0.26至4g/cm3,厚度为0.4至4.9mm,所述防火层选自氧化纤维;
其中,所述防火层的厚度大于所述可挠层的厚度;所述可挠层的密度大于所述防火层的密度;所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于4MJ/Kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg,所述防火层为1至3层由氧化纤维构成的纤维网叠合构成的结构。
3.一种管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材包括:
一可挠层,选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜,所述可挠层的密度为2.4至5g/cm3;以及
一防火层,其设置在所述可挠层上,所述防火层选自氧化纤维,所述防火层密度为0.26至4g/cm3;
其中,所述管路包覆防火材的厚度介于0.5至5mm,总热值小于4MJ/Kg。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述防火层的厚度大于所述可挠层的厚度;所述可挠层的密度大于所述防火层的密度;所述防火层为多层结构;所述防火层直接贴合于所述可挠层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述可挠层的厚度为0.1至0.5mm,所述防火层的厚度为0.4至4.9mm;所述防火层的密度为0.3至3g/cm3;所述可挠层与所述防火层采用针轧、化学粘着、热粘着、或纱线缝合的方式连接。
6.根据权利要求3所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材还包含另一防火层,所述防火层设置在所述可挠层的两相反面;其中,所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。
7.根据权利要求3所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材还包含另一可挠层,所述可挠层设置在所述防火层的两相反面;其中,所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。
8.根据权利要求3所述的管路包覆防火材,其特征在于,所述管路包覆防火材还包含一金属箔层,所述金属箔层设置在所述可挠层及所述防火层其中一者的外侧;其中,所述管路包覆防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。
9.一种防火材,其特征在于,所述防火材包括:
一可挠层,所述可挠层的密度为2.4至5g/cm3;以及
一防火层,所述防火层选自氧化纤维,呈软质并直接贴合在所述可挠层,且密度为0.26至2g/cm3;
其中,所述防火材的总热值小于4MJ/Kg。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防火材,其特征在于,所述可挠层选自诺梅克斯网布、碳纤维网布、凯夫拉网布、氧化纤维网布、玻璃纤维网布、或耐高温硅胶膜;其中,所述防火材的总热值小于3.5MJ/Kg。
11.根据权利要求10所述的防火材,其特征在于,所述防火层的厚度大于所述可挠层的厚度;所述防火层为多层结构。
12.根据权利要求10所述的防火材,其特征在于,所述可挠层的厚度为0.1至0.5mm,所述防火层的厚度为0.4至4.9mm;所述可挠层与所述防火层采用针轧、化学粘着、热粘着、或纱线缝合的方式连接。
