【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は立体駐車設備に関するも
のである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】現在、立体駐車場としてエレベータ式の
ものがある。このエレベータ式の立体駐車場には、複数
の駐車階と、車の入出庫部と各駐車階とに亘って配置さ
れた車の搬送用エレベータ装置と、このエレベータ装置
が設けられたエレベータ室と各駐車階における車の格納
室との間で走行自在な車移動用の移動台車とが設けられ
たものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、上記の立体
駐車場の構成によると、エレベータ装置が故障した場合
には、車の入出庫ができなくなり、利用客に迷惑をかけ
るという問題があった。なお、このような事態を回避す
る方策として、エレベータ装置を２台設ける場合もある
が、入出庫部も２箇所必要となるため、設置コストおよ
び設置スペースの点で無理な場合がある。
【０００４】そこで、本発明は上記問題を解消し得る立
体駐車場を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するた
め、本発明の立体駐車設備は、それぞれ複数の駐車階
と、車の入出庫部と各駐車階とに亘って配置された車の
搬送用エレベータ装置とを有する立体駐車場が複数基設
けられてなる立体駐車設備であって、上記各立体駐車場
の各駐車階同士を連通させる連通部を設けるとともに、
この連通部に車の移送装置を配置し、かつ上記各駐車階
における車の格納室および搬送用エレベータ装置に車を
移動させるコンベヤ装置をそれぞれ設けるとともに、上
記移送装置として車を移動させるコンベヤ装置を使用し
たものである。

【作用】上記の構成によると、例えば一方の立体駐車場
におけるエレベータ装置が故障した場合でも、各駐車階
同士を連通する連通部に設けられた車の移送装置によ
り、一方の立体駐車場側の車を他方の立体駐車場側に移
送させ、他方の立体駐車場におけるエレベータ装置を使
用することにより、車の出入を行うことができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図１〜図３に基づ
き説明する。図１〜図３において、１は本発明に係る立
体駐車設備で、併設された２個の第１および第２立体駐
車場２，３より構成されており、第１立体駐車場２は中
小型車用とされ、また第２立体駐車場３は大型車専用と
されている。
【０００８】そして、これら各立体駐車場２，３は、例
えば地下に設けられた複数の駐車階２１，３１と、地上
側に設けられた車の入出庫部２２，３２と、各駐車階２
１，３１の所定箇所を上下に貫通して設けられた車の搬
送用エレベータ装置２３，３３が配置されたエレベータ
室２４，３４と、このエレベータ室２４，３４と駐車階
２１，３１における車の各格納室２５，３５との間で車
を移動させる移動台車（移動装置）２６，３６とを有
し、さらに両立体駐車場２，３における各駐車階２１，
３１のエレベータ室２４，３４に隣接するとともに互い
に背中合わせに配置された格納室２５Ａ，３５Ａ同士間
を連通する連通部４を形成するとともに、この連通部４
に車の移送装置５を設けたものである。
【０００９】なお、図１に示すように、この立体駐車場
２，３における車のエレベータ装置２３，３３、移動台
車２６，３６および各格納室２５，３５には、車の前輪
および後輪を支持移動させるためのコンベヤ装置２７，
３７がそれぞれ設けられており、したがって上記両立体
駐車場２，３における各駐車階２１，３１の格納室２
５，３５同士を連通する連通部４に設けられた移送装置
５も、これらと同様のコンベヤ装置６が使用されてい
る。
【００１０】したがって、上記構成において、例えば第
１立体駐車場２におけるエレベータ装置２３が故障した
場合でも、駐車階２１の連通部４に設けられた車の移送
装置５により、第１立体駐車場２側の格納室２５Ａから
第２立体駐車場３側の格納室３５Ａに出庫用の車を移送
させるとともに、第２立体駐車場３側の移動台車３６お
よびエレベータ装置３３により、車の出庫を行うことが
できる。
【００１１】勿論、上記とは逆の手順により、車を第２
立体駐車場３側から第１立体駐車場２側に入庫させるこ
とができる。このように、２基の立体駐車場２，３を併
設するとともに、各立体駐車場２，３におけるエレベー
タ装置２３，３３を、各駐車階２１，３１における連通
部４に設けられた移送装置５により、いずれの方からも
利用することができるので、一方の立体駐車場における
エレベータ装置が故障した場合でも、利用客に迷惑をか
けることがない。
【００１２】ところで、上記実施例において、２基の立
体駐車場同士間に亘って車を移送させる移送装置を、エ
レベータ室に隣接する格納室間に亘って形成された連通
部に配置したが、この連通部を、すなわち車の移送装置
を両立体駐車場における各駐車階の任意の位置、例えば
端部に配置してもよい。
【００１３】なお、上記実施例においては、立体駐車場
を２基併設した場合について説明したが、勿論、３基以
上併設した場合にも適用し得るものである。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明の構成によると、複
数基の立体駐車場を設けるとともに、各立体駐車場にお
ける車の搬送用エレベータ装置を、各駐車階に設けられ
た移送装置により、いずれの立体駐車場側からでも利用
することができるので、一方の立体駐車場におけるエレ
ベータ装置が故障した場合でも、利用客に迷惑をかける
ことがない。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】それぞれ複数の駐車階と、車の入出庫部と
    各駐車階とに亘って配置された車の搬送用エレベータ装
    置とを有する立体駐車場が複数基設けられてなる立体駐
    車設備であって、上記各立体駐車場の各駐車階同士を連
    通させる連通部を設けるとともに、この連通部に車の移
    送装置を配置し、かつ上記各駐車階における車の格納室
    および搬送用エレベータ装置に車を移動させるコンベヤ
    装置をそれぞれ設けるとともに、上記移送装置として車
    を移動させるコンベヤ装置を使用したことを特徴とする
    立体駐車設備。
