Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本案は圃場の中で畝を跨いで移動
し収穫に供される収穫運搬車であって育苗、除草にも用
いられるものである。

【従来の技術】従来の収穫物運搬車の荷台はワンブロッ
クの固定式のものである。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】従来の以上のような運
搬車であると、収穫者側には収穫物を積荷し易いが、反
対側は手が届き難いので積荷し難い。そこで本案は収穫
物が積荷し易い収穫物運搬車をうることを目的とするも
のである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本案は以上のような目的
を達成するため、次のような収穫物運搬車を提供するも
のである。すなわち、本案の収穫物運搬車は、運搬荷台
部を前後方向、又は前後、左右方向に複数に分割すると
ともに、この分割された運搬荷台部が架台に設けた前後
方向のレール上、又はこのレール上の滑子に設けた左右
方向のレール上を、それぞれ前後、左右方向に別個に、
又は前後、左右方向に一緒に移動できるようにした構成
をとっている。

【作用】運搬荷台部が複数に分割されて架台のレール上
を移動自在であるので、積荷し易い位置に所望の荷台部
を移動して積荷することができる。

【実施例】以下図面に示す実施例について説明する。従
来の収穫運搬車は図５に示すように前後車輪１、２で移
動できる荷台４は荷台４のハンドル５で繰向するが、荷
台４の移動はエンジン６からベルト駆動で動力が前輪１
のギヤケース３に伝達されて前輪１が駆動されて移動で
きる。以上のものによると荷台４はワンブロックで固定
のものであり、図６に示すように左右の前後輪１、２が
畝７を跨いで荷台４を移動させ収穫物を積荷するように
なっている。このものによると、収穫者側の荷台には収
穫物は積荷し易いが、反対側は手が届かぬので積荷し難
い。そこで本案では、収穫物運搬車において、収穫物を
積荷し易いようにしたものである。
【０００７】図１、２に示すものは運搬荷台を運搬車の
走行方向とクロスする方向すなわち前後方向に２分割し
たものを示している。前後輪８、９を備えた架台１０に
は繰向ハンドル１１がついており、架台１０上に２分割
された荷台１２、１３が搭載されている。搭載の構造は
架台１０上の両側辺縁部に沿って設けたガイドレール１
４、１４に沿って各荷台１２、１３に固定のスライド金
具１５、１６がガイドされるようになっている。そして
図示してないが、各分割荷台１２、１３が分離しないよ
うに相互を締結するロック機構が設けられる。以上のも
のによれば２種類の収穫物が積荷できるもので、積荷時
には積荷し易い位置の前後方向に各荷台１２、１３を移
動して積荷できる。
【０００８】図３、４に示すものは、運搬荷台を運搬車
の走行方向の前後、さらに左右方向に４分割するもの
で、４分割された荷台１７、１８、１９、２０の各々
は、架台１０の両側辺縁部に沿って設けたＸ方向のガイ
ドレール２１、２１と、この上をスライドする滑子２
２、２２と、この滑子２２、２２上に固定のＹ方向のガ
イドレール２３、２３上をスライドする滑子２４、２４
に対し、荷台１８、１９；１７、２０のように固定され
るものである。ここで、Ｘ方向のガイドレール２１、２
１；Ｙ方向のガイドレール２３、２３は、その長さが荷
台を移動させるのに充分な長さのものを用いる。そし
て、以上のように荷台が２分割の場合は、荷台は前後方
向に、また荷台が４分割の場合は、荷台は前後方向と左
右方向に各別に、また前後、左右方向に一緒に移動する
ことができる。このものによれば、積荷できる収穫物の
種類が多くなり、又積荷する場合の荷台の移動をバラエ
ティに富んだものとすることができて、図１に示す２分
割の運搬車と比べてより積荷が容易にできる。加えて各
荷台に平均に収穫物を積荷できる。

【考案の効果】本案は、運搬荷台部を前後方向、又は前
後、左右方向に分割して、各分割した単位を荷台に対し
て前後方向、又は前後、左右方向に相対的に移動自在と
したから、荷台を積荷し易い位置に移動することがで
き、これにより積荷がし易いばかりか、種類の異なる収
穫物を平均に別個に積荷できる。

    方向に複数に分割するとともに、この分割された運搬荷
    台部が架台に設けた前後方向のレール上、又はこのレー
    ル上の滑子に設けた左右方向のレール上を、それぞれ前
    後、左右方向に別個に、又は前後、左右方向に一緒に移
    動できるように構成した収穫物運搬車。
