Claims (11)
- 回転子及び固定子を伴うモータと、モータにより駆動される羽根と、羽根から空気を向けるディフューザと、これらモータ、羽根及びディフューザを収容し、空気入口及び空気出口を有するハウジングとを備え、回転子は、シャフト、シャフトに固定された回転子コア、回転子コアに固定されたリング磁石、及びリング磁石をぴったり取り巻く保護スリーブを含むものである、送風機。
- 前記保護スリーブは、金属で作られる、請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記保護スリーブは、ステンレススチールプレートで作られる、請求項2に記載の送風機。
- 前記保護スリーブの厚みは、0.1mmないし0.3mmである、請求項1、2又は3に記載の送風機。
- 前記リング磁石は、接合型NdFeB希土類リング磁石である、請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の送風機。
- 前記リング磁石は、焼結型NdFeB希土類リング磁石である、請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の送風機。
- 前記回転子は、前記回転子コアに対する前記リング磁石の軸方向移動を防止するために前記リング磁石の軸方向端を押す一対のバランスリングを有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の送風機。
- 前記リング磁石は、その軸方向長さが前記回転子コアの軸方向長さより長く、前記バランスリングの各々は、前記リング磁石の各軸方向端内に位置するボスを有する、請求項7に記載の送風機。
- 前記リング磁石は、前記回転子コアの周りでの前記リング磁石の回転を防止するために溝内舌状部接続により前記回転子コアにキー固定される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の送風機。
- 前記ディフューザは、複数の空気通路を経て前記羽根から前記モータへ空気を向けるために前記羽根と前記モータとの間に配置され、更に、前記ディフューザは、前記シャフトのためのベアリングを支持する、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の送風機。
- 前記回転子は、25000rpmより高い速度、好ましくは、40000rpmより高い速度で回転するように構成される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の送風機。
