Claims (12)
- 電極を含むトーチヘッド組立体と、
該トーチヘッド組立体を支持する支持装置と、
前記トーチヘッド組立体及び前記支持装置に動作的に接続されるバレル組立体とを含み、
前記バレル組立体は、ワークピースに対する前記電極の前進角及び遅延角のうちの少なくとも一方を変更するよう構成され、前記バレル組立体は、
前記支持装置に動作的に接続されるマウントプレートと、
調節機構とを含み、該調節機構は、
前記トーチヘッド組立体に動作的に接続される第1の区画と、
前記マウントプレートを受け入れるよう構成される第2の区画と、
前記マウントプレートを取り付けるよう構成され且つ前記第2の区画を受け入れるよう構成される少なくとも1つのバレルクランプとを含む、
溶接ヘッド装置。 - 前記第2の区画は、円錐形であり、前記少なくとも1つのバレルクランプの横方向の動作は、前記円錐形の第2の区画に対する力を生成し、該力は、前記第2の区画を前記マウントプレートに向かって押す、請求項1に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバレルクランプは、少なくとも1つの固定装置を用いて、前記マウントプレートに取り付けられ、
前記バレル組立体は、前記少なくとも1つの固定装置を緩めることが前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を変更させることを可能にし、且つ前記少なくとも1つの固定装置を締め付けることが前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を固定するように構成される、

- 前記マウントプレート及び前記第2の区画のうちの少なくとも一方は、鋸歯状又は歯付き表面を含む、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記バレル組立体は、前記マウントプレートと前記第2の区画との間に配置されるワッシャ及びプレートのうちのいずれか一方を含む、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記ワッシャ及びプレートのうちの少なくとも一方は、真鍮、銅、プラスチック、及びナイロンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記電極の前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を、0〜少なくとも5度の範囲内で調節し得る、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記電極の前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を、0〜少なくとも15度の範囲内で調節し得る、請求項8に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記電極の前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を、0〜少なくとも90度の範囲内で調節し得る、請求項8に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記電極の前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を、0〜180度の範囲内で調節し得る、請求項8に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
- 前記マウントプレート及び前記第2の区画のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記電極の前記前進角及び前記遅延角のうちの前記少なくとも一方を示すけがき印を含む、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶接ヘッド装置。
