Hereinafter, the panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a typical example of the panel A, which is a panel A having a sandwich structure composed of a surface material 1 , a back surface material 19 , and a core material 22. The surface material 1 and the back surface material 19 are made of a thin metal plate material or a synthetic resin material, for example, Al, Fe, C
u, stainless steel, aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel plate, color steel plate, enameled steel plate, fluororesin coated steel plate, clad steel plate, sandwich steel plate, etc. are formed by press forming, extrusion forming, roll forming, etc. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 1 is composed of a horizontally long decorative surface portion 2 , a male connecting portion 6 and a female connecting portion 13, and a gutter-shaped portion.
1a is formed, and the decorative surface portion 2 includes side walls 3 and 4 in which a longitudinal edge of the decorative surface 2a is bent inward at an arbitrary angle, and a basement 5 in which a lower end edge of the side wall 3 projects outward. It was formed from and. The male-type connecting portion 6 has an upper edge 8 that further projects the tip of the subterranean ground 5 further outward, and an insertion edge 7 that includes a lower edge 9 that bends the tip of the upper edge 8 inward in a substantially U-shape. A concave fixing groove 10 formed in the upper edge 8 of the insertion edge 7, a reinforcing piece 11 in which the tip of the lower edge 9 is bent inward in an L shape, a lower edge 9, a back surface material 19 ,
The engaging groove 12 is formed of a core material 22. The insertion edge 7 is a portion which is inserted into a fitting groove 16 of a female type connecting portion 13 which will be described later and is fixed to the body, and a fixing tool such as a nail is driven in the fixing groove 10 to fix the panel A to the body. Is a portion that functions as a fixed portion. In addition, the concave fixing groove 10 has a concave shape, so that the head of the fixing portion β does not protrude beyond the respective surfaces of the subterranean ground 5 and the upper edge 8 when a fixture such as a bolt is driven. The head of the fixture β should not interfere with the insertion of the trailing edge 7 into the fitting groove 16 described later.
When the panels A are connected, a void is formed in the connection part between the panels A to prevent a capillary phenomenon and enhance waterproofness. Further, the reinforcing piece 11 reinforces the male type connecting portion 6 side of the surface material 1 and, as shown in FIG. 4 showing the connecting portion of the panel A, when fixing the panel A to the frame α, a nail or the like is fixed in the fixing groove 10. When the fixing tool β is driven, the reinforcing piece 11 is also fixed by the fixing tool β, and when the inserting edge 7 is inserted into the fitting groove 16, the inserting edge 7 is inserted.
Is prevented from being pressed and deformed by the lower surface 15 and serves to securely fix. The female connecting portion 13 is formed of an upper surface 14 in which the lower end edge of the side wall 4 is bent inward, a lower surface 15 in which the tip of the upper surface 14 is bent outward, and an upper surface 14 and a lower surface 15 in a substantially U-shaped cross section. It comprises a fitting groove 16, a reinforcing piece 17 projecting inward from the tip of the lower surface 15, an engaging edge 18 composed of the lower surface 15, a back surface material 19 , and a core material 22. This fitting groove 16 is a male connecting part.
6 is a portion that is engaged with the insertion edge 7 of 6 and fixes the panel A to the frame α. The steps 2b and 2c formed on the decorative surface 2a
Is to make the joints stairs and to clarify the joints. As shown in FIG. 3, the back surface material 19 is formed by forming a trough-shaped portion 19a from rising pieces 20 and 21 projecting upward from both end edges of a long plate material, and covering the back surface of the core material 22. The panel A has a sandwich structure to improve the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, and also to make a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof film, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, a packing material,
It is useful as one of the functions, and the material is the same material as the surface material 1 , asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb,
Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber non-woven fabric, etc., laminated with one or more kinds, waterproofed, flame-retarded, etc. It is a thing. As for the mounting, as shown in the drawing, it is stretched between the reinforcing pieces 11 and 17 and is formed with a gap between it and the surface material 1 to improve the fire resistance.
The reinforcing pieces 11 and 17 can be arranged on the front surface side and the back surface side. The core material 22 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam and functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a soundproof material, a cushioning material, a fireproof material, etc., for example, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, polyimide foam, etc. Synthetic resin foams, and flame retardants (borate, silicate, phosphate, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloon, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass beads) to these synthetic resin foams. Etc.), fibrous materials (long and short fibers)
Mixed with, etc., coated with phenol foam powder around perlite, heated and pressurized to foam it, gypsum board, rock wool board, glass wool board, ALC, insulation board, wood chip chip board, A single material or a combination of a plurality of materials such as glass wool is formed. Further, the core material 22 is formed by filling the gutter-shaped portions 1a and 19a of the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 19 in the figure, and preventing the reinforcing pieces 11 and 17 from contacting the rising pieces 20 and 21. Even if the surface material 1 is heated by a fire or the like, the heat is prevented from being transmitted to the back surface material 19, and the fire resistance is improved by preventing a heat bridge. Further, the relationship between the opening widths W 1 and W 2 of the trough-shaped portions 1a and 19a of the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 19 is W 1 ≈W 2 .

Next, a construction example will be briefly described. It is now assumed that the panel A as shown in FIG. 1 is used and construction is performed as shown in FIG. As the panel A, a front surface material 1 and a back surface material 19 are 0.5 mm thick color steel plates, and as the core material 22, polyisocyanurate foam is discharged from a raw material, reacted, foamed, and then cured to be integrated. It has been transformed.
Therefore, the fixing groove 10 of the n-th panel A 1 is attached to the frame (main body in the case where the waterproof sheet is not used) α composed of the main pillar, the stud, the waterproof sheet, etc. via the fixing tool β such as bolts. Fix it. Next, the female type connecting portion 1 of the (n + 1) th panel A 2
The fitting groove 16 of 3 is inserted into the insertion edge 7 of the panel A 1 so as to be dropped thereinto to form a lateral joint as shown in FIG. At this time, the head of the fixture β does not protrude from the surface of the insertion edge 7. Further, in order to form the entire wall body, the above-mentioned steps may be performed from the base toward the girder. In addition, it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base portion and caulking material or accessory for portions (not shown) such as projections and corners.
