【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、平面に設けてあるメネ
ジ軸の状態を容易に簡単な操作で測定できるメネジ軸測
定具に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、メネジ軸の垂直度に対する要求
は、事実上あまりなく、測定に当っては、三次元測定器
を用いたネジ山への機械的接触測定方法や、測定するネ
ジ穴に同等のピッチを有する軸部材を締結し、その部材
の変位量をダイヤルケージで測定する方法等が実施され
ている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この種の三次元測定器
を使用したネジ山への機械的接触測定方法では、ネジ山
への測定点位置決めが困難、及び小径ネジでは、ネジ穴
内の空間が狭い為作業性が悪く、かつ、ネジ山面の表面
アラサ状態等の要因が測定精度を左右するという問題が
あった。
【０００４】また、ネジ軸へ軸部材を締結させて変位量
を測定する方法では、水平方向の座標設定が困難である
という問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のメネジ軸測定具
は、従来の欠点を解決する為、三次元測定のための測定
媒体としての真円筒部と、測定箇所のメネジ穴と同じピ
ッチを備えたオネジ部と及びそのネジ端面メクラ穴にコ
イルバネとを装備しており、軸測定要求があるネジ穴開
口部に本測定具のオネジをネジ込む事により測定するメ
ネジの軸状態を精度良く取り出すことができる。

【実施例】図１は、本発明の実施例のメネジ軸測定具の
断面図を示す。本体は真円筒部１ａとその他端部にネジ
山１ｂ及びネジ山端面中央部にコイルバネ２を挿入する
ためのメクラ穴１ｃからなる。
【０００７】図２は本発明のメネジ軸測定具の使用状態
を示す図で、使用に当っては、定盤上４の上で、軸精度
の測定が要求されている測定メネジ穴３に本体１のネジ
部側を底突きに、なるまで締めつける。このことにより
内蔵されているコイルバネ２に反発力を生じさせ、測定
メネジ穴３のネジ山に本体１のネジ山１ｂを接触固定さ
せることができ、測定メネジ軸方向を本体１の真円筒部
１ａへ転換させることができる。

【発明の効果】以上の説明で明解なように、本測定具
は、平面に設けてあるメネジ穴の軸の状態をを外に取り
出す部品であり、メネジ穴に本測定具のオネジ部をねじ
込み本測定具の真円筒部を三次元測定器で測定すること
により、メネジ軸の精度を容易に知ることができ、測定
精度も向上できるという効果がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 真円筒部と、測定するメネジ穴ピッチと
    同じピッチを有するオネジ部と、オネジ部端面中央部に
    設けられたメクラ穴と、メクラ穴に挿入されたコイルバ
    ネとを具備するメネジ軸測定具。
