Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging, and particularly relates to a sealed moistureproof package capable of realizing free exchange of internal gas and a process thereof.
Background
The sterilization treatment is required for the sterile medical instrument, and ethylene oxide sterilization is a commonly adopted sterilization means. The medical apparatus needs to be packaged with a layer of breathable and antibacterial packaging before sterilization, namely primary packaging (a sterile barrier system), such as a paper plastic bag;
for material degradable medical devices, it is desirable to continue to provide dry packaging space during the product lifecycle because moisture affects their performance.
Therefore, for products (such as material degradable medical devices) which are sterile and require continuous provision of dry packaging space, protective packaging is needed after sterilization is finished, namely single packaging, namely primary packaging is contained in the primary packaging by the protective packaging. The single package is generally a sealable moisture-proof package, such as an aluminum plastic bag. And desiccant is placed in a single package in order to further absorb and retain moisture on the product as a dry environment in the product-holding space. This packaging form requires at least two packages, namely a two-layer packaging form with a protective single package to accommodate the primary package. Meanwhile, in order to meet the requirements of hospitals, the inside of a single package entering an operating room is sterile, a medical instrument manufacturer needs to strictly control the production environment when performing protective packaging after sterilization, single package materials need to be sterilized before packaging, and the packaging process should be operated in a sterile environment, which causes huge investment of factory building facilities and great difficulty in production management of enterprises.
