Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 燃料冷温制御装置で気化器前の燃料温度を
制御し、内燃機の燃焼状態の安定化と燃焼室の保護を計
る。 【構成】 燃料ポンプ８から出た高圧燃料をメインプ
レッシャーレギュレター１によりエンジン出力、エンジ
ン回転が要求する流量と、余分な燃料流とを分配する。
余分な燃料はタンク７に戻り、要求燃料は、燃料冷温制
御装置２を通過し、温度制御された燃料を気化器に供給
する。又、流量調整用バルブ４と、サブプレッシャーレ
ギュレター５の構成によって、エンジン再始動時のエア
ーかみの防止対策と、流量の決定をするようにした燃料
ラインのシステムで有る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、自動車の燃料ライン、燃料タンク、気化器等、エンジンルーム内の温度 や、外気温度に左右され、燃料の温度が安定せず、理想的な燃料対空気の混合比 の制御が難しくなり、内燃機の燃焼に影響を及ぼす問題点を有していた。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記目的を達成する為に、エンジン出力、エンジン回転が要求するだけの流量 を供給する燃料ラインシステムと、気化器前に燃料冷温制御装置を取付け温度制 御するようにした。

【考案の効果】
外部的温度変化に影響を受け易い燃料の温度制御ができれば気化器へ最適温度 の燃料が供給でき、燃焼室温度の低下も計れ、理想的な燃焼を行うことが可能に なる。
