架橋剤は、ジアルデヒドおよびジイソシアネートからな
る群から選択される。

り調製された表面改質基体を記載している。このような
改質された表面に、生物学的活性化合物をイオン結合ま
たは共有結合により吸着させることができる。

で処理してもよい。温度は重要ではないので、室温で処
理するのが好適である。

- 【請求項1】固体基体の表面上に、 クロトンアルデヒドにより架橋したポリアミンの層を設
け、該基体の表面上にアミノ基を生成させるステップを
包含する基体の表面改質のための方法。 - 【請求項2】クロトンアルデヒドにより架橋したポリア
ミンの層の上部に、陰イオンポリサッカライドの第2層
を設け、該第2層の上部に、さらにクロトンアルデヒド
により架橋したポリアミンの層の第3層を設ける請求の
範囲1に記載の方法。 - 【請求項3】ポリアミンの層の第3層の上部に、架橋さ
れていないポリアミンを吸着させる請求の範囲2に記載
の方法。 - 【請求項4】すべてのアミノ基がイオン結合で第4級化
されている、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 - 【請求項5】基体が金属、ガラスまたは高分子材料であ
る、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 - 【請求項6】基体が、ステンレス鋼またはアルミニウム
である請求の範囲4に記載の方法。 - 【請求項7】基体が、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリウレ
タン、シリコンゴム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポ
リスチレンおよびポリオレフィンから選択される、請求
の範囲4に記載の方法。 - 【請求項8】ポリサッカライドが、デキストランサルフ
