お好み焼材料の一部をなす小麦粉は、水に溶かれて流動
状を呈するため、そのまま上方側から押圧部材で押圧す
ると小麦粉が付着してしまう。一方、特開昭54−14
5275号公報には、ハンバーグ焼成炉が提案されてい
る。このものは、鉄板を無端状に連結したコンベアに反
転装置を備えたものとし、所定厚さに成形し終えたハン
バーグをコンベアに載置して移送し、移送の間に焼き上
げ装置によってハンバーグを反転させながら自動連続的
に焼き上げるようにしたものである。しかし、この焼成
