Description
Claims (13)
- 人工心臓弁の弁ステントであって、前記弁ステントは軸方向に収縮できる弾性ステントであり、且つ中空形状を呈しており、弁尖に対応する位置にU型開口が設けられていることを特徴とする人工心臓弁の弁ステント。
- 前記弁ステントのU型開口下部に位置決め構造が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記位置決め構造は弁ステントから内面に向けて凹設して形成した、弁位置と協調して弁ステントの摺動を制限する凹設部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記位置決め構造は、弁ステントから外へ延びて形成した、弁位置に保持され、前記弁ステントの摺動を制限する保持部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記位置決め構造はさらに、弁ステントを弁位置において位置決めるための縫合マージンを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記縫合マージンは、材質が水膨潤性材料である半H状縫合マージンであり、又は波状縫合マージンであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記位置決め構造は、弁ステントを弁位置において位置決めるための縫合マージンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記縫合マージンは、材質が水膨潤性材料である半H状縫合マージンであり、又は波状縫合マージンであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記U型開口の先端は上に伸びて、さらに延長部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記U型開口の根部が外に向けて延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記弁ステントのU型開口の下部に中空口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁ステント。
- 前記弁ステントの上端に、外壁に被膜が設けられている連結部が設けられており、互いに隣接している前記連結部同士の間に前記U型開口が形成されており、前記弁ステントの下端がスナップイン構造を呈していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁ステント。
- 弁尖、及び前記弁尖を支持する請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の弁ステントを含むことを特徴とする人工心臓弁。
