2. Description of the Related Art When a substance having easy oxidation or hygroscopicity is stored in a multi-chamber container, if the whole multi-chamber container is covered with a moisture / gas barrier film, the moisture / gas barrier film is expensive and costly. Is expensive, so only the necessary rooms are covered with the outer wall of the moisture / gas barrier film,
A multi-chamber container has been proposed in which a moisture / gas permeable film is used as an inner wall constituting a chamber for accommodating the substance, and an outer wall and an oxygen absorber or a desiccant are accommodated in a space between the inner walls. (See Japanese Patent Application No. 3-274849).
In addition, when the inner wall is covered with the outer wall, it is welded by being overlapped on the weak seal portion (partition portion) of each chamber formed by welding, so that the welding strength is increased, the peeling is difficult, and the use is difficult. In order to avoid this, there has been proposed a multi-chamber container in which the weak seal portion (partition portion) is formed in at least two sections and the end of the outer wall is welded between the sections. See No. 3-274848).

However, in such a multi-chamber container, since a deoxidizer or a desiccant is sealed in the space between the outer wall and the inner wall, there is a problem that the cost is increased. While the inventors of the present application have continued various studies, even if the encapsulation of a deoxidizer or a desiccant in a multi-chamber container is omitted, the substance contained in the room surrounded by the inner wall and The inventors have found that the double structure composed of the moisture / gas barrier film and the outer wall has a certain effect of preventing moisture absorption and oxidation, and completed the present invention. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid, powder, or solid agent having a hygroscopic property, or a chamber containing a liquid, powder, or solid agent having an oxidizing property. Only from outside moisture and oxygen,
An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-chamber container capable of preventing oxidation and moisture absorption of the substance without enclosing an oxygen scavenger or a desiccant.

As shown in FIG. 5, the outer wall 12 is a multilayer film in which the inner layer 26 is made of polyethylene (PE) and the outer layer 28 is a moisture-impermeable and gas-impermeable barrier film. Film, aluminum processed film such as aluminum evaporated film, and polyvinylidene chloride and polypropylene (PP).
Overlays are used. On the outer wall, the two above-mentioned multilayer films are arranged so as to cover the inner wall 14. The left and right and upper portions thereof are welded to each other, and the lower portion is a weak seal portion 2.
It is welded to the middle part between 4 and 25 to form a sealed structure. Therefore, it is possible to avoid welding on the weak seal portions 24 and 25 by being overlapped at the time of welding.
Can maintain easy peel openness. This is because, when welding is performed on the weak seal portion, the weld strength increases and the weld strength varies, and the force required for peeling the weak seal portion is large at some times and not so much at some times. For example, the easy peel open property tends to be impaired, but according to the above-described method, the easy peel open property can be reliably maintained. As described above, since the outer wall is heat-welded at an intermediate portion between the weak seal portions, the material sealed in the chamber is thermally denatured at the time of welding because the outer wall is separated from the adjacent chamber by the weak seal portion. Can be prevented. Further, even if an external force is accidentally applied and one weak seal portion is peeled off, communication between the chambers on both sides can be prevented by the remaining weak seal portion. Further, since the outer wall is heat-welded to an intermediate portion between the weak seal portions, the heat-welded portion can be prevented from being applied to the weak seal portion, so that the degree of freedom in setting the conditions of the heat weld increases, and the work is facilitated. be able to.

In the welding of each part, the welding temperature is:
The peripheral edge of the inner wall 14 and the peripheral edge of the chamber 2 are the highest, and the weak seal portions 24 and 25 are lower. On the other hand, the welding temperature of the welded portion between the inner wall 14 and the outer wall 12 is lower than that of the weak seal portions 24, 2.
5 to the extent that the inner layer films 22 in the middle part do not weld together,
That is, the temperature is set to be a temperature slightly higher than the welding temperature of the weak seal portions 24 and 25 as a limit. As a result, the welding strength is reduced by the peripheral edges of the inner wall 14, the chamber 2, and the outer wall 12, and the inner wall 1
4. The bonding portion between the outer walls 12 is substantially equal, and the weak sealing portion 2
4, 25 are weaker than these.

As the inner wall, in addition to the multilayer film described in the above embodiment, a single-layer or multilayer film of one or more combinations selected from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and a resin mixture thereof is used. It is also possible. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the outer layer 31 is linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and the intermediate layer 33 is LLDPE and low-crystalline (amorphous) ethylene.
Mixed resin with α-olefin elastomer, inner layer 34
Is a three-layer film 3 composed of a mixed resin of LLDPE and PP
5 can be mentioned. Also, depending on the drug to be encapsulated, the drug may interact with the low molecular weight substance contained in the LLDPE used for the inner layer of the inner wall over time, thereby producing a reaction product that adversely affects the patient. Therefore, the LLDPE used for the inner layer 34 is pretreated at a high temperature and reduced pressure by, for example, a vent pellet method to remove a low molecular weight substance having a carbon number of about 30 or less to a specific amount or less, thereby reducing the interaction between the drug and the inner layer film. It can be suitably prevented. Further, if necessary, an appropriate amount of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) can be added to each layer of the three-layer film 35 in order to improve the heat resistance of the film.
A multi-chamber container with excellent molding stability that can withstand high-temperature sterilization such as high-pressure steam sterilization or hot water sterilization at 21 ° C. or higher can be manufactured. For the outer wall, it is also possible to use a monolayer or multilayer sheet of an aluminum processed film, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), or a silica-deposited film. is there. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a PE in which the outer layer 43 is biaxially stretched.
T, the intermediate layer 44 is a silica-deposited PVA, the inner layer 45 is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and a three-layer film 46 in which each layer is fixed with a urethane-based adhesive resin. Can be mentioned. However, in order to improve the adhesion between the inner wall and the outer wall, it is preferable that at least the outer wall be a multilayer film, and the material of the innermost layer of the outer wall be the same as the material of the inner wall or the outermost layer of the inner wall. In the above example, a case was described in which a powder agent was used as the substance 8 enclosed in the room covered with the outer wall, and a liquid agent was used as the substance 4 enclosed in the room not covered with the outer wall. Examples of the substance 4 as a powder include an easily oxidizable substance such as an amino acid solution to which cysteine or tryptophan is added as a liquid, and a sugar or an electrolyte or a mixture thereof as the powder. Substance 8 is liquid and substance 4
Examples of other liquid preparations include, for example, amino acid liquid preparations to which cysteine or tryptophan is added as the former liquid preparation or easily oxidizable or heat-denatured substances of vitamin preparations, and the latter liquid preparation is a sugar / electrolyte liquid. Is mentioned. As another example, an oxidizable substance such as a fat emulsion is used as the former liquid, and sugar /
And an electrolyte solution. Further, one of the substances 4 and 8 may be a solid agent and the other may be a liquid agent.
Furthermore, examples of the above-mentioned powders, liquids, and solids include various other nutrients and therapeutic agents administered intravenously or enterally (tube or oral). Furthermore, when the substance 8 has photodegradability, a light-shielding film such as an aluminum processed film or a colored film may be used for part or all of the outer wall to shield the inside from light. In addition, a part or all of the aluminum processed film used for the outer wall may be peelable as needed at the time of use. The above embodiment is an example of a two-chamber container in which two kinds of substances 4 and 8 are sealed, but the present invention can be applied to two or more chambers. FIG. 9 shows an example. An inner wall having spaces 38 and 40 for enclosing two kinds of powders (or a powder and a solid) is arranged in the outer wall 36. 42 is a liquid agent. It is also possible to provide a plurality of chambers for enclosing a liquid agent and / or a solid agent as well as the powder agent.

When an easily oxidizable liquid, powder, or solid agent is sealed in the space 13 in the inner wall 14, the space 15 between the inner wall 14 and the outer wall 12 is filled with nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas,
It is preferable to fill an inert gas such as an argon gas. When a liquid, powder, or solid agent having hygroscopicity is sealed in the chamber inside the inner wall 14, the space 15 may be sealed with a dry gas such as dry air or dry nitrogen gas. When the inert gas is sealed, the air in the space 15 is replaced with the inert gas, so that the effect of preventing oxidation is further ensured. When the dry gas is sealed, the air in the space 15 is replaced with the dry gas. Therefore, the effect of moisture prevention is more certain. Conventionally, the space between the inner wall and the outer wall is sealed in the space between the inner wall and the outer wall by filling an inert gas into the space between the inner wall and the outer wall, or by using a barrier film having a higher barrier property for the outer wall. Stabilization of the drug over time can be achieved without the use of oxygen scavengers and / or desiccants. The number of weak seal portions is not limited to two, but may be two or more. The present invention is also applicable to a case where the number of weak seal portions is one. Further, the weak seal portion does not necessarily have to be a straight line. For example, the seal shape near the center of the container may be formed so as to form a V-shape.
In this case, when the weak seal portion is peeled by applying a pressure to one of the chambers by hand during use, the pressure temporarily gathers in the V-shaped portion, and the trigger for the peeling can be given. Both drugs can be mixed. However, in this case, there is a risk of inadvertent peeling during storage or transportation of the multi-chamber container of the present invention,
It is desirable to examine the welding conditions in particular.

In the above embodiment, the weak seal portion is formed by a so-called direct welding method in which the inner surfaces of two sheets constituting the inner wall are directly welded to each other. The welding may be performed by a so-called multilayer insert film sandwiching welding method in which the multilayer insert film is welded in a sandwiched state to form a weak seal portion. FIG.
0 indicates an example using a two-layer insert film. In this case, reference numeral 48 denotes an inner wall made of a single-layer film, 50 denotes a sheet having a strong thermal adhesive force to the sheet of the inner wall 48, and 52 denotes a sheet having a weak thermal adhesive force to the sheet of the inner wall on the opposite side. Seal portions 54 and 56 are formed. For example, when the inner wall 48 is a single-layer film of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), 50 is the same sheet of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and 52 is polyethylene (PE).
And a mixed resin of polypropylene and polypropylene (PP). The insert film may be bisected to fit each weak seal. The outer wall 12 may be welded together with the multilayer insert film, provided that the inner wall has a weak sealing property.

When storing or transporting the multi-chamber container of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
It is preferable to fold in two and enclose in the outer bag 62. If the sheet is folded in two in this manner, peeling of the weak seal portion can be prevented beforehand due to heavy pressure due to stacking during storage or dropping (external pressure). Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, the mouth 68 may be provided on the side of the chamber 66 for accommodating a powdered drug such as an antibiotic, and the side of the chamber 70 for accommodating a solution such as a solution may be closed. If an opening is provided in the chamber on the side that accommodates a solution such as a solution, there is a risk that only a solution such as a solution is mistakenly administered first in an emergency, but as described above. There is an advantage that the above danger can be avoided by attaching the mouth portion 68 to the side of the room containing the powder medicine such as antibiotics. Although some embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to such embodiments at all, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. By storing a substance having hygroscopicity or oxidizability in a room formed by an inner wall of a structure having a double wall with an outer wall made of a water and gas impermeable film and an inner wall, the substance is stored. In some cases, it is possible to prevent external moisture from being absorbed or to combine with oxygen, and the chamber having the double wall can be isolated from a chamber containing a substance that does not require moisture proofing or oxidation prevention. A substance that is prevented from absorbing and condensing water such as liquid materials that do not need to be dried, as in the case where the whole is covered with a moisture / gas impermeable film, and the outer wall has a hygroscopic property or an easily oxidizable property. It is only necessary to dispose it around the chamber in which the water- and gas-impermeable films constituting the outer wall are formed. Further, since it is not necessary to enclose a deoxidizer or a desiccant in the outer wall, there is an advantage that the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, there is the advantage that aseptic mixing between multiple chambers is possible and that it is not bulky due to its flexibility.
Furthermore, since no glass or metal is used, there is an advantage that disposal treatment is easy.
