However, a gap γ is formed between the panels a 1 and a 2 by the head of the fixing tool β, and rainwater and the like blown up from the joints b are formed by the large gap γ. There is a defect that the light is transmitted to the wall base α side and corrodes the wall base α. In addition, since the fixing tool β is formed near the joint portion b, rainwater or the like directly reaches the head of the fixing tool β and the fixing hole formed in the panel a 1 by the fixing tool β. There were drawbacks such as rusting of the tool β and infiltration of rainwater into the wall foundation α from the fixing holes. Furthermore, the fixing tool β was visible from the outside through the gap in the joint portion b, and the aesthetic appearance was significantly poor. Further, the reinforcing piece c formed by being interposed in the core material is fixed by the fixing tool β, but when the panel a 1 is fixed by the fixing tool β, the reinforcing piece c is deformed, and It was extremely difficult to cast, which was a major drawback in construction. Furthermore, the panel a 2 protrusion d
When the physical thickness is thin and a physical pressure is applied to the joint b from the outside, the protrusion d is easily deformed, and the joint b is deteriorated in appearance and waterproofness of the joint b. In addition, in the event of a fire from the outside, the panel a is deformed and bent by heat, and the projection d is bent outwardly and deformed outward, thereby increasing the voids in the joints b. It has reached the back side and has a disadvantage of poor fire resistance.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 1 is formed by forming a gutter-like portion 1a from a horizontally long decorative surface portion 2, a male connecting portion 6, and a female connecting portion 12. The surface portion 2 is formed by side walls 3, 4 in which both end edges in the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2a are bent inward at an arbitrary angle, and an underground base 5 in which a lower end edge of the side wall 3 projects outward. The male connecting part 6 has an upper edge 8 that protrudes further from the tip of the basement 5.
An insertion edge 7 having a lower edge 9 in which the tip of the upper edge 8 is bent inward in a substantially U-shape; a concave fixing groove 10 formed in the upper edge 8 of the insertion edge 7; Is formed of a reinforcing piece 11 having an inwardly bent L-shaped tip. As shown in FIG. 5, the insertion edge 7 is a portion which is inserted into a fitting groove 15 of the female connecting portion 12 described later and is fixed to the wall base α, and
This is a part that functions as a fixing part for fixing the panel A to the wall base α by placing a fixing tool β such as a nail on the base. The concave fixing groove 10 is formed to be larger than the height and width of the nail head of the fixing tool β so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the basement 5 and engages the panel A. In this case, a gap is not formed at a contact portion between the upper surface 13 and the underground base 5 and the upper edge 8, which will be described later, and a void is formed by the fixing groove 10 to prevent a capillary phenomenon and enhance waterproofness. With the insertion edge 7
L 1 the length from the tip to the upper edge 8 of the fixed groove 10, the length to the tip of the reinforcing piece 11 When l 2 from the tip of Sakomien 7, a relation of l 1> l 2, When the fixing tool β is driven into the fixing groove 10, the reinforcing piece 11 does not interfere. Further, the reinforcing piece 11 is interposed in the core material 20 to strengthen the integration of the surface material 1 and the core material 20, and when the insertion edge 7 is inserted into the fitting groove 15, the insertion edge 7 is This serves to prevent deformation due to being pressed by the lower surface 14 and to help secure the fixing. The female connecting portion 12 has an upper surface 13 having a lower end edge of the side wall 4 bent inward, a lower surface 14 having a top end of the upper surface 13 bent outward, an upper surface 13 and a lower surface 14.

FIG. 1 shows a reinforcing piece 16 with its tip bent inward and an upper surface 13 shown in FIG.
In Lee - it is made of a pitch P, concave reinforcing ribs 23 that multiplicity of formed along the width direction with a width W 1, as shown in FIG. 4 is a Lee line end view. In more detail, the side wall 3 side to the edge lengths l 3 fixing groove 10 from the distal end of Sakomien 7, when the length of the upper surface 13 and l 4, a relation of l 3 <l 4, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the head of the fixing tool β is covered with the upper surface 13 to improve waterproofness and aesthetics. The fitting groove 15 is a portion that is engaged with the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 6 and fixes the panel A to the wall base α. The steps 2b and 2c formed on the decorative surface 2a are intended to make the joint three-dimensionally and clarify the joint by making the joints stepwise, thereby improving the design. In addition, reinforcing ribs 2
Numeral 3 reinforces the strength of the side wall 4 and protects the joints from external physical force, and also prevents the side wall 4 from being bent outward in the event of an external fire. However, this prevents the flame from reaching the wall foundation α, thereby contributing to an improvement in fire protection. The shape of the reinforcing rib 23 is arbitrary, and for example, may be formed in a continuous waveform as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b).

As described above, according to the panel of the present invention, (1) the fixing to the wall base is performed at one end of the surface material.
Since the portion where the core material and the back material are present is fixed to the lower layer, the panel is securely fixed to the wall base, and does not peel off. (2) A large panel can be securely fixed to a wall base without exposing nails, bolts, and the like to the outside. (3)
Since the middle of the upper edge is depressed in a concave shape along the longitudinal direction and a fixing groove larger than the width of the head of the fixture and the height is formed, the fixture does not protrude from the upper edge, eye underground, Waterproofness, airtightness, and workability can be improved. (4) Since the length of the upper surface is longer than the position of the fixing groove, the fixing tool is not exposed to the outside. (5) Even if a slight error occurs in the joint width, the fixing tool is not seen from the outside. (6) The extended portion and the cutout portion formed on the back surface material do not allow rainwater due to fire, heat, wind and rain, etc., to enter the wall foundation side due to fire. (7) Since the reinforcing piece formed on the male connecting portion side of the surface material is formed interposed in the core material, integration with the core material is ensured, and the strength of the insertion edge against external force is reduced. improves. (8) Since the reinforcing piece is formed at a position where it is not fixed by the fixture, it does not hinder the construction. (9) In the case of a structure in which the surface material and the back material do not contact each other even at the connection part, the heat bridge is prevented to prevent fire, heat insulation,
Improves dew condensation resistance. (10) By forming the reinforcing ribs on the upper surface of the surface material, the strength of the side wall is enhanced, and the strength and fire resistance of the entire joint are improved. (11) The panel has improved waterproofness, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and workability. There are features and effects such as.
