Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、使い捨てトレニング
パンツに関する。さらに詳しくは、幼児をオムツの着用
習慣からオムツを着用しない生活へ早く習慣づけるため
に幼児に着用させる、いわゆるトレニングパンツに関す
る。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】一般に、従来のトレニングパンツは、布
製であって、洗濯して繰り返し使用できるものであり、
幼児がパンツを着用した状態で排泄すると、排泄液がパ
ンツから容易に漏れる。そのため、幼児に不快感を与
え、排泄したことを母親などには知らせる効果がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、前記トレニン
グパンツは、洗濯する必要があるばかりでなく、排泄液
がパンツから容易に漏れるため屋内の畳やカーペットな
どの床面などを汚す。
【０００４】この発明は、従来の布製のパンツと異なっ
て排泄液が漏れないパンツを構成するとともに、それに
もかかわらず、パンツが排泄液で濡れたことを効果的に
幼児に感じさせるには、どのように構成すればよいか、
という点を課題とする。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
のこの発明は、透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シート
との間に吸液性コアが介在し、伸縮弾性部材がそれぞれ
取り付けられた胴開口部と一対の脚開口部とを有する使
い捨てトレニングパンツを前提とする。
【０００６】この発明は、前記前提構成において、前記
内面シートの表面の中央域に前記内面シートよりも濡れ
特性が大きい湿潤保持シートを部分的に接合するととも
に部分的に前記内面シートから浮き上がらせる点を特徴
とする。
【０００７】好ましい実施例においては、前記湿潤保持
シートは親水性繊維を主材とする不織布、柔弾性スポン
ジ質材から構成する。また、前記浮き上がり部分は、前
記内面シートを伸縮弾性材から構成するとともに、前記
内面シートを伸長した状態でこれに前記湿潤保持シート
を部分的に接合することで形成する。

【作用】前記構成を有するこの発明に係るトレニングパ
ンツによれば、まず排泄液は湿潤保持シートに吸収され
るが、湿潤保持シートの浮き上がり部分に吸収された排
泄液は、パンツ内部のコアの吸引作用を直接的に受け
ず、コアに吸収されることが少なく、その浮き上がり部
分にほとんど残留する。従って、幼児がその浮き上がり
部分から湿潤を感知することになる。
【０００９】図面を参照して、この発明に係るトレニン
グパンツの実施例を説明すると、以下のとおりである。
【００１０】図１〜図４において、パンツ１は、胴開口
部２と、一対の脚開口部３とを有している。パンツ１
は、透液性内面シート４と、不透液性外面シート５と、
これらの間に介在させたシート又はマット状の吸液性コ
ア６とから構成してある。胴開口部２、脚開口部３をそ
れぞれ形成する内外面シート４，５の部位の間には、伸
縮弾性部材７，８を伸長下に接着剤を介して取り付けて
ある。パンツ１は、図に示す展開状態にしたパンツ１の
中央において、内面シート４が内面に位置するように、
パンツ１の構成積層体を縦に折り重ね、脚開口部３を除
く対向側部９を間欠的に融着接合してある。内面シート
４の少なくとも中央域には湿潤保持シート１１を接合し
てある。
【００１１】内面シート４は、ポリプロピレン・ポリエ
ステルなどの熱可塑性で疎水性の捲縮繊維に、必要に応
じて、レイヨン・アセテート繊維などの親水性繊維を０
〜５０重量％混合し、流体交絡法によりシート状形態を
付与した縦横伸縮性で坪量２５〜４５ｇ／ｍ2・見掛け
嵩０．２〜０．７ｍｍ・密度０．０６〜０．１２ｇ／ｃ
ｍ3の不織布から構成する。外面シート５は、内面シー
ト４と実質的に同様に構成した縦横伸縮性で透液性の不
織布とその内面にプラスチック系又はゴム系の材料製、
透湿性で縦横伸縮性のフィルムを一体的に接合して構成
する。これにかえて、縦横伸縮性で不透液性又は液抵抗
性の不織布を使用してもよい。コア６は、フラッフパル
プと熱可塑性で疎水性の捲縮繊維と高吸収性ポリマー粉
末との混合物をシート又はマット状に成形し吸水性ティ
ッシュペーパー１０で被覆することで構成する。
【００１２】湿潤保持シート１１は、レイヨン・アセテ
ート繊維などの親水性繊維（表面を親水化したポリエス
テルなどの繊維を含む）に、必要に応じて、ポリプロピ
レン・ポリエステルなどの熱可塑性で疎水性の繊維を０
〜５０重量％混合し、メルトボンド法や流体交絡法でシ
ート状形態を付与した坪量２０〜４０ｇ／ｍ2・見掛け
嵩０．２〜１．０ｍｍ・密度０．０２５〜０．１２ｇ／
ｃｍ3の不織布から構成する。湿潤保持シート１１は、
幅４０〜１００ｍｍ・長さ６０〜２４０ｍｍのものが好
ましい。
【００１３】内面シート４である不織布は疎水性繊維に
親水性繊維を混合したものとするかどうか、湿潤保持シ
ート１１である不織布は親水性繊維に疎水性繊維を混合
したものとするかどうか、更には内面シート４及び湿潤
保持シート１１の坪量・見掛け嵩・密度をどの程度とす
るかの問題は、内面シート４及び湿潤保持シート１１の
排泄液に対する濡れ特性及び透液性の相対的コントロー
ルによって決めるべきものであるが、特に濡れ特性につ
いていえば、湿潤保持シート１１が、その使用目的か
ら、内面シート４よりも高いことが好ましく、一般的に
は、前記数値条件を有しておれば、この発明の目的を達
成することができ、特にコストが高くなることもない。
ここに濡れ特性とは、排泄液（特に尿）に対して濡れ易
い性質をいう。ただし、この発明は前記数値に限定され
るものではない。
【００１４】湿潤保持シート１１としては、図示してな
いが、繊維密度が高い上層とそれが低い下層とに構成し
た複合不織布又は不織布の下面から繊維が起毛している
ものを用いると、湿潤保持効果がいっそう高くなる。ま
た、液体を吸収するウレタン系やセルロース系などの柔
弾性スポンジ質で、厚さ０．３〜２ｍｍのシートも用い
ることができる。
【００１５】湿潤保持シート１１の内面シート４に対す
る積層は、湿潤保持シート１１に高い浮き上がり部分
（山部分）１１ａと非浮き上がり部分（谷部分）１１ｂ
を形成し、非浮き上がり部分１１ｂを内面シート４の表
面に部分的に塗布した接着手段１２で接合することでな
してある。こうした積層は、例えば、内面シート４を縦
又は横へ伸長した状態でこれに湿潤保持シート１１を接
合することでなすことができる。浮き上がり部分１１ａ
は、図示例の縦縞状の他、横縞状や散点状などのパター
ンでもよいが、内面シート４の表面からの高さ寸法を大
きくするほど、しかも湿潤保持シート１１における占有
面積比率を高くするほど好ましく、内面シート４の収縮
状態において、前記高さは１ｍｍ以上であり、前記面積
比率は２０％以上であればよい。接着手段１２は、浮き
上がりパターンに応じて部分的に設けるが、接着剤の使
用、融着のいずれによるものでもよい。

【発明の効果】この発明に係るトレニングパンツによれ
ば、湿潤保持シートの浮き上がり部分に吸収された排泄
液は、パンツ内部のコアの吸引作用を直接的に受けず、
コアに吸収されることが少なく、その浮き上がり部分に
ほとんど残留するから、その浮き上がり部分が幼児の肌
に接触して不快感を与え、幼児が自ら排泄したことを感
知し、パンツを使用している間には、排泄を他人に知ら
せる習慣がつく。
【００１７】しかも、湿潤保持シートの浮き上がり部分
は、内面シートから幼児の肌側へ隆起しているから、パ
ンツを内面シートが股下部の肌に接触するように十分に
引き上げて着用しなくとも、あるいはパンツが若干ずれ
落ちても、そうした浮き上がり部分を有しない場合に比
較して、湿潤を感知させる効果がある。
【００１８】なお、湿潤保持シートは排泄物が排泄され
ることが最も多い領域に設けられるが、流動性排泄大便
は高い浮き上がり部分から低い非浮き上がり部分へ流動
するから、肌にその大便が付着することが少なくなると
いう副次的効果もある。

  1. 【請求項１】透液性内面シートと不透液性外面シートと
    の間に吸液性コアが介在し、伸縮弾性部材がそれぞれ取
    り付けられた胴開口部と一対の脚開口部とを有する使い
    捨てトレニングパンツにおいて、 前記内面シートの表面の中央域に前記内面シ−トよりも
    濡れ特性が大きい湿潤保持シートが部分的に接合されて
    いるとともに部分的に前記内面シートから浮き上がって
    いることを特徴とする前記トレニングパンツ。
  2. 【請求項２】前記湿潤保持シートが親水性繊維を主材と
    する不織布から構成されている請求項１に記載のトレニ
    ングパンツ。
  3. 【請求項３】前記湿潤保持シートが柔弾性スポンジ質材
    から構成されている請求項１に記載のトレニングパン
    ツ。
  4. 【請求項４】前記内面シートが伸縮弾性を有し、前記内
    面シートが伸長された状態でこれに前記湿潤保持シート
    が部分的に接合されることで前記浮き上がり部分が形成
