歯歯車と、前記太陽歯車と前記内歯歯車間に噛合される
複数個の遊星歯車と、前記遊星歯車を回転自在に支持す
る自転軸を保持し出力軸と一体に回転運動する遊星腕と
を備えた減速装置であって、前記内歯歯車は金属部材か
ら構成され、その反開口側外周縁部に環状の厚肉部を軸
方向に突出して形成していることを特徴とする遊星歯車
減速装置。

形成していることを特徴とする遊星歯車減速装置を用い
た同軸スタータ。
