Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は浴槽と外釜式の風呂釜との循環用パイプの
抗菌対策及び浴槽の湯の抗菌対策に関するものである。
〔従来技術〕
浴槽と外釜式の風呂釜との循環用パイプは従来蛇腹式
のゴム管が接続用に使用されていた。浴槽の湯に対する
抗菌対策は行われていなかった。しかしながら浴槽内に
発生する雑菌によるヘドロやぬめりの除去対策が必要で
あった。外釜内部及び循環用パイプ内の洗浄はアルカリ
性除菌洗浄液を蛇腹容器で送り込む専用器具や、水道水
圧を利用した噴流洗浄器が提供されている。浴槽内の洗
浄は専用の電動ブラシが提供されている。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
前記の種々の洗浄器具類による洗浄は手間がかかる欠
点があった。しかしながら風呂釜内部のヘドロや浴槽内
面の不快感は大きく、根本的対策が望まれていた。既設
の風呂釜を分解して調べたところ銅製の釜の内部のぬめ
りの付着は少量であり、蛇腹ゴム管内はヘドロが付着し
た状態となっていた。
〔問題点を解決けるするための手段〕
本発明は浴槽と風呂釜との循環用パイプの蛇腹ゴム管
を抗菌材入りゴムで構成し、銀の表面を有する粒子を浮
子により浴槽の湯に浮かして対策するものである。
〔作用〕
銀イオンの抗菌効果により、接続用蛇腹ゴム管内のヘ
ドロの発生を抑制し、浴槽内の湯の雑菌を制御して浴槽
内面のぬめり発生を防止する。
〔実施例〕
これを図によって説明すると第１図は本発明の全体構
成を示す断面図である。浴槽１内の湯は風呂釜２との循
環を蛇腹ゴム管３によって循環する。この回路中で蛇腹
ゴム管３について抗菌材を混入したゴムによって構成す
る。
浮子型銀イオン供給器５は浮子部５−１と表面を銀で
構成した粒子を入れた抗菌部５−２で構成される。抗菌
部５−２の容器内には粒子の表面に銀メッキ等により銀
の表面を構成したものでよい。
〔発明の効果〕
銀メッキを施した銅板、ステンレス板を２週間浴槽の
湯中に、浸漬しておいたところ、ステンレンスには著し
いぬめりが付着し、銅板にも薄いぬめりが付着したが、
銀メッキ板の表面にはほとんどぬめりが付着せず明瞭な
差を確認できた。銀が浴槽のぬめりに特に効果がある事
を確認した。
蛇腹ゴム管については銀系抗菌材を混入したゴム板
を、従来の既設の蛇腹ゴム管に挿入して１ヵ月使用し、
比較したところ、抗菌材を混入したゴム板表面にはごく
薄いぬめりを感じられる程度であったが、従来の既設の
蛇腹ゴム管の内面にはヘドロが付着した。
前記、銅板に銀メッキを施した板を細片粒子で切断
し、これを抗菌材料にした浮子型銀イオン供給器５を構
成し、浴槽に浮かべて使用したところ、ステンレス浴槽
表面のぬめりが減少した。

  1. 【請求項１】外釜式の風呂釜と浴槽の湯の循環回路に取
    付ける蛇腹ゴム管を抗菌材を混入したゴム材料で形成し
    た浴槽関連具
  2. 【請求項２】少なくとも表面を銀又は銀の化合物で合成
    した粒子を容器に入れ、これに浮子を取付けて浴槽で浮
    かして使用できる様にした浴槽関連具
